This is a new story I have begun to write in my spare time. "Emma! Where are my earrings?" Shalimar Fox yells to her best friend, "I need them for my date with Brad." Emma yells down, "I found them! They are in your bathroom!" Shalimar yells up, "Thanks Emma! Gotta go! Brennan you have five seconds to get down here or you're gonna have one unhappy girlfriend at the bar waiting for you!" Brennan runs in and stops, "Alright. Let's go before I begin to regret letting you set me up. Bye Jess!" Jesse curses out loud, "*$@%. Bye BRennan! Have a good time!" BRennan laughs, "Don't hurt yourself in there!" Emma comes downstairs with Shal's earrings and hands them to her, "I'll make sure he surfaces this time. I'm not letting him pull another all -nighter." Shalimar grabs her purse, "He already has. It's been two days. Get him to a bed. I'll call you tonight if I'm not coming home. Bye." Emma waves goodbye and then heads down to Jesse's garage. She opens the door and sees him working on some part to the plane. "Jesse...you have to go to sleep. It's been two days." Jesse looks up for a second and then back down, "Shal told you to say that. Didn't she?" Emma says, "That's not the point. You never sleep anymore. You never sleep more than 4 hours a week. It's not healthy. You're not eating anymore either. It's worrying all of us. Even Adam is getting worried." Jesse looks up, "Adam's never around anymore." He sees how hurt she is from that statement and says, "Listen, I promise I'll go to sleep and eat... after I finish this engine." Emma sits down, 'Fine. I'm going to hold you to that. I'll sit here until you come upstairs with me." She smiles as he looks up upset. Jesse gets up and picks her up and puts her down outside the door, "Go upstairs. This is no place for you to be." Emma whines, 'No one let's me have any fun." Jesse says, "There's reason. Now scoot and let me finish." Emma goes back downstairs and begins to play with the engine light, "Nah. I like it down here. If this is what it takes to have some quality time with you I'll do it." Jesse sighs and goes back to work pushing Emma out of the way. HE places the engine back and then wipes off his hands on his pants, "Let's go upstairs and eat. I'm getting a bit hungry anyways." Emma asks, 'Do you ever take breaks?" Jesse smiles and kisses her, "Never."
