How Yugi Passed Math

"So Yugi, are you ready for the finals coming up?" Tea asked.
"Yea, Tea. With Yami here supporting me and the Heart of the Math Problems, I got it down!"
Math Finals
"Ok class, you have two hours, caluculators are allowed and you may show your work on a separate sheet of paper. You may begin as soon as you get your test."
Yugi looked at his paper and smirked as he saw the first problem: 2=3x+1.
'Oh good, this is algebra. Yami should know how to do this' he thought. Yugi closed his eyes to find the link between him and yami.
"YU-GI-OH!" A voice came out of nowhere and suddenly music was blaring from the Millennium Puzzle. Wind blew, causing scratch papers to fly around and frantic students trying to snatch up their papers.
"No CD players are allowed!" the teacher roared, attempting to calm the class down. 10 minutes later, everything was back to normal, except for Yugi's body which seemed to have gained two feet in height.
/Ok Yami/ Yugi said over their mind link. /What's the answer to number one?/
//Hmm…this is a difficult one. First we must close our eyes and believe in the Heart of the Math Problems.//
They closed their eyes and began to focus their energy. Meanwhile Kaiba had just walked up to the teacher to turn in the final, laughed at all the stupid people that were still there, and left.
//Darn that priest. Ok, I think we're done focusing.//
/Ok! Now can you solve this problem?/
//As you wish.//
And with that, Yami regally picked up his pencil and began writing out complicated formulas, imaginary numbers and ways to find out how acidic a solution was. After a page of work, Yami triumphantly revealed his answer: Corresponding angles of parallel lines are equal in measure.
/Uh…Yami, are you sure that's right?/
//Of course it is. I am Pharoh. Everything I do is right.//
/Yea, but your answer isn't one of the choices/ Yugi indicated that it was a scantron test.
//Oh no!// Yami staggered. //How can it be?! I don't think—I don't know if I can do this!//
/It's ok, I'm behind you all the way and so are all our friends/ Yugi pointed at Joey, Tristan and Tea, who were laughing at a picture of a guy with triangular hair Bakura drew.
//You're right! Too much is at stake here to give up. And our friends have never let us down before so we should do the same to them.//
/Yes, and remember, if we believe in the heart of the math problems, we could make it through together./
And so the two friends began to take on the next question with new found confidence.
The End
Epilogue
After the second problem, the teacher told the class it was time to turn in their test and scratch paper. Although Yugi had obviously failed the final, the different methods to see how acidic a solution was on his scratch paper reminded the teacher of the good old days of chemistry and allowed Yugi to pass.
Joey, on a stroke of brilliance, decided to show Yami the picture Bakura drew but fortunately he was saved when Bakura said it was a picture of Tea.
Seto Kaiba got the highest grade in the class and is now mentioning the fact that Yami can't do anything except duel as blackmail.
End (For Reals)
