A/N: see I told you I would update soon! Haha. I'm glad y'all liked the chapter...this is going to be the third chapter in a row about Kevin/Lucy but this time other people will be involved too. Enjoy and review!

Annie walked over to the phone, which was ringing loudly and picked it up.

"Hello?" She asked. Her smile immediately faded when she heard her daughter's voice drowning in tears. "Luce what's wrong?" She asked. "Oh my goodness. We'll we be right there." She said and hung up.

"Sam, David, Eric!" She cried.

"What?" Was the resounding answer coming from three different sides of the Camden house.

"Get down her, fast! We have to go to the hospital! Lucy has to have a C-Section with the triplets, come on!" They all ran to the car and started for the hospital. Lucy and Kevin called the entire family and asked them all to meet them at the hospital. They pulled up in the parking lot, and Kevin helped Lucy, still in tears, out of the car.

"It's going to be OK." He told her.

"But what if it's too late for Madison? Matt seemed really worried." She said.

"Let's go." Kevin said, disregarding what Lucy said. He didn't even want to think about that. They started for the hospital. Suddenly Lucy stopped and looked down, whimpering.

"This can't be happening!" Lucy cried.

"What's wrong?" Asked Kevin.

"My water just broke."

"Oh my gosh!" Kevin lifted his wife and carried her in a near run to the hospital entrance. They got there after 10 minutes of looking for where to enter.

"Hi we're Lucy and Kevin Kinkirk..." Kevin began.

"Are you the emergency C-Section?" The nurse asked, eyeing Lucy's stomach.

"Yes. And her water just broke." Kevin answered. Those words set the nurse into action.

"Tonya!" She yelled for another nurse.

"Yeah?" Asked a blonde woman.

"Get a wheel chair. This woman is in labor. Tonya ran to them with a wheel chair. They helped Lucy into it and pushed her down the hall to get into her gown. They proceeded to do a quick check up to confirm labor. Minutes later, Matt ran into the room.

"Matt!" Said the nurse. "Lucy's water just broke, and we've confirmed that she's in labor."

"Oh, my." Matt said quietly. "Get her into an ultra sound, now!" He said urgently. They hurried Lucy into an ultrasound room. After 20 minutes, they had finally gotten her prepared and they turned the machine on. Matt and the Nurse looked at it.

"OK Luce, Kevin, here's the thing. Madison isn't doing well in the first place and the chance she has of making it was already at about 50/50...I don't think that she can make it through labor. We need to get her out as soon as possible. We just need to make sure that you can handle the operation right now Luce so we're gonna give you a bit of a check up." He said. Lucy looked at Kevin who had tears in his eyes. Matt check many things and they all seemed to point to a go for the C-Section, but when he took her blood pressure, he sighed and rubbed his head.

"You can't have a C-Section unless your blood pressure is under a certain level with out risking death for both mother and baby, babies in this case. Lucy's blood pressure is over so therefore we can't do the operation. What we're going to do it get you into a room with a good monitor and we're going to hook you up, and get you some medicine to try to get your pressure down." Lucy nodded, in a daze. They got her into her room and got her hooked up to the fetal monitor, and many other contraptions. She moaned and grabbed her stomach.

Matt watched the monitors closely.

"The medicine is helping, and you should be ready in about an hour." The nurse told him. Matt nodded silently.

"Will Madison be OK?" Lucy asked.

"I hope so." Matt said. "We're doing all we can." He hugged her, and despite himself, a tear rolled down his cheek. "I really, really hope so."

Soon the waiting room was full of people: Annie, Eric, Simon, Peter, Ruthie, Sam, and David. Sarah and Cecilia had to stay at home to watch their children, but they made their husbands promise to call the second they heard anything. Lucy smiled when she heard that everyone was there.

"I'm glad that we have so much support." She told Kevin.

"Me too." He told her. He kissed her on the forehead.

The hour passed slowly. Lucy's labor was getting more intense. Matt paced by the monitors. The medicine had brought her blood pressure down, but not quite enough. He added more dosage and told Lucy and Kevin that he was going to give it another half hour to forty five minutes.

"What about Madison?' Lucy asked worriedly.

"She seems to be doing OK." Matt said as he looked at the monitor. "If she continues this way, she'll be fine for the next while, but I'll be keeping a close eye on her. Don't worry." He told them.

"How are Will and Luke?" Kevin asked.

"They're doing great. Handling labor like pros." Matt said with a smile. Lucy and Kevin nodded.

"Lucy!" Said a feminine voice. Lucy and Kevin turned to see Annie rushing to her daughter.

"How are you feeling?"

"Not great. No one ever warned me about labor."

"What? I thought you were getting a C-Section!" She cried.

"I went into labor in the parking lot." Lucy said with a sigh.

"Oh!" Annie said. "How are the babies taking it?"

"The boys are doing great, and Madison's doing OK, but not nearly as well as she should be." Lucy told her.

"Oh," Annie said, not knowing what to say. "Well good luck, sweetie. I have to go report back to the crowd." She said, hugging Lucy, Kevin, and Matt and leaving the room.

Forty-five minutes passed and Lucy's blood pressure was almost normal. Matt said he was going to wait another thirty minutes, and he was almost positive she'd be ready. After only 15 minutes more, Lucy's pain was intense.

"OW!" Lucy called out, as she started the second half of her fourth hour of labor. She grabbed her stomach. The nurse came in.

"I'm going to check you." She said. "Even though you've only been in labor for four hours, it's awfully intense. The nurse sat down at the foot of Lucy's bed and put on some gloves. A few minutes later, she stood up.

"Matt!" She called. Matt ran into the room. "She's at 9 centimeters!" She said with alarm. He gasped and ran to the monitors.

"Where are they located?" He asked.

"They're moving down. I could feel the very top of the first's head." She said. "If they get any lower..."

"I know!" Matt said. He checked Lucy's blood pressure again, but there was no change.

"OOWW!" Lucy practically screamed 15 minutes later. "Matt, help!"

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"It's time! They're coming!" She cried out through tears. Matt called for the nurse and she ran in to check Lucy again.

"She's fully dilated!" She told him, "And the first baby is right there. We have to deliver.

"But we can't!" He objected.

"We have to, Matt, we have no other choice!"

"You're right. Get her ready." He said with a nervous sigh.

"But Matt!" Lucy cried. Kevin held her hand to try to calm her.

"Listen Luce, we have no other choice. The babies are ready to go. It's too late for a C-Section." He said. He ran off before she could say another word. When he came back, the nurse was finished preparing Lucy for the birth. He put on his gloves and sat down at the foot of the bed.

"Ok, Luce, I want you to push. I'll be counting to ten and you can stop when I reach that number." He said.

"OK." Lucy said.

"Push!" Matt said loudly, seeing that she was having another contraction on the monitor.

"1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10" He counted. Lucy stopped pushing and yelled out in pain.

"Go again!" Matt yelled. "1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10—keep pushing!" Lucy moaned loudly and squeezed Kevin's hand so tightly that he thought it might break off.

"It's a boy!" Shouted Matt. "Baby A, William." Lucy let out a large sigh of relief as Matt put the baby briefly on her stomach before handing him off to the nurses. William's first cries were heard as the nurse weighed him and cleaned him up.

"OK, Lucy, here we go again. Push!" He counted for her and Lucy cried painfully as the second baby's head came through. "One more time." Matt told her. Seconds later, another cry was heard. "It's a boy! Baby B, Luke!" He said. Again, he placed the new baby on Lucy's stomach momentarily before handing him off to a nurse. By the time he was clean and swaddled next to his brother, it was time for the riskiest birth of all. Kevin held Lucy's hand as Matt coached her through her last and most painful birth of all. When Madison was out, it was not the joyous celebration of the other two. She was a deep color, and she wasn't crying.

"She's not breathing!" Matt yelled. Nurses swarmed around attempting to get the tiny babies lungs working. Time seemed to stand still in the eyes of Lucy as the nurses rushed to try to save her baby. Their attempts were consistently unsuccessful.

"Matt, she's gone." They said. Lucy and Kevin both burst into tears.

"Just try one more time. Please." He begged.

"It's useless Matt. She's gone." The nurse said.

"Give her to me. I'll try if you won't." He took the tiny still form into his arms and slid a clear tube town her throat, pumping air. No response. Suddenly, Madison took a deep gasp and began to cry loudly.

"She's alive!" Cried the nurses. Matt, Lucy and Kevin let out huge sighs of relief. One of the nurses cleaned her up and swaddled her. Two nurses walked over each holding one of the boys, and Matt held Madison.

"William..." The head nurse asked.

"Tyler." Answered Lucy.

"Luke..." The nurse asked.

"Alexander." Answered Kevin.

"And Madison?" She asked.

"Madison Sierra." Kevin said.

"No, Madison Grace." Lucy correctly softly.

"Yeah. Madison Grace." Kevin said. Kevin held Will in one arm and Luke in another while Lucy held little Madison with care.

"William weighted in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces, Luke at 6 pounds 4 ounces, and Madison at 3 pounds, one ounce." The nurse informed them. "Ma'am, I need to take Madison for her check up. Both of the boys have already been checked and they are perfectly normal." She said. Lucy nodded and handed over her little girl. She took Luke from Kevin's arms and held him adoringly.

"I love you." Kevin whispered to Lucy.

"I love you too." She said. They kissed.

"And I love you, Luke, and you William!" Kevin said, kissing each of his sons. Lucy laughed and did the same. The nurse came back a few minutes later with Madison.

"I'm going to need to keep Madison in the ICU for the night. She seems to be OK, other than the fact that she is malnourished. I'm going to get her an IV that will get some nutrients to her. Lucy and Kevin nodded their approval. They smiled when the family entered the room to admire Luke and William. Kevin saw how Lucy was glowing. She had never been prouder in her entire life.
