"Would you allow us to stay in one of those universes?"
So came the suggestion of one man.
It was a profound feeling unlike anything he had ever felt before. Genuine shock as he stared down at his open palm and saw the pair of young men, humans with exceptional power, sitting on his palm and looked at him curiously.
It was a suggestion that Uatu would never have thought of. It was ludicrous. It was outlandish. And yet it drew in his curiosity, a curiosity that even The Watcher did not know he even had.
No. Uatu thought solemnly. If he did so, then that would mean he would break his oath to interfere in other universes... would it? Uatu asked himself and thought deeply. He would not intervene, no matter what the cause, but then again this was not about him making any kind of change to suite his needs.
The infinite worlds Uatu saw, the stories he could see throughout the multiverse were ever changing, constantly and always. They were natural. Yet it would make this one and only circumstance one-of-kind. Uatu knew that deep down even as he talked to these humans who ended up in his domain, there was no trace of them throughout all the universes and the possibilities that the heroes he knew possessed.
They did not exist.
These two humans Uatu found himself speaking to were from another reality that existed outside the Nexus of All Realities.
It was almost scary in a way. Uatu never knew such feelings bubbling deep inside him. The genuine love he felt at times when he saw worlds prosper with hope, the despair and tragedy of seeing such worlds end were also present. But genuine fright made even he uncertain of what was to come.
These two human beings, twin brothers named Naruto and Menma, were an anomaly to all of existence.
'Truly frightening' Uatu thought to himself. Even a being of such cosmic power, Uatu could not even fathom what sort of events would play out? How would it begin? How would it end? Would their presence result in great victories with the champions of Earth? Would their presence bring about such calamity it would destroy the very fabric of reality itself? Uatu understood that for better, or for worse, the scales would be tipped in both favors of good and evil.
It was a choice Uatu never had before. And may never have it again.
"Your oath says you can't interfere with what happens in these universes right, but it doesn't say we can't because we aren't a part of them" the black-haired twin said, his voice deep and crisp. "Would you really be breaking your oath by sending us into any of these different universes?"
Uatu stared solemnly at the dark one. He spoke logically and calculating. He spoke his words carefully, but no ill-will could be felt.
'How strange?' Uatu thought. There was malice in the darker twin. There was a coldness in the man that The Watcher found to be... unpleasant. Though despite what Uatu could see, there was a gleam of light. Uatu easily assumed it was because of the second twin, a love for his twin brother.
And the other twin, shades lighter than the other brother. Hate did linger in his heart, but love was still present, for both himself, his brother and to those that deserve it.
The twins spoke of their reality, the lives they lived and what became of it. Love. Hate. Hope. Tragedy. It was all there like the worlds of the multiverse. But in the end, they persevered through everything and tore their way through their reality, beyond the threshold of space and time and broke through to enter the Nexus of All Realities.
And it was not an intentional one.
'If I do this, even I am not sure what will become of the universe I send them to. What I do next will be beyond my control to ever interfere. I would have either doomed them all, or saved them? Is it a violation of my oath? Is it a decision within my power? Even if I do not interfere, directly or indirectly, would it still be a violation of the oath? I must not interfere, only watch.' Uatu thought to himself.
Hope and suffering were tandem in this task given to him. It was something Uatu knew very well.
Eyes of glowing light flickered from his brief blinks, and Uatu made his decision and agreed to the one who suggested.
The walls that shaped all of time, space and reality were crystalline to the eye. There were numerous facets dividing every single major event, every decision for every champion, a universe constantly being born and constantly being destroyed.
What would be the most suitable universe to handle the levels of power these two possessed? What could the twins do in order to overcome the great challenges that reside in said universe?
It was like walking through a very long hallway. Uatu would glance at one universe, then another, and then another. There was none that came to mind. There was none that seemed fitting of the two.
And after a moment looking through what only he could perceive as infinite, Uatu found one.
He came to a crystalline wall, smooth with no facets. It was a baby universe, one that had yet to reach the full extent of its potential. No great victory. No great tragedy. The champions of Earth who cemented themselves throughout time, space and reality were yet to be and its villains too.
Uatu stared at Naruto and Menma once more. "Once I have done this, it will be beyond my control. No matter the outcome, I will not interfere. The two of you exist outside of everything but will then be subjected to the universe's rules. Should you do this, you will either find hope or despair waiting for you on the other side. And I will have had nothing to do with it." Uatu spoke with absolution in voice. The Watcher told the cold hard truth, just like to many who reached out to him for aid. No matter the personal feelings he would develop in this one singular moment, Uatu will continue to uphold his oath no matter what.
The twins spoke softly to each other. Uatu raised a brow when he heard the dark-haired twin say something, asking for one small favor just before they officially agreed. The Watcher accepted.
And then the blonde would give a short forward bow, "thank you, Uatu. Thank you for giving us this chance." Naruto thanked him.
Another new experience, one that Uatu had not received before.
'Truly one of a kind' Uatu thought, a faint smile on his face before he channeled his cosmic levels of power and began to transfer the twins into a whole new reality.
A glitter of gold and light flaked from their bodies and entered the glistening wall of everything that made up time, space and reality. And soon they faded completely from Uatu's palm. His smile faded. Now disheartened to see them go. But The Watcher looked and saw a flash within the walls of the nexus. It was an explosion of light that stretched, fractured, divided where its brilliant emerald glow changed. Once again, to The Watcher's shock, he saw something he had never seen. The emerald wall transformed into a vibrant scarlet and spread, taking up a single piece of the wall that made up the multiverse.
As the twins entered the new universe where Uatu had placed them in. New timelines were created. New events took shape. The possibilities of when, where and why, good and bad became endless. And Uatu could see it all.
"What If Naruto and Menma came to a new universe?" Uatu said aloud, taken out of breath as he saw what was unfolding.

WS: What If Naruto and Menma were in Marvel.
The WS stands for "Whirlpool Saga" which is a collection of stories regarding an OC version of Naruto and the misadventures he faces in another universe. Naruto and Menma are the main characters and are twin brothers in my Fanfiction. The title pretty much says everything. Please enjoy. And tell me what you think. Please review because while I am using the MCU, I am also adding a splish-splash of Marvel comics too.
If any of you have a comic event that can play a part in the story, please tell me or PM because I do want to build up everything before I reach Infinity War.
I also wanted to point out that the image you are seeing as the cover for my story is a life-like three-dimensional image of what Naruto would look like in real life. And to clarify, it is Hokage Naruto. I hope you can at least see what Naruto looks like, and if you have seen Menma then it would technically be the same but with black hair.
Also, I made this to stand as a parallel to my Naruto/DC crossover. Only it has Menma added into the mix. Things are gonna go crazy.

[What if Previews of Naruto and Menma]
Dodging the tank shells shooting at him, Naruto looked at the rolling tank charging at him.
With a grin, Naruto took one step back and readied himself. He took a simple breath and called upon the power of nature.
Naruto reopened his eyes. They were no longer the same. A black pigment surrounded the blonde's eyes, turning their natural blue into an amber color with his pupils now horizontal-shaped bars.
Naruto made a mere tilt of his body before grabbing ahold of the tank's entire barrel. With greater strength than before, Naruto completely stopped it in its tracks.
The engine roared, its crawler belt grinding furiously on the ground as it tried to run him over. But Naruto would not budge.
"Fly." Naruto said, and with a great heave, metal crunched under the man's grip as he lifted the tank, using all his leg strength and threw the tank into the air.
And the tank flew, it flew so high in the air it vanished just seconds after.
Naruto grinned. The look on these soldiers' faces, realizing just how screwed they were.

[What if Previews of Naruto and Menma]
"Do you think he's watching us right now?" Menma asked, looking at the stars above.
Naruto and Menma could fly.
"He's called The Watcher? Doesn't he watch things?" Naruto asked his twin.
Menma gave a shrug, not seeming to care. But he looked at the facility below.
Out in the dark of night where they could not be seen, Naruto and Menma floated silently in the air as they then stared down at the facility beneath them dozens of feet from the air.
"Hmph. Fury said he wanted to see our power in action, so we're going to give him what he wants." Menma said coldly.
"Just don't go all out. We're trying to make a home of this place, remember?" Naruto said, staring flatly at his brother.
"Don't worry, I just going to make sure all of SHIELD understand we're not some pet for them to sic."
Silently, Naruto saw Menma raise his hand and turned it upright.
A flare of chakra appeared, a perfectly condensed sphere of blackish-purple energy spiraling rapidly with numerous white rings orbiting it. It was one of Menma's most powerful techniques, and perhaps on a smaller scale too.
"I've already warned the others with my clones, and I got any important people out of the building too. So, you go ahead and use it." Naruto said.
Menma grinned.
'Dai Rasenringu – Great Spiraling Fear Wheel.'
At his mental command, speaking of a technique that destroyed countless villages, Menma simply dropped it out of his hand and let it fall.
In the dark of night, it was but a simple shimmer of light flickering from its white rings.
Even in the dead of night, there was always a sound. But in that one moment, it was as if the world could sense it. An ominous feeling that brought out only dread and reduced all unfortunate to meet only that silence before it happened.
*BOOM!*
The faint clouds above blew away from the shockwave, the invisible blast uprooting the trees and tearing up the surrounding forest. A brief mushroom cloud came as the weight of Menma's attack crushed everything before continuing into a blinding dome of white vaporizing energy that expanded and destroyed everything caught in the blast.
Menma smirked.
