next chapter pretty much wraps it up...and than I'll start a new fic...once
again based on them cuz I love Tony/ Michelle...now if your from the UK or

A/N – During those two years – Nina was a mole, first season type stuff happened but not the exact same... Teri is dead sadly enough...
Michelle was starting to give up hope of Tony ever asking her to marry him....after all it had been two years and they were doing great...
He actually was talking about how he didn't feel marriage was necessary...well maybe eventually but he liked to wait for a while...
He always told Michelle the truth, and he always told her how he loved her...she desperately hoped that they could get married...she wasn't getting any younger...she wanted to have children and she wanted to spend the rest of her life with the man she loved...

Tony and Michelle cuddled together on a couch in Tony's living room while they watched television...
They did that a lot now. They just liked to be in each other's company...it was comforting...
Some nights they would just sit around and watched TV and movies, other nights they would go out and have dinner.
One night in the summer Michelle had challenged Tony to a game of mini golf. Mini golf was just the start of friendly competition between the two. They enjoyed challenging each other to games, basketball, tennis, squash, golf – it was something they enjoyed doing together... They ate almost every meal together...and whenever they got the chance they would always look up and just watch each other...
Michelle and Tony had decided just to watch movies that night; they had worked really hard that day...
"Tony...can I ask you something?"
"Of course, what is it sweetie?"
"Where are we going?"
"What do you mean where are we going?"
"Where are WE going? Where is our relationship headed?"
Tony was shocked by this... "I uh.....uh...uh what do you mean?"
"I love you...I love you a lot, more than anything in the world, its just that its been two years...and well we haven't progressed really since the first few months..."
"Well um Michelle, I love you too... A LOT...it's just that I don't know what to say...where do you want it to go..."
"I don't know Tony – just somewhere..."
"Well I don't know Michelle, I don't know if I'm ready – I love you so much and I love spending as much time as possible with you but I don't know if I'm ready..."
"When will you be ready?"
"Uh I dunno, I guess eventually – It's just been hard...you know...finding out Nina had used me only for information and all..."
"Oh come on Tony – you know I would never do that...you know that right?"
"Yah...I guess...I'm just worried..."
Michelle had been expecting a different answer...maybe that he did trust her and he did want the relationship to go somewhere...
"Well Tony – I'm not getting any younger...and if this relationship isn't going anywhere and you can't trust me....I mean I love you n' all but I don't think its going to work...I think we both want different things..."
With that Michelle stood up and walked out...
"Michelle WAIT..." But it was no use Michelle was gone...
Tony chased after her but Michelle was to quick for him, she ran to her car – and got in and raced away – she didn't go to her house, she didn't want him to find her, she didn't want to talk to him for the moment...
She drove to Kim's apartment, Kim was her only real friend, she was so busy with work and Tony she really didn't have time for friends outside of work – even though Kim was quite a bit younger, they got along great, and Kim understood...
Ding Dong
"Hey Michelle...what's wrong?"
"Um, well can I come in, I need somebody to talk too..."
"Hey Michelle....oh...well Kim I'll leave you two alone, I'll come back later" and with that Chase left the apartment
"What's wrong?"
"Well Tony and I sort of got in a fight..."
"About what? I didn't think you two could fight..."
"It wasn't major...well I guess it was...it was about where our relationship was going and all...I guess we just have different opinions about things...and where we..."
Ring Ring
"Hello?...Oh hey Tony..."
Michelle's eyes started welling up when she heard Tony's name...
"Uh no, Michelle's not here...why? Um yeah if I hear from her I'll tell her that...Ok bye Tony...sorry I couldn't be of more help...Hope it works out for you..."

Michelle looked down at her work when Tony came in, she couldn't face him, and she only wished that he had and did want the same thing she wanted...

"Um Michelle I need to talk to you...its really important, I want to..."

Michelle hung up the phone and got back to her work while trying to hold the tears back.
Tony sighed, he didn't know what to do...he did love her and he was planning on asking her to move in with him on her birthday...and he was just trying to surprise her...but I guess that backfired...
Tony walked over to Michelle's desk and dropped off a folder and a note on top... "Can you deal with this as soon as possible and than hand it to Mason?" (A/N Mason never went down with the plane in season 2, season 2 has never happened)
"Ok Tony" Michelle turned back to her work. As Tony walked away she slowly looked up, she looked over at the folder Tony left and saw a note on top...
------ Michelle – I really love you and I need to talk to you, its really important, and I don't think we have different opinions at all, please have lunch with me, if you will come over to talk to me or phone me, please, I really need to talk to you and I really love you and I don't want to lose you... Love Tony ---------
Michelle read this note and sat and thought, she got hurt by Tony once, will it get worse?
What was she thinking, she wouldn't get hurt again, she loved Tony too much and he loved her just as much.
Michelle picked up the phone and dialed Tony's 4 digit number...
Ring Ring
"CTU – Almeida"
"Hey Tony, I decided to take you up on your offer for lunch, I think we should talk too...I don't want to lose you either..."
"Ok, come get me when you're ready to go, listen Michelle...I'm really..." "Tony – how is that information coming on the Thomas family?" Mason barked to Tony
"Um Michelle I gotta go, I'll see you at lunch..."
