Chapter 10: Yaten's Plotting
Seiya suddenly realized the foolishness of what he was doing. He quickly let Haruka go, afraid that his brothers or any of the other senshi had seen them. He could only imagine Princess Kakyu's reaction if she ever found out.
"I think we should go somewhere else..." Haruka suggested as they heard Minako, Usagi, and Raye still arguing loudly.
"Good idea," he agreed, thinking how convenient is was the he always kept a spare set of keys on him, including the key to Taiki's car.
Mamoru had to get out of that room before he lost it. He shut the door behind him, trying to shut some of Minako's high pitched whining and Usagi's even louder wails. He froze suddenly and ducked in the shadows when he saw Haruka and Seiya. He thought finally he had lost his sanity with Usagi's constant whining and crying but he would have swore he saw them kissing. He shook his head and went back inside, thinking he must have been seeing things. He knew Haruka and Seiya hated each other and never could be in the same room for long without fighting. There was no way he could have seen them kissing.
"MY CAR!!!!" Taiki looked around, shocked.
"Yes, it does seem to be absent," Yaten remarked calmly, not looking surprised.
"It's..gone..." Taiki said blankly.
"We already established that, Taiki," Yaten pointed out but remained out of reach. "And note that Seiya is gone as well," he added.
"So Seiya took the car," Taiki groaned.
"And you're supposed to be the genius," Yaten rolled his eyes.
"Hey, what's the matter?" Usagi asked as she came up to them .
"Oh, nothing," Taiki smiled.
"Well, I can't make it to lunch tomorrow. Mamoru is feeling sick- I think he's hallucinating," she said, looking worried.
"Hallucinating?" Yaten looked surprised.
"Well, he said that he saw Haruka and Seiya..kissing. If that's not a hallucinating then I don't know," she shrugged. "Well, see you guys later!" she said cheerfully and went off.
"Oh no.." Yaten suddenly realized what was going on.
"Just leave him alone, Yaten," Taiki snapped at him.
"Huh? I thought you agreed with me on this?" Yaten looked confused.
"We tell the Princess and if she does not object, then we will leave them alone!" he said firmly, glaring at Yaten.
Yaten nodded, not wanting to anger Taiki more. But he knew Haruka would only hurt Seiya and he would not sit by and watch that happen, even if he had to go to his enemies for help. He knew Michiru and Setsuna could keep Haruka from seeing Seiya if they thought it necessary.

"Well, he said that he saw Haruka and Seiya..kissing. If that's not a hallucinating then I don't know," she shrugged. "Well, see you guys later!" she said cheerfully and went off.
"Oh no.." Yaten suddenly realized what was going on.
"Just leave him alone, Yaten," Taiki snapped at him.
"Huh? I thought you agreed with me on this?" Yaten looked confused.
"We tell the Princess and if she does not object, then we will leave them alone!" he said firmly, glaring at Yaten.
Yaten nodded, not wanting to anger Taiki more. But he knew Haruka would only hurt Seiya and he would not sit by and watch that happen, even if he had to go to his enemies for help. He knew Michiru and Setsuna could keep Haruka from seeing Seiya if they thought it necessary.
