Shindou-Chan: This is a poem I wrote ages upon ages ago... Its called the
Flower of Midgar and its read from Cloud's point of view as he lays Aerith
into her grave. *shrugs* Just something I found while digging through some
old writings and drawings....
Disclaimer: I do not own Cloud, Aerith, and anything else written in this
poem. If I owned Final Fantasy VII....well lets just say that Cloud and
Sephiroth would have done a little something-something... ^_~

.::Flower of Midgar::.
Remembering the day I met her,
Like a dazzling star, she stood,
That dark smoggy alley,
A basket upon her arm.
I saw her, knowing instantly,
She had to be the flower of Midgar.
A flower she offered,
Simple act of kindness,
I grew to know her well,
That beautiful flower of Midgar.
I also remember that dark day,
She was taken away from me.
A simple swipe of a sword,
Surprise etched into her angelic face,
She was gone.
I now lay her in her watery grave,
Remembering the day we met.
I think to myself,
'She waits for me,
Just as I wait to be reunited,
With the flower of Midgar.'

Shindou-Chan: Well, there you have it... My silly little poem. Comments are
loved and flames will be used to burn down my school (Chemlab first of
course... damn Chemistry...)
