And so he left. He went back to California, where his father was.
But still, he can't forget her.
He tries to write letters, but he doesn't know how to start them.
So, one day, as he looks for a book, he sees it.

He grabs his keys and makes his way back to New Haven.

She can't sleep.
The thought of him coming back again plagues her mind.
Paris has kept her busy for awhile with different gatherings and the like.
But, at night, the thoughts of him come back, and she can't keep herself from crying.
The next morning, she knows something is different. She feels it. Even Paris seems abnormal, which is strange in and of itself.
It is when she is walking back to her dorm that she sees him. He is standing in front of her door, and she smiles.
"Wh… What are you doing?" she stammers.
He sighs. "You… you mean too much to me. I can't leave you."
She smiles, and a tear slipped down her cheek. "I…"
He does not let her finish. He kisses her, and she eagerly reciprocates.
As they pull apart, he pulls her to him in a strong embrace. She starts to cry, and he tries to console her.
He looks her in the eyes. "I am not leaving you, ever again."
She smiles, and cups his face in her hands. "I love you."
And together, they make their way into her dorm.
