INFORMATION, IF YOU REALLY REQUIRE IT: This is a .hack fan fiction. Even though I would like critiques, even if it's widely diskliked, I will continue, because I need a way to express myself. It's set 5 years after .hack//SIGN, with completely different characters. It's also set as a journal from one of the character's points of view.

September 28, 2012 The World. That is the reason I'm writing this journal, to keep track of happenings in The World. I suppose I should explain more. About seven years ago, a virus called "Pluto Kiss" completely shut down most of the world's computers. Among the few computers that were not affected were the ones running ALTIMIT OS. The countries of the world agreed to all switch over to that OS on every computer, and two years later, an online game was released. The World that I mentioned earlier isn't the real world, it's that online game. It's very realistic. Some reports actually said it was too realistic. I've heard rumors of a character in Japan named Tsukasa who collapsed into a coma and got stuck in The World with no sense of what had happened. I'm not entirely sure on whether to believe that, but it's...very strange, to say the least. Anyway, I'm writing this while playing The World. My screen name is Kurion, and as of right now, I'm a level 7 Wavemaster. This is actually my first day playing it, I've just spent a looooong time leveling up. People at school have pressured me to buy it, but the only person I know who plays it right now has the screen name Alkanet and is a Twin Blade. I've run out of things to say today, so I'll end up writing more tomorrow. -Kurion

October 1, 2012 Well, events in "The World" have been pretty normal, if normal can be applied to this place in any way. I've leveled up to Level 16, and managed to get several member addresses. So far, I've ended up getting trampled, squashed, and I've been...umm, hugged by another player. I also found out today that someone else at school played "The World" and is willing to get back on sometime next week, when she can pick up her headset from storage. Strangely enough, I keep having the same dream. There's a bed, surrounded by blood (eew) and a figure floating above it. I always wake up before I see what it is, though. I doubt it means anything, though. -Kurion
