Hiya! I'm new here, but this is not my first attempt at Harry Potter
fanfiction. I won't lie. So, here's another, and I hope you like it. It's
called "Forbidden". Hermione/Draco.
PLACE:Slytherin Common Room.
OCCUPANTS: Draco.
Draco was sitting on the big dark green couch in the Slytherin common room.
[Where are Crabbe and Goyle?] He thought to himself. [They've got to be getting here soon. I've got to practice for the Dueling Tournament. They'll make great targets. They're slow, on both points.]
Just then there was a loud sound that came from the other side of the common room. It sounded like someone had fallen through the ceiling. Draco sat up and scowled.
[You've got to be kidding me. I just sat down!] He thought. [Well, might as well go check it out. I've been up for worse.]
He made his way to the door near the girls dormitory. He knew this place well. He'd been in there countless times. He stuck his head around the corner only to get a faceful of dust. He turned around to wipe his eyes and cursed. He groped around in pocket for his wand. He did a reducing charm on the dust without looking. When he was done, he looked around the corner again.
[What in the name of Voldemort...?] He thought.
There, in the floor surrounded by stone and dust particles, was a small figure in red-well, what he could make of he THOUGHT it was red. He looked closer and squinted his eyes.
[Dear Lord...It's Hermoine!] He thought.
"Hermione! What the heck?!" He yelled.
Partly out of anger, partly out of his mothers side of the family, which was compassion, he ran over to where she lay and picked her up. She looked unconscious and was filthy with dirt. He walked over to where he was originally sitting and lied her down. He took her robe off and folded it up. He'd do a cleaning charm on it later. He sighed and leaned over her and brushed her face off.
[Maybe I should get something to clean her face.] He thought.
He walked over to the bathroom and searched through the cupboards for a towel. He found one and wet it. He ran back over to her and started to wipe her face off. When he was sure it was clean and had thrown the towel away, he sat down on the end of the couch. He decided to wait until she was awake and then take her back to the Gryffindor common room.
Hour after hour dragged by and Hermione still hadn't woken up yet. Draco gave up waiting after the 5th hour and tried himself to wake her up. He kneeled down beside her and stroked her face.
"Hermione. Wake up. C'mon. Please wake up. I'm tired." He whispered then sighed. "That's it. I give up."
He walked to his dormitory and took down a quilt. He walked back and covered her up with it.
"You can stay here tonight." He said. "Night."
