Chapter 5
I didn't know what to do anymore. I wanted to get Sakyou out of my head so badly! But was Kurama willing to help? He had stayed by my side for so long. I knew he was getting tired of this. I felt like if I didn't stop that he was going to leave me. I didn't want him doing that. Not now at least.
As much as I hated it,I couldn't go to sleep. I felt that if I did,I would get more dreams of Sakyou. Why the hell were these dreams coming back? Were they trying to tell me something? Sakyou was dead. And I wanted it to stay that way.
Maybe those dreams were trying to tell me that I should've forgiven Sakyou a long time ago. But I couldn't do that. He left me. But not only did he leave me. He also left Shizuru. She cared about him more than I did.
But the thing I wanted the most was to get all the memories out of my head. I just wanted them to go away! I didn't want to remember anymore... I have Kurama now. Kurama cared about me. He loved more than anything else. Sakyou never cared about me. But then again,he did save me. But that was only once. No...he saved me twice. But I didn't want to remember that! I just wanted to forget all of it!
The next morning I found myself in the hospital with Kurama by my side.
"Kurama?"I asked,not sure why I was there.
He bent down and kissed my forehead.
"What the hell is going on? Why am I here?"
"You've been in a coma for three days."
"That long huh?"
"What happened?"
"I...I don't remember Kurama. I really don't."
"Well I do,"said Yusuke,who was standing by the door. "Kurama,can I talk to you?"
"Are you going to be ok?"
I nodded. "I'll be fine Kurama."

"What happened Yusuke?"Kurama asked as he hand Yusuke hurried out the room.
"Kurama,is there something about this girl that we don't know about...that maybe you do?"
He sighed. "Yes. She can use her spirit energy now."
"When did she use it the first time?"
"During the Dark Tournament. She used it to ward off demons because I wasn't with her. That's why I had to go to the hospital. But then why would she want to use it again? The Dark Tournament's been over for nearly two months."
"I'm wondering the same thing. But who saved her?"
"Sakyou..."
"Are you serious? And she still wanted to fight him?"
"She's had a history with him."
"Oh god. Maybe she wanted to use the memory to get him out of her head."
"That could be. But this whole idea is starting to scare me. She could get hurt Yusuke. Or even worse..."
"I know. I don't want to think about it either."
"But Yukina would know about him too. But Nicole knows more about him."
"Should we talk to Yukina?"
He shook his head. "No. Just Nicole. To be safe."
"All right."

"Well I do,"said Yusuke,who was standing by the door. "Kurama,can I talk to you?"
"Are you going to be ok?"
I nodded. "I'll be fine Kurama."

He shook his head. "No. Just Nicole. To be safe."
