As I draw Kamui to me, I feel his muscles tense. I ignore this as I wrap one arm around his shoulder, and one around his lithe waist.
"Do you remember that promise I made when you protected Kotori?"
Kamui hugs me in return, and rests his chin on my shoulder. He seems content to listen for now.
"I promised I'd always be there to protect you... I meant what I said Kamui--"
Kamui looks up at me tearfully.
"Fuma..."
I pull back from him slightly, putting a finger on his lips to silence him.
"Kamui, I know one thing...I know I will always protect you....."
My fingers slide from his lips to his chin, and I tilt his chin up to look into his eyes. I falter for a moment, and I wonder if I should continue this or not. I take a deep breath before continuing shakily.
"And that--- That I will always love you..."
His stares at me in shock as I say that, and he whispers.
"Fuma-"
But before he could say or do anything more, I grasp his shoulder firmly, lean down, and press my mouth to his. His eyes widen, but he doesn't jerk away. I close my eyes as I try to pull my lips away from his. My eyes fly open again as his fingers twine into my hair, keeping me from pulling away. I deepen the kiss, sliding my tongue into his mouth. He sighs, and I pull him closer to me. He presses his body fully against mine, one of his hands slides from my hair, down to my hips, and then back to my shoulder. I lean forward, and sweep him off his feet, cradling him to me, still kissing him. I slip quietly through the house, and into my room. Shutting the door with my foot as I enter. I break the kiss, and lay him on my bed.
"Kamui.... I-- I won't force you to do anything you don't want me to..."
Kamui looks up at me, and whispers.
"I know you won't Fuma."
With that said, I straddle his hips, and lean forward to claim his lips again. My hands wonder down his lithe frame,------
