Chapter 29: Reflection
Seiya woke early in the morning, Haruka still asleep in his arms. He looked down at her, running his finger lightly down her cheek.
When he had first come to this planet with Yaten and Taiki in search of Princess Kakyu while fighting Sailor Galaxia, he had never thought his life would turn out this way. When he had first meet Sailor Uranus, Haruka, he had never thought that she would be the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. But after being able to get past the barrier of the cold sailor senshi, he not been able to help falling in love with her.
Aurora had been another unexpected element in his life but he had surprised himself in that he had never thought of himself as a parent before. Aurora's eyes remained vividly blue, like his, and her hair was darkened to auburn as she grew older. Her temper was like Haruka's; short and explosive but at the same time, she could be very logical. When she was caught drawing on one the living room wall, Aurora had calmly and matter-of- factly pointed out that it actually was their fault since they had given her the pens.
He glanced down at her again, down into her green eyes.
"Morning, love" he smiled at her.
"Good morning, Seiya," she smiled back at him. Seiya considered himself very lucky to have Haruka and was convinced that the universe was not against him, at least not any longer.
