Scrat In The Big City

My story continues from the end of the movie Ice Age, when Scrat finds the coconut.
After causing the entire island to split in two, Scrat falls down into the crevasse. Eventually he hits a drainage pipe, which carries him for miles and miles along the bottom of the ocean. He floats through the tunnel while trying to stay above the water by floating on his coconut.
After about a week, Scrat finds himself in the sewers of New York City. He is awoken when his coconut slips out from underneath him. When he looks up he can see nothing but blackness. However, through the blackness comes a tiny circle of light: the sewer hatch. He climbs up a ladder and pushes with all his might. He gets the hatch open and looks out to find a huge semi coming straight at him.
The semi's tire hits the open manhole and the truck flips completely over. Scrat stares at it with widened eyes. He looks into the sewer again and sees his coconut floating away.
"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" he screams. He tries to reach it but he finally gives up and climbs out onto the main highway. He screams again when another semi comes at him. He is motionless and it screeches to a stop but not in time. Scrat is catapulted into the air and onto the roof of the Empire State Building.
He clings to the tip of the building and looks down at the streets below, and screams yet again. Suddenly, there is a cracking sound. The tip starts to bend in his weight and then *SNAP*! He falls to the streets at rapid speed. Luckily, he lands on a kite and is saved from his fall.
From the kite he sees another open manhole and inside he sees his coconut floating by.
"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" he screams once more. He finally gives up on screaming when his kite starts to rip.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
