the end of Enchanter on Azhure. Also, like I said before, I have NOT read
further than the second book, so don't spoil it for me! Sorry if this turns
out inaccurate to the next books, but hey, what can you do. Here goes!]
I curse you, yet I cannot
Even through the pain I have borne
I love him, and I regret
That from me he was torn
I do not know your story
I do not know your side
I do not even know if it was a fight, won with glory
Or if fate has tilted just for you
All I know is that I love him
And he has been all I wanted, through and through
But I now know that it is you he loves, adores
And I cannot, will not, do a thing
So I head now, for wherever, for distant shores
Because I cannot fight with you, even for him
You seem so sweet and tender, hurt from a young age
And the light that shines around you, makes my own aura seem dim
With you I feel close comradeship
For we are both caught in this damned Prophecy
It seems the position of Lover may easily flip.

And your stomach, swollen with child
And all I can feel is warmth, for your sweet charms
For the sweet babe you call Caelum
I want to hate you for stealing him
