Fading Away...
Shuyin's Point of View
"You, you're all that I can use to save Lenne," I said as I ran forward, my boots clanking away on the cold metal floor. I walked towards Vegnagun, a powerful machina that could destroy Spira... all of Spira. I climbed up on the platform which looked like an organ bay. I pressed a key on the "organ" and Vegnagun's fiery eyes lit up like a deer caught by headlights. As I was about to press another key to my success, I heard someone pleaded, "You must stop! Please!" I turned around and saw Lenne, with her eyes filled with tears. I ran towards her and she ran towards me. We both hugged and I felt something... Love. But, just as we had "romantic" moment, soldiers of Bevelle came rushing through the underground and came into the room. Lenne and I were devastated. I knew that our love couldn't last long. The soldiers pointed their gun tips at us. I stared at Lenne's brown eyes and she stared into mine. Then, gunshots were fired at us... I pushed Lenne aside and both fell to the ground. I tried to wipe the tears that were sliding from her face, but we both started to fade away...
