Prologue

During the 16th century, Southeast Asia went thru troubled circumstances. The Philippines was one of the countries that had been taken over. Spain had claimed the islands as apart of their empire. During this time, these westerners had disregarded the native peoples culture and set their own standards of living. The natives were outraged, but the Spanish empire was strong and those who would oppose would have to face consequences. As some months grew by the Spanish culture had set in and the language was often spoken, their influence was growing stronger. But some kept to their on Philippine traditions and stayed true to their heritage these were people that secluded themselves from outside influences. They had isolated themselves in villages high above mountains and near rivers, that could not be seen. Most of the people secluded themselves from the foreigners, they felt they had been robbed of their ethnicity. One tribe valued themselves, they were known as the Wind Deity tribes people. This was an honored tribe and natives respect that. When foreign aspects and influnece took over everyday these people would prayed that one day they can be set free from the these influences. They prayed to the wind gods and found hope….. Things were going to change soon.
