Chapter 2
Tumulus was so amazed when he was jolted out of his dream and was once again right in front of his love.
"Hello I am Tumulus Thundercloud one of the brave Elvin knights, and I am at your service, fair maiden," Tumulus managed to get out. Tumulus was not ready for what happened next.
"Hello Tumulus, I am Estelle Anallion. You do not have to be "at my service" because I can help myself. Now if you would be so kind as to lead me to the palace of Mirkwood," Estelle said rather sharp.
Tumulus was rather surprised at this beautiful Elvin woman.
"Right this way," was all Tumulus could think to say.
After 5 minutes they got to the palace and Tumulus asked," What business do you have at the prince of Mirkwood's palace"?
"I have come to get a small fellowship to find the lost king, Thranduil. I was thinking maybe his son, Legolas would be of some assistance in the matter," Estelle said in a tone that could not be recognized as sweet nor annoyed.
"Is there any way I could help," Tumulus asked.
I guess. I'll have to ask Legolas if you are a brave and honorable enough knight for this quest," She answered as if she was thinking deeply.
At this point they were at the door of the prince of Mirkwood's palace. They both walked into the door and to Legolas's part of the palace of Mirkwood. They knocked on the door and out came the prince.
"Hello, I am Estelle Anallion here to form a fellowship to find your father," She said before the prince could say anything.
"Why Hello there. I am, as you know Legolas prince of Mirkwood. I think that's a wonderful idea. Who is your friend," Legolas asked just as quick.
"He is a knight who shall be in the fellowship. His name is Tumulus Thundercloud. How shall we pick the fellowship," Estelle said to the delight of Tumulus who thought she was going to say something bad about him.
"Well shouldn't we have a Dwarf? And a human? And a Hobbit? And some other creatures," Legolas asked.
"Yes of course. Let us go find our fellowship and be off," Estelle said rushing with happiness, for she had never been on any REAL adventures and hers were starting off. As for Tumulus he was getting quite fond of Estelle actually, and she to him also.
Two days later they had finally gotten the best of the best of the warriors in Middle-Earth all rounded up at the palace. There were Dwarves, Humans, Hobbits, and Elves. They had decided the day before for there to be 6 total in the fellowship. There weren't many Hobbits, or Dwarves, just around 20 with both of those two races put together. There were about 30 men and just around 16 elves.
It was time for them to pick. Thranduil's life depended on it.
