Ross sighed as she heard the echo of her footsteps going down the marble stairs.
'Man that girl is pretty smart' she thought as she opened the door to the dining room.
"Im...going to bed you guys uh... I'll see you in the morning" she said turning around as she was about to close the door.
'HEY WAIT!" yelled Kuwa she turned around.
"What?" she said as he stood up.
"IS she going to sell you?" he asked as Ross smiled.
"Not this time... don't worry I think I talked some sense into her oh yeah that reminds me Kurama she wants to talk to you" said Ross pointing to the stairs he nodded and stood up.
"Hn"
Ross turned around to see Hiei looking out the window his arms crossed she smiled.
"What's wrong don't like staying INSIDE a house?" she asked as he grumbled.
"Shut up" he said as she shrugged she knew what was really bothering him... her.
"Suit yourself im gonna go get Jewels and go to bed good night" she said closing the door behind her and making her way to where Elaine said Lydia's room was located.

Kurama stood in front of the door wondering if he should just go in or knock or what... was he doing the right thing??
-KNOCK-
"Come in" a soft voice said from inside he proceeded to enter.
"Oh hey" she said looking from the window "Ellie I"
She raised a hand
"Don't apologize I mean it's not your fault, you died what could you have done come from the dead to just tell me." she said as his expression softened
"Well I could have come sooner" he said as she sighed.
"Yes but you didn't so lets just leave it at that shall we" she said as she felt tears well up in her eyes and fall to the ground slowly.
She felt him embrace her from behind, "I still love you" he whispered in her ear as she sighed.
"Are you happy?" she asked as he raised a brow.
"What do you mean?" he asked as she flipped to look at him face to face.
"I mean are you.... Happy about being a human?" she asked as he sighed.
"It's alright I suppose but what about you? Are you not happy?" he asked as she looked away.
"No... I have no reason to be here anymore" she said as he hugged her tightly.
"Then come home with me" he said as she raised her ears in surprise.
"Wha... what do you mean?" she asked as he smiled.
"I mean come to the human world and stay with me... oh don't give me that look its not as bad as it seems really my mother would love to have you and im sure Kurone can handle things here come on please" he said whining a bit at the end.
She giggled "It sounds like you want me to go more than anything else" she said he nuzzled her neck.
"What can I say I missed you Ellie" he said as she giggled.
"Alright...ALRIGHT silly I'll go with you" she said smiling wildly he grinned and planted one on her.
"I knew you couldn't resist" he said as she laughed.

Ross sighed and smiled after hearing Elaine's laughs...
"Thank goodness" she thought out loud as she tucked Jewels into the bed, she kissed her on the head as they girl turned on her side.
Ross sighed and went to the window pulling out her journal.
-Well what can I say this was all fate... if she hadn't gotten Jewels Kurama wouldn't have come back to see her again... finally something good has happened... but Hiei... how can he fall for me again I just don't understand I mean sure I like him but he deserves so much more than a liar. Im sure I'll work it out as well... Sigh now to go back to school and to get back to normal... but what to say to Jewels???-
Ross put the journal away and yawned stretching she looked at the young girl sleeping next to her and fell into a dreamless rest.

"So this is the human world" said Elaine looking around the city streets her ears and tails were gone, she wore a jean skirt and gray dress skirt.
"Yeah this is it" said Ross yawning as she held the hand of little Jewels.
Jewels tugged on her arm.
"Huh? What is it sweetie?" she asked as they girl looked up at her with bright giner eyes.
"Do I get to go with you Rossy?" she asked as Ross sighed.
"For tonight but I have to take you back tomorrow" she said as Jewels smiled happily.
"YEAH!" she said swinging her arm happily Ross just smiled.
"Hey" she said turning her head to the others.
"You guys can camp out at my house tonight I suppose Its gonna be kinda hard to explain Jewels my mom already thinks im a slut so maybe if I have more peoples she won't go asking stupid questions" she said as they nodded.
"Why does your mom think you're a slut?" asked Elaine as Yusuke laughed.
"Be prepared Elaine her mom has to be the biggest bitch I've ever met she hates Ross" he said as Ross rolled her eyes.
'Thanks Yusuke" she said as he grinned.
"No problem" he said as he sighed.
'Sometimes I wonder if he switched brains with Kuwabara' she though as Hiei smirked knowing what she was thinking.

"Alright we're here" she said opening the door to her house.
"AND WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN" screamed ChiChi
"Out" said Ross simply letting everyone in.
"Oh and what is this" she said pointing to the group.
"I pay rent don't I?? Get use to it" said Ross closing the door; the group looked pretty surprised at her change in attitude to her mother. ChiChi huffed and left out of site.
"Wow" said Elaine wide eyed.
"She is a bitch" she said as Kurama chuckled.
"Come on sit" said Ross pointing to the living room.
"So uh... you pay rent?" asked Yusuke confused.
"Yeah I figure that way I don't get blamed for our money troubles" she said going to the fridge and taking out a 12 pack of coke.
"Enjoy" she said as they dove in she sighed and gave Jewels some juice.
"Hey you're home" said Goku waking up the stairs.
"Oh hey dad yeah sorry I ran off I had something... to take care off" she said going to him and kissing him on the cheek.
"Hey why are you home?? I thought you were training Uub?" she asked as he rubbed the back of his head.
"I am but your mom sent Gohan to get me... cause you disappeared" he said as Ross tilted her head.
"Well that's new" she said as he chuckled.
"Yeah I think you finally got to her" he said as she smiled.
"Maybe" she said as he grinned.
Ross felt a tug on her pant leg she looked down to see Jewels holding up a cup for her.
"Oh and who is this?" asked Goku with a bright smile.
"Oh hehehe" said Ross rubbing the back of her head.
"This is my god-daughter" said Ross making Goku's eyes widen.
"Really" he said as she grinned.
"Rossy can I have some more apple juice?" she asked as Ross picked her up.
"Sure come on" she said bringing her to the kitchen.
"So uh... what's a god-daughter?" asked Goku making everyone but Ross anime fall.
"It's uh... alright you Gohan and Piccolo" she said as Goku nodded.
"It's kinda like that" she said as he smiled understanding.
"Alright well im gonna go and take off your mom is uh around here somewhere" said Goku as Ross nodded.
"Yeah I know... be careful" she said kissing his cheek he smiled and left.
"Wow you and your dad sure do get along" said Yusuke as Ross grinned.
"Yeah well everyone likes him" said Ross with a laugh.

"This has my number if you wanna call me ok" she said as they little nodded, Jewels hugged Ross tightly.
"Oh yeah I have something else for you" she said digging in her pocket.
"Here" she said holding up blood red gem on a chain.
"I figured since your name WAS Jewels you deserve one... to remember me by" she said putting it around the young girl.
"Ok" said the girl hugging Ross, she smiled and let her go.
"Bye" said Jewels as she was lead away out of site.
