Kage looked at the carnage that surrounded him. He had managed to slay all the demons but, man was he exhausted and where the heck was Inuyasha!!?? He was probably stuffing his face, not matter, thought Kage as he walked toward the hut. A glint caught his eye. "Not again," Kage turned "Who's Kikiyo!!!!!" There she was Kikiyo. She had not aged a day since he had met her, "Why are you here my old friend" "No reason," Kikiyo replied coldly "I..." "KAGE!!!" Sango's voice came form the hut carrying with it her aguish, "Kage Saya's gone!!!" "What!?" Kage turned. At that moment Kikiyo turned and faded into the forest carrying with her a small bundle.

"So let me get this straight." Kage stood leaning against a wall in Kaede's hut "you guys were eating I was fighting a huge hoard of demons and Kohaku was watching Saya." "That's right" replied Inuyasha not looking up from his ninth helping of Ramen, "That's exactly what happened." "Do we have any idea who might have done it?" Asked Shippo clearly concerned. "Hmmm..." Kage thought for a second "Well I saw Kikiyo after I beat all the demons but..." WAM!!! Sango stood up so fast that the table, and all the food on the table, fell on Shippo. "Kikiyo was here why you didn't tell me!? I bet she did this." "But why?" Kage not know having just seen Kikiyo for the first time in 60 years was completely confused, "Why would she do that unless...wait a minute she hadn't aged a day...hmmmm...You don't think that!" "That's right" Miroku looked up grim faced. Kikiyo wants a new body. One that doesn't need soul to keep it going."
