You said that you'll always be with me,
But the dream has faded away.
You were with me through the hard times,
My journey was full of laughter.
I am still waiting to hear your whistle,
So that I can come running to you.
Sometimes I can still feel your presence,
But everytime I turn around, you're not there.
I've made my sacrifices,
And you've made yours.
I believe that there is still hope,
Hope that I can wish you back.
Even though my life goes on without you,
My hearts still longs for your touch.
