The Involved Gamer, a rwby fanfic

In a dimly lit room lays a skinny tanned boy with long dark brown hair. He lays sleeping in a queen size bed with a black muscle shirt along with a matching pair of sweat jeans. A ray of light hits his eyes and the boy groans opening a pair of teal eyes. He stares the the ceiling for a few seconds before rising up. Lifting up his blanket he gets out of the bed and slips on a pair of white fluffy slippers. He walks down a flight of stair into a kitchen. Opening a seemingly empty cabinet he grabs a cup of ramen. He opens the cup and walks to the sink pouring in some water. Placing the cup in a microwave he sets the timer for three minutes. Sitting down he mutters under his breath.

"So I got my first day of work in an hour. Moms already gone for work. I need to get ready and shower in about thirty minutes so I can get to work early. Don't want to be late on the first day." The microwave begins to beep and the boy sits up and grabs his food.

Finishing his ramen he goes back up to his room and grabs a grey shirt with the words Rosa Maria's written on the front along with a drawing of what looks like a green goblin eating out of a trash can with the word garbage eater on the back. Grabbing a pair of black jeans and the remainder of his cloths and walking into the restroom grabbing a towel on the way. Turning on the shower he turns the nob and jumps in.

The door shut as the boy from earlier walks out. His wet hair in a pony tail. He walks down the sidewalk and makes it to a stop light. He presses on the pedestrian walk and waits. The orange hand turn into a green person and he starts walk across. A loud car honking is heard as a red mustang barrels towards him. Jumping out of the way on time he narrowly misses being hit my a car. His eyes wide he yells.

"Watch where you're going asshole!" He glares at the mustang and with a huff keeps walking on his way to work muttering swears under his breath. Minutes later he makes it to a small shop with the same word as on his shirt. Rosa Maria's. He knocks on the door and a young woman wearing the same shirt walks out. She looks him up and down and speaks

"Oh you must me the new employee." Her monotone voice making the boy wince. "Here follow me I'll show you around. That's the break room." She points to a door on the right. " That's the managers room make sure to knock." She points at a door with the word manager on it. "And finally this is where you and I work behind us is the kitchen."

He nods and asks "When do we open again I forgot."

She stares blankly and sighs. The boy winces again. "Nine thirty." The girl answers.

He pulls out his phone and sees that he has twenty minutes before they open. "So what's your name?" He asks

"Melisa" She dully answers.

"Mines Alexander White." He smiles

A person walks into view and takes Alexanders attention away from Melisa. He turns and smiles.

"Hi welcome to Rosa Maria's how may I take your order?"

After a week of working Alexander finally got his first pay check. Smiling in glee as he stares at the check in hand. He currently going to the bank and then he sees the alley he's been looking for. He quickens his pace and makes it to the alley the bank on the other side. He starts his march down the alley. He makes it down to the middle of the alley. Then his smile of glee becomes a face of terror as he feel a cold metallic feeling on his throat. Before he can scream a rough hand covers his mouth.

"Listen here kiddo you're gonna give me that check you have in your pocket and we both will be on our marry way K?" The unknown asks.

Alexander quickly nods as he pulls out the check and holds it up.

"Good." The knife is removed from his throat and a hand reaches for the check. In the brief moment Alexander kicks the persons shin and starts to sprint away. "OW! Why you! Hey! Get back here!" The person begins their chase as Alexander screams.

"Help! I'm being chased! They've got a knife!" He shouts as he turns back seeing a gruff looking man with dark skin messy black hair that seems to be falling out a stubble and the blade that was held at the boys throat not to long ago. He sees the end of the alley and he lets out a breath of relief. But he trips on a stone. He turns back and the man just about catches up. Alexander screams and tries to crawl away he makes it out to the sidewalk he looks around to see no people around. He stops as the man looms over his with an evil smirk on his face.

"Thought you could get away huh? Well I'm a nice guy so you give me that check and you can live." He threadedly points the blade at Alexander. Who backs up into the road the paper griped tightly in his hand.

"Bu.. But this is my first check-" He cut off by the man.

"You think I care give me the check or this pretty little knife is going through your chest." The man says making Alexander back up more. He start to put out his hand to give up the check. Before they hear a loud honking a semi truck is zooming towards the two standing in the street. The man drop the knife and tries to run but his a hand snakes around his leg and he falls. He turns to see Alexander grinning ear to ear. "Hey. Hey! Let go of me!" The man starts kicking only to freeze when he hears Alexander.

"If I'm going down you going down with me." Alexander turns to the semi truck and his grin widens he starts pulling the man closer to him. The man squirms and screams.

"Hey! Please kid I have a family! I have to little girls!" His eyes dart back and forth form Alexander and the truck. "PLEASE! I don't wanna die. Please!" He pleads. " Why isn't the truck stopping!" Alexander turns his head to the side and laughs.

"Funny isn't it. I can't let you got because you would kill me, but this way..." He turns to the truck. "We both die. Haha..." Alexander closes his eyes and braces.

"Pitiful isn't it the poor boy really couldn't do anything else. It's ether die himself alone or the both of them. The man didn't even have a family he was just a helpless druggy. Paul bring the boy to me."

"His names Alexander White right sir?"

"Yes now hurry along now."

"Yes sir."

A man in a white coat walk out of the dark room. Well its a dark throne room. A giant silhouette sits on top of the chair with one leg over the other. The Figure has what seems to be a large mane of hair along with a pair of large breasts. A Crown sits on the silhouette head. The man in the coat walks back in and bows.

"The boy will be here soon sir." Paul says

"Thank you Paul."

"Where am I?" Alexander sits in what seems to be in a dressing room. A door creaks open and two maids walk in. The two wear standard maid outfits. They have light blue hair along with a pair of shining purple eyes.

"Greetings human we are here to tidy you up for you to see our lord." The two speak.

"W... what?" Alexander mutters head spinning. The two maid prob him up and stand him in front of a mirror. He takes a look at himself blood covers him and his cloths. His once long dark brown hair coated in crimson. He only has time to wonder before he has his cloths thrown off of him and he's put into a standard black and white suit and tie. His messy hair combed back and washed. His face washed and his confused face forced into a neat smile. He's then pushed out into a long dark hallway. A red carpet lays on the floor. Giant knight statues on each side. Alexander stares and gawks at is surroundings. He looks and thinks.

'It's like I'm a a movie. And if I'd have to guess those doors lead to the king.' He gulps and looks back the maid now gone. Shocked he looks down to see his legs moving on their own. He tries to stop but is unable to do so. He makes it to the giant doors and they slowly creak open. His legs move in and he turns and see the large silhouette stares seemingly smirking down at him.

"Hello Alexander. I see you look swell."

The boy regains control over his legs and takes a step back.

"Uh. Hi?" He says. He looks to his right to see a visibly angered man in a coat. He takes another step before the silhouette reaches out and he's stopped in his tracks.

"Can't have you running away can we?" The silhouette speaks. And Alexander opens his mouth.

"If I may ask why am I here? Who are you? Where are we? And can I go home-?" He cut off by a yell.

"Silence! You have no right to ask questions from my highness when you haven't even so much as bowed!." The man in the coat shouts. Alexander jumps back and the silhouette glares.

"Paul."

"But your highness"

Paul."

"I. Yes sir." Paul bows and takes a step back. The silhouette turns back to Alexander.

"To answer some of your questions. You are here because I've been watching you. I am the queen of this castle if you wish call me Queen Vasilija. And no you can't go home. Thought that one is out of my power." Queen Vasilija finishes.

"What do you mean that's out of your control you brought me here but you can't bring me back?" Alexander glares and the queen.

"Apologies but even I can't bring back the dead." She says.

"The dead? You mean I'm?" He mutters in disbelief.

"Yes unfortunately your dead. A young king was testing one of his many powers and so happened to more or less give you a second personality. Here let me remove that for you." She snaps her fingers and a ghostly figure steps out of Alexander. He looks and his eyes widen. It's him but he looks insane deranged purely unhinged. He has a crazy grin. "His main purpose is to come out when your brain starts working overdrive and short circuits. He more so your fight in the flight. He fights when you can't. Though sadly he's based off the crazy side of you. So his way of doing things is more harmful to you than it should be."

"That's insane." He says in awe as he pokes and prods and the crazy him? "Wait a sec why am I even here. You said I can't go home so why did you bring me here. Also was the king controlling the truck driver?"

"No the truck driver just fell asleep due to overworking. You're here because I am the queen of reincarnation and since one of my fellow kings cause your death. I deem it appropriate to give you another chance." She says.

"A second chance? So, this is like one of those anime? Where the guys dies and he get reincarnated with like super powers?" He asks.

"If you want it to be. I was just thinks of sending to back to your world." She says.

"Oh..." He starts to think 'If I pick going to another world then I won't be able to see mom anymore. Mom always said she wanted the best for me. Plus without another person around she won't have to work so hard. She could go out more. But I doubt it she'll lock herself in her room and she most likely will get fired. But I hate my world. It's filled with people like him. There's so much war. There's so many things that could go wrong.' He grits his teeth before he speaks.

"Can we do both? I could visit my mom and I could go to another world? Right?" He stare in desperation.

"Sadly no I can't do that. A soul can't exist in two places at once. Though If you wanted I could make it so you can send her voice messages she could hear them from her phone It won't matter if she gets a new one or not you could still send her some." She says

"I... I would like that." He says.

"Alright then. Now we can get to the rest of it what type of world would you like to be in?" Vasilija says.

"I'd... Hm. Can I pick one from a show?" Alexander asks.

"Yeah that'd be fine." Vasilija answers.

"I'd like to go to the show Ruby though it spelled like R-W-B-Y." Alexander states.

"Hold on" Vasilija holds up a finger. A ray of images flow into the room showing the characters of RWBY the storyline everything. The ray goes into Vasilija head and she looks back at Alexander and plainly says. "You know this show kinda sucks right?"

"Y.. Yeah but I kinda thought it'd be nice cause-," Vasilija cut him off

"Because the girls are hot or cute as you humans say it?" She asks.

"What! No." He flushes a line of red dust his face. "I thought because your like a goddess or something." Vasilija Cut him off with a laugh.

"A goddess huh? Am I that beautiful?" She says with a hint of a blush on her face.

"I.. I yes?" He says. Vasilija face erupts in a blush. She coughs in her hand looks away.

"Well don't we have a player. Anyway continue your speech." She changes the topic.

"Well I thought since you like a goddess or something you could change the story for the better and make some of the characters less bland and more flavorful." He asks.

"Well normally I wouldn't do such things. Though I think we can make an exception. I can do that. Now onto your powers we'll do the standard three wishes."

"Well I wish for the a power called the gamers system due to how broken it is. I also wish for. Uh. Can I just keep the other wishes in like a inventory slot with the system?"

"Ah yes yet another exception I'll make for you." She winks. She snaps and a hologram pops up in from of Alexander.

Her pearly skin. Her silky black hair. Her black heels. And her shining Purple dress. And atop her head a galaxy like crown. Alexander eyes widen and he mutters "Holy shit you really are a goddess." Vasilija face ignites in a red and she stutters.

"Th-tha... thank you." She put her hand on Alexanders chest and closes her eyes. "Through it is in my will. Your soul has been wrong by one of my own. For that I apologize and along with that I give you my blessing. May your adventure be wonderful. And may you grown powerful. Goodbye to you. Alexander." She finishes. Alexander opens his eyes confused to see the same room he was just in.

"What?"

"Oh yeah one more thing" Vasilija walks up to Alexander "Close your eyes for me." Alexander does so. He wait until he feel a soft cold feeling on his cheek and his eyes snap open and his face starts burning. "Let that be your parting gift I'll see you later Alexander. Don't be a stranger." Vasilija Smiles with a large blush and her face.

"Did you just?" With a flash of light Alexander vanishes.

"Yes. Yes I did." Vasilija touches her lips.

"AHH WHAT THE FUCK!" Currently Alexander can be seen rapidly falling down to a forest.

"HOW IN ANYWAY DOES THAT HELPPPPPPP!" He continues falling. "BRACE FOR IMPACT!" He braced himself and he hit the ground the sound of glass shattering is heard by Alexander as he slams into the ground. "Fuck! That hurt!" He stands up and pats himself down "Now my suits all dirty." He grumbles.

He looks around and realizes he in the forever fall forest. The orange leaved trees tells him that. "Oh come on." His eye dart to a tree when he see a dark silhouette. "Fuck Grimm!" He tries reaching for a weapon of sort his eyes widen when he realizes he's defenseless. He looks up to see the red eyes of a ursa major "Ohhhh FuCKKKKKK!" He makes a break for it and starts running away from the beast using the trees to slow it down.

"How do you use magic do you just imagine it and shape it in you head?! It might be worth a try seeing as I'm probably gonna die again!" He tightly turn a corner as the ursa slams into a few trees. Alexander closes his eyes and imagines a bullet and tries to fire it.

Woosh. The sound of wind blowing past is heard by Alexander and he turns to see the ursa bleeding a large hole in its stomach. Alexander stope and takes a breath. "I should of just chose to go back to earth. I may as well send a message back to mom. Uh use skill voice message."

[Now using skill voice message.]

"Hey mom. I.. I don't know what's going on with you over back on earth. But I want you to know I'm alive and well. Just not on earth anymore I'm on another world which sounds crazy I know. But I've got super powers now. I can do magic and stuff. I just wanted to update you as soon as possible. Though I think I'm way in over my head. I.. I'm scared I've always been a coward. And you know that. Couldn't even go to bed without the nightlight on until I was 12. Funny isn't it? I might just try to find a way home or just live like I did on earth. Because there's big giant monsters that could probably kill me in seconds. But uh don't worry mom I.. I'll be ok. End skill Voice message"

AND DONE! Almost 4,000 words on the first chapter woah. But Uh hello this is my first fanfic on this website despite being here for like 5 months. I moved here from wattpad the main reason being to many bad stories with a really good description it sucked. But here a lot of the stories are really good. So I hope this first chapter meets your standards. I hoped you like the first chapter. Please leave a review on what I need to works on. Though I already know I suck a describing people. Also If you find any spelling errors I missed please point them out. I hate sounding illiterate. But Yeah if you liked this and want more. I don't really know when I'll write a new chapter though If your lucky it'll be soon. So uh Yeah Bye and thanks for reading.
