Elamora sat in a dense woods gazing at the treetops. Trees surrounded her and light streamed through the canopy. Elamora was a fairy of the woods. Her deep green eyes complemented her flame red hair and her clear wings. She sat alone among many colored flowers. A partially large, purple flower rustled. She leaned closer to it and a red orb shot out of it. It was a spirit. She leaned closer to it. It was so pretty. Suddenly it shot at her. It was trying to take over her body! She closed her eyes and concentrated on closing her body from it. She thought she felt its presence leave, but wasn't quite sure if it did. She opened her eyes and stood up. She felt a little dizzy. She started to run to the castle when she ran head long into a cloaked figure. She fell to the ground and flipped over quickly. The figure stood there and held its hand out to her. It had a foreboding presence, whatever it was. Quickly, Elamora jumped up and ran through the woods towards the castle, never looking back. She arrived at the castle gate, only to find that there was no one to let her in. She walked around the sides of the walls. There, along the wall was a giant tree that didn't look too hard to climb. Elamora started to climb, when she felt an unbearable heat around her ankle. She looked down and saw a fire demon holding her leg. She was terrified. She started to squirm when she started to feel hotter. She glanced back towards the fire demon to see if it was his fault, but instead of feeling fear when she looked at him, she felt extreme hate. She wanted to hurt him badly. Her temperature rose higher in anger. The heat coming off her was too much for the fire demon to handle. He let go quickly and ran into the woods holding his hand. Elamora jumped over the wall and landed gently on the other side. How odd she thought to herself. I'm a fairy of the woods. I should have been at his mercy. Fire demons have an advantage over wood fairies. Wood fairies don't even have an advantage when using spirits, unless...
