Okay... this is just crazy. What the heck am I thinking? I mean, okay, Seth's great. Really.
He's funny and sweet and cute... and hello... he adores me.
But this is just over the line. I must have lost my mind. I just don't know what I was thinking when I decided to do this.
"Shouldn't you..." Ryan's voice came from the hallway.
"Shhh. You'll wake mom and dad." Seth hissed, right on the other side of the door.
Oh god... I so need to get out of here. This could prove to be really embarrassing.
"Seth, I don't think you should be bringing that in the house. Don't you think they're gonna see it?"
One of my legs was out the window, the other still in the room when they walked in. My cute fishnets stuck on some miscellaneous junk. Of course. This is what always happened in the movies and TV. My stupid luck it would happen in real life too, huh? The lights are off so maybe they won't see me and I'll be able to get out of Seth's room with no one the wiser?
Ryan flipped the light switch. Damn him! "Summer!?!"
"Heh... hey." I managed a little wave.
"Summer... what are you wearing?" Ryan asked, while Seth was drooling beside him.
"Uh..."
"You know what, I'm just gonna... go." Ryan pat Seth on the back and left, shutting the door behind him.
"Su-Su-Summer?"
"That's my name, Cohen." I fell back into his room... literally. My fishnets ripping as they pulled free from whatever they'd been stuck on. "Whoops." I looked up at him. He's holding a little ball of white fluff in his hands. "Is that a..." I stood and snatched it from his hold. "This is the cutest little bunny."
"It's for you."
"Awe... it's so sweet." I held the thing up to my face and kissed its tiny, twitching nose.
"So, are you gonna tell me why you're in my room... in the middle of the night... dressed like a playboy bunny?"
"Oh." I put the bunny down and grinned. "Happy Easter?"
