"And that's all for now folks and remember, if you wanna make two people you know who're in love with each other get together, just call this number and you'll be live on T.V with the two stubborn lovebirds! Remember to ask for me, 'The evil witch' when the receptionist picks up the phone! Only on 'hook-em-up'!" Said a wavy, haired brunette with her hair tied up into a high pony tail, with fair skin and innocent, hazel coloured eyes who was smiling and wore a witch's dress.
(A/N Yes minna that's me! I look VERY innocent but I'm actually like a devil, hee hee.....I'm wearing the dress cos remember my nickname is the evil witch! And yes, I've got the witch's outfit, except for the fact that I look so darn innocent.....I know, I know, I'm boasting.....)
Kaoru turned off the television with a smirk plastered on her face. She then called up Kenshin and told him all about it and then they discussed it together on the phone with the exception of Yahiko listening. 'You're gonna get a boyfriend soon busu...' thought Yahiko who gleefully rubbed his hands together. After that, she called up the studio and then discussed everything to the evil witch.
*A week later*
After school, Kenshin quickly rushed home to finish home all his homework so that he could meet up with Kaoru and the gang to get the fox and the rooster-head together. He smirked to himself about the plot both Kaoru and him had plotted along with the icicle and the weasel who helped them out.
After he had done all his homework, he sneaked out of the house ever so quietly until he heard his uncle say "Where are you going baka deshi? You know you're not allowed to go out around this time, or do I have to read the rules and regulations of this house again to you?" Hiko then folded his arms while giving his nephew a stern look.
"Please let me go just this once Shishou. I'm gonna be on a show with my friends – It's the show 'hook-em-up' your favourite show. They're gonna pair up Sano and Megumi," said Kenshin with pleading eyes.
Hiko smirked and then said "I knew that the sly fox and the stupid rooster-head had feelings for each other since they always bicker for no reason at all. I even saw them staring at each other and oh my.....Actually I thought that they would pair you up with the raccoon on the show cos I know you both like each other.
"Oro!!! We're only close friends nothing more shishou," said Kenshin who sweat dropped at his uncle's smirk. "Che, if you say so baka deshi. But let me tell you something, you don't know what you've got until it's gone. Keep that in mind," Said Hiko seriously. Kenshin then nodded and then said "So can I go?" "Since it's my favourite show I'll let you go but I'm coming too, ok?" replied Hiko. Kenshin heaved a sigh before nodding and the two left the house.
*Outside the studio*
"Ne Kenshin! We're here!" Yelled Kaoru from her car. Misao and Aoshi were busy smirking at the thought of bringing Sano and Megumi together. "I wonder why we're here don't you fox? But it's pretty cool that we're gonna be on T.V!" Said Sano excitedly. "Hai I agree with you rooster- head. And we're gonna be famous, ohooohohohohoho!!!" Replied Megumi with a foxy laugh.
"But this place seems so familiar...." Said Sano who was scratching his head thinking of which place it was.... "Yeah, it does seem familiar.....hm....."Replied Megumi who was deep in thought. After that all of them entered the studio and Kaoru whispered to the receptionist about their plan with 'The evil witch' and that she didn't want Sano and Megumi to know about it. The receptionist grinned at her before whispering back "'The evil witch' is in her office and it's down to your left."
Kaoru thanked her before dragging along the others down to 'The evil witch's' office. As soon as she opened the door to her office, the whole groups excluding the icicle were gob smacked. Her office was gigantic and it had big rooms; There was one really large bathroom with a Jacuzzi that was also used as a bath and of course it was made of really expensive marble and there was some coloured glass around the shower area, the Jacuzzi and the toilet to jazz it up with sakura trees as the design on all of it. There was a big mirror in front of an enormous sink made of glass and the toilet seat had a sort of really soft material over it.
Then there was a living room with a cinema-sized television and a huge creamy-coloured sofa facing it and by the left corner of the large room was a large desk with lots of files piled up in a high stack that reach all the way up the ceiling (A/N That's all the info about the couples for the show!) with a high-tech computer on the other side away from the files and there was a phone holder on the wall for the phone but it was missing. Then there was a gigantic, comfy office chair by the desk.
Then there was a modernized dining room with a kitchen in it and instead of a stove or the kitchen equipment, inside the cupboards above the counter was full of glass plates and glasses (A/N Yes I just love stuff that are made out of glass!) with tons of small packets of food that you just stuck in a really big microwave (A/N Yes, there's a big microwave there) and walah! It's done! It consisted of junk food mainly, healthy food of course and there was a fountain where you could get your drinks from. You just had to say the drink you want, and the drink you wanted was flowing in the fountain and just dip your cup in.
Then there was a big bedroom which was painted baby blue with pictures of rock bands such as Busted, Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Linkin Park, Blink 182, etc. was on one side of the wall cover the side with a President-sized bed (A/N I just made it up cos I just imagines a really huge bed as I'd love to have one that big sadly I've only got a single bed! *sob, sob* All this stuff is my imagination it's not real except for the fact that I've got TONS of posters on my bedroom wall and which I call the 'Celebrity Shrine' and I've got pictures of Anime cartoons also which I call the 'Anime shrine' which is mostly made up of rurouni kenshin on the side where my bed is....but I just wanted make some changes) .
Then there were tons of pictures of anime cartoons especially rurouni kenshin. Everyone sweat dropped at the amount of posters and then Misao said "The characters look a lot like us plus they've got the same names, weird eh?" All of them nodded and then they heard someone yelling on the phone in the bedroom.
"Yes yes I know....what? ok ok I will.....look if you don't stop snatching my red rulers away from me when I'm not looking I'll tell everyone who you like....good, so you'll return all the rulers to me? Excellent and if you don't, word will go around and it'll be the latest gossip in school! Ok see you tomorrow too you little brat and tell your stupid friends to stop prank calling me to or else I'll do the same to them....yes yes, bye." The girl then put down the phone and looked up and smiled at them "Hello everyone! Ah need to talk to you Kaoru (A/N Yes, the girl is me!)."
"Hang on, are you the evil witch? You know the host of the show 'hook-em-up'?" Asked Sano. The evil witch sweat dropped before saying "Er...yeah I am but Kaoru's just a friend of mine so I decided to put her on the show with you all! Hee hee...." Sano eyed her suspiciously before shrugging. "You look a little too young to run your own business and show. You still go to school right? How old are you exactly and what's your real name?" Asked Megumi who eyed her suspiciously also.
"Oh I'm only 13 years old and my name is Samantha Liew, but just call me Sam cos I hate it when people call me Samantha. And I just run a show cos I wanna and I don't think I'm too young to." Replied Samantha. The whole group dropped to the ground in anime style except for Aoshi and Samantha. "Pretty impressive for a 13 year old you know. How do you do it?" Asked Aoshi with great curiosity despite the fact that he was still the icicle.
Then she told him her whole story which you would find boring my dear readers, so shall we skip to the point? Aoshi smiled at and congratulated her before she kicked everyone out of her room and told them to sit on the sofa in the living room.....
*1 hour later.....*
Kaoru and Samantha both stepped out of the room with smirks pasted on their faces. Samantha then dragged them all through a passage which leads to the stage, excluding Hiko who sat with the rest of the audience. "Hello everyone and welcome to the 'hook-em-up' and I'm your host the evil witch! And today's couple we shall bring together are Sagara Sanosuke and Takani Megumi!"

Kairi7 – I hope that you enjoyed this chappy......even I agree that Aoshi is a sweetheart wen he's all sappy! Why not try and imagine yourself as Megumi so that you can be with Sano in the story!!! When I was darn depressed cos I had liked this guy but he only saw me as a friend and he had a girlfriend, I then fell for Kenshin! LOL! Then I just imagined myself as Kaoru whenever I read the fanfics so I felt happy reading them.....It works that way for me so why not give it a try.........
