A/N: This is the revised version of Anymore. I noticed that the last one was too rushed and I have decided this won't be a one-shot but longer…I had an idea.

Warnings: Well Inu's potty mouth and some major angst. This may seem like an I/Kikyo story and a Kouga/Kagome story but it only seems that way it won't stay like that.

It was finally over, after years of searching the jewel was complete. Inuyasha had taken the jewel and now seemed to be ready to make his wish. Everyone was waiting, anxiously, to find out the outcome of their friend.
Inuyasha took a breath and approached Kagome "Kagome may I speak with you" he ask quietly "Sure Inuyasha" she said giving him a sweet smile but her face falling when he didn't return the smile. They walked to the clearing where the Bone Eater's Well sat and
Kagome couldn't help but be a little worried, since the battle with Naraku he had been very distant and it was nearly impossible for Kagome to reach him. He sat on the edge of the well and Kagome sat next to him, she attempted to put her hand on his shoulder but he brushed it away. "Kagome" he said "I brought you here to tell you that I've decided on my wish" he said and Kagome tried to smile "will you tell me what you're going to do" she said softly. Inuyasha took her hand in his "Kagome you know I care for you……but you have to understand that Kikyo was my first love and..." Kagome interrupted anger ebbing at her soul "just tell me Inuyasha" she said. "I'm going to wish for Kikyo's soul to return to her" he said and Kagome felt, and thought she heard, her heart shatter.
"But Inuyasha" she pleaded "what will happen to me?" she said almost ready to cry. Inuyasha gripped her hand "I won't let you die Kagome I promise but I realize now how much Kikyo means to me and I need her Kagome" he said the desperation in his voice touching Kagome's very soul " I trust you Inuyasha" she said "and I'll help anyway I can".
