Dimensional Saku

Saku Haruno is living his best life, medic, ANBU, and overall just doing this the best he can. However that all changed when a mission to investigate Akatsuki on the border caused him to travel to an alternate dimension where everyone's genders are swapped.

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto I swear that.

I got this idea while reading a gender bent Fanfic, ( Yes I finally found a good one to read! XDD) And was like, huh well why not? So This will be a gender bent fic, and yet not as complete as my other Gender Swap fic, where all the Naruto world was swapped, this will mostly just be a gender swapped Sakura, and for summary's sake, that's about all I'll tell you, you'll just have to read it and find out ne? ^^ Enjoy and review to tell me what you thought!

Note: We'll call male Sakura, Saku for this fic ne? And assume that almost everyone unless mentioned is wearing an altered version of their Shippuden outfits. ( Altered in the male to female or female to male way)

Note X2: This is a part of my dimensional series. Don't worry it has nothing to do with the other fic story wise except a few concepts you can read this one and never read the other one and not be lost, the same with the reverse so read on!

(Summery: Sakura ( male) in his world gets transported to an alternate dimension ( the regular Naruto world) Where, to him, everyone is in the wrong gender. )

Between worlds exist dimensions, and in those dimensions the world you know is reflected as if through a mirror. Except things may be slightly...altered in that world, in contrast to your own.

It could be a small thing like a decision to go left instead of right, or something slightly larger, like a person not dying who had in your world, or being born that had never existed in your world, but then there are large changes that can occur in the different parallel dimensions that simply occur with out knowledge to the outside dimensions. They exist in a world just like yours, only different, living the same lives, only differently.

You may then ask, how does one encounter a parallel dimension? That's quite simple really. You don't find it, it finds you.

Saku woke to pounding on his door. He sat up in bed with a rough groan. The jade silk sheets pooling at his waist. The same jade as his hazy eyes. Eyes tired from lack of sleep. He was after all third in command of ANBU not to mention head Medic for Konoha's hospital. He had three surgeries he had to do in the dead of night thanks to a ANBU team barely making it back to Konoha with their lives.

He ran a hand through his mussed up pink hair. For a man pink hair wasn't something to be proud of, but because of his good looks, apparently the women of Konoha liked it just fine. They even begged him to grow it out, so now it was a little past his shoulders, and he usually had it tired back unless he was sleeping of course.

Saku rubbed a hand over his jaw. He needed to shave. No matter how sexy women thought it was to be scruffy, and no matter how much they liked his pink hair, pink stubble along his jaw was by no means sexy, besides it itched like hell and he was too busy to be bothering about it all the time.

He rubbed a hand over his muscled abs as the offended thing growled at him for food. His skin was tan from the sun, considering he spent a lot of time out doors it wasn't any wonder. He wondered what he was awake for, was there a reason? Then he heard it, more insistent knocking. He growled and got out of bed. The sheet falling off his hips as he did so revealing the jade silken pajama pants he wore to bed. He ran a hand through his hair and hurried down the steps. If they were waking him up after his shift at the hospital it had to be important.

He flung the door open and met the surprised eyes of both his teammates. Naru-chan and Sasu-chan. Naruto with her pig-tailed blond locks, whiskered cheeks, crazy orange and black two piece jumpsuit and beautiful blue eyes, was beginning to smile to hide a sudden blush. Sasuke however looked pretty surprised at his lack of dress, or maybe it was the pink stubble across his jaw. Saku absently rubbed at it. Sasu with her long black hair tied back into a high tail that swung down her back in a river of raven locks. Her pale skin was a contrast to Naru's golden tan, just like her mid-night eyes were a contrast to Naru's ocean blue. Sasu was dressed in black, a lose black shirt that was stretched at the chest, both his teammates didn't lack any chest, that was for sure. She wore black pants as well. Her headband around her neck like Naruto's was around her forehead being about covered with her bond unruly bangs.

" Are you bleeding and or other wise dying?" Saku asked after a moment of taking them in. It was never a good idea for him to see them right after he woke up in the morning. He was still half asleep and both of them knew he was weird when he was half asleep. Things tended to get very strange. They both looked confused.

" No, should we be?" Sasu asked confusion crossing her lovely features. Her rose lips pursed in her obvious puzzlement. Saku felt like tasting those pouting lips, but groaned and rubbed a hand over his face again instead. Too early indeed.

" Is the village in dire need?" Saku asked. Naruto answered this time.

" Nope!" She said with her usual freakish energy. Must be from Kyuubi, the tailed beast sealed inside her that she got all her energy from. No normal person other wise would be so dang energetic this early. It was barely sun up.

" Mission or the hospital?" Naruto shook her head. Saku blinked at them both and then slammed the door. There was a long silence as Saku walked to his kitchen to get coffee started. This would be a long morning. As he knew, Naruto finally reacted slamming the door open and barging in.

" Hey Teme! Don't just randomly slam the door in our faces! Don't you know that's rude?!" She shouted storming into the kitchen to watch Saku's broad shoulders and back muscles work as he made coffee. His long pink hair tumbling messily over his shoulders. It wasn't often people got to see his hair down and Naru had to admit it was sexy as was his muscular six foot pink haired teammate in general. Compared to Naruto's five feet six, and Sasuke's five feet seven they were compellingly short, but they were women after all. Eighteen year old's at that.

Sasuke was always displeased about being younger then Saku, who was nineteen. She wasn't sure why she was upset by that, maybe because she felt like she was being ignored when Saku was in the room. Usually she was the center of attention, but within a village full of mostly women, everyone female pales in comparison to a male, more so when they are so very striking and unique as Saku.

When finally Saku finished getting the coffee ready he turned and leaned his hip back on the counter as he looked to his two female teammates sitting now at his kitchen table.

" It's rude Saku to just slam a door in our face. You didn't even ask what we needed!" Naru continued to complain. Saku's eye twitched.

" Then by all means tell me what the hell your doing here so early. I told you never to wake me up when I just come off a shift. Be more considerate." Saku said voice rough with sleep still. A delicious shiver raced up both girl's spines at that husky voice. They both knew exactly what happened when Saku was half asleep. They were lucky to be on his team in the first place, any woman in Konoha would beg to be in their place. Of course Saku had a terrible temper that got out of hand sometimes, which was a downfall of being his teammate sometimes.

" Sorry Saku-kun." Naruto said with a pout of her own. Saku's eye twitched and Naru grinned inwardly. She knew she wasn't ugly and she used every opportunity available to try to be as cute, or sexy, as possible for him. Most of the time it didn't work, but he was half asleep after all. She knew it was dangerous to tease him when he was just waking up, but she knew whatever happened she would definitely like, even if he didn't remember much of what would happen when he would fully wake up.

" What do you want?" Saku asked surprising Naruto and Sasuke at the same time. Usually when half asleep and they acted sexy or cute, Saku would be on them seconds flat, seducing and flirting like crazy, but he wasn't. He turned and grabbed a cup and poured some coffee for himself again and both them. He put them on the table with sugar and cream then returned to his spot leaning against the counter half way across the room. He was keeping his distance. More awake then they thought maybe?

" Oh well Kaka-sensei wanted us to train together this morning. She said it would build back up our team work since we haven't went on missions together in a long time. You know cause Sasu being with her mom at the Uchiha Police department and all that and you being in ANBU and on medical duty." Saku sighed softly.

" Was that today?" They had been planning that for a while now, but Saku always was weighed down with work or ANBU. He almost never had time to spend time with his teammates, or friends for that matter. Ino was getting restless to tell him the rumors about who liked him and who he wanted to shag. Saku always liked hanging out with his best friend and all, but when they went anywhere together they had a horde of women following them both around. Saku was the most popular with his own fan-base, and Ino was a close second with his long blond hair and rippled muscle. When they walked together women swooned in the streets.

" Let me get woken up and I'll join you at the bridge." Saku said and drained his coffee in one swallow, then left the kitchen and both his teammates alone. They were finishing their coffee first then they would leave.

" He's been acting weird for a while now, he didn't even attack me like he usually does when he's half asleep. You think something's wrong?" Naru asked her teammate and eternal rival. Sasu was wondering the same thing, though she was displeased when Naru mentioned the ' attacking' Saku did while half asleep.

" Maybe he's got a girlfriend or something." Sasu said though she was slightly concerned she put a snort in her words as if she didn't care one way or another. Naruto paled in her seat. She leaned forward across the table almost nose to nose with Sasuke.

" Do you think that's true? What if it is? Who do you think it is? You think she's hotter then me? You think it's that tramp Neji? Or that slut Kiba?" Sasu gave her best friend wide eyes. Was she seriously thinking Saku had a lover?

" I doubt he would chose a Hyuuga none the less the girl that smells like wet dog." Sasuke said with a snort. Though she wondered if it was his cousin Shisui. She was older then Saku and them by a few years but everyone knew that she was the village whore, more so because she was hot enough no man could resit her, and she was friends with Saku. She had seen the tramp flirting with Saku when Saku came to the district to make his rounds as the clan medic.

Or maybe Itachi? Her older sister was close friends with Saku, and they were teammates in ANBU. Itachi and Shisui being the top ANBU. Itachi the Captain, and Shisui her second. They were together almost all the time on missions alone, and late hours doing paperwork in the ANBU H.Q Who knew what happened! Sasuke was suddenly as pale as Naruto.

" He has been acting funny." Sasu said wondering if he was really fooling around with his sister or cousin, or both. Naruto looked pale as could be. Her whiskers stood out more so then ever against her cheeks.

" Should we ask him?" Naruto asked her. Sasuke frowned and shrugged.

" You know how Saku is, if we ask he might smack us upside the head again." Naruto sighed and nodded. That was true. Though Saku had a temper he would never really hurt his two female teammates. He went out of his way to make sure no one hurt them after all. It was nice to be protected like that.

" Maybe we should just watch him more closely?" Sasu suggested. Naruto grinned and gave her a thumbs up. Sasuke rolled her eyes. What an idiot. They both took a drink of their cooling coffee and choked as they heard the rumble of the shower start upstairs. A fierce blush rushed across both their faces at the images popping into their minds at that.

" I think that's our cue to go." Naru said hurriedly drinking her coffee and Sasu her's before they washed out their cups and then rushed out.

" Stop it damn it. Troublesome man." A throaty voice moaned her breath panting out of her as she wiggled against the assault she was receiving from the talented tongue and teeth attacked to a scruffy jawed blond, blond hair going down his waist, her legs tossed carelessly over his broad shoulders and her thighs clutching the head between her legs.

" Ngh..." The brunette clutched the soft grass she was sprawled across, her breast rising and falling with her fast paced breathing. She cried out as her brown eyes stared into the bright blue sky and the dozens of clouds overhead. She had just wanted to cloud watch, and yet here she was naked with her teammates face between her legs and his hands groping her ass. What a drag.

" Should you be, munch, doing that in the middle of the, munch, training field?" The voice of their last teammate said. Shika blushed as she tipped her head back, arching her breast in the air to look back at her best friend and teammate Chouji. She was eating a bag of chips and watching them with curiosity, but not even a blush of embarrassment. This wasn't the first time she had walked across her teammates being intimate in public places, Ino after all took her anywhere he pleased. Shika was too lazy to even care where it happened.

Shika arched again as that talented tongue pierced her and forced her climax. She cried out to the clouds and didn't really feel all that embarrassed to be caught with her pants hanging off one foot or her bra and shirt pushed up to her throat baring her breasts. Chouji wouldn't tell anyone after all. Not that Shika cared much if she did tell anyone. After all if people found out she was screwing Ino they would maybe leave him alone to her. Shika hated sharing Ino, but Ino after all had too much sexual appetite, besides it wasn't like they were dating or anything. Shika was lucky she even got as much favor as she did. She wasn't the most attractive of Ino's lovers after all.

The only thing Shika had to give up being Ino's lover was other men. There weren't many in the village, but Shika knew Ino hated when her lovers were with some other guy on the side. More so when it was someone like Temari from Sand, or Tenten. However the absolute no no, was of course Saku. If you even remotely liked Saku while being Ino's lover, you stood no chance what so ever being his lover ever again. Though Saku wasn't really like Ino or even Temari and Tenten, he wasn't shy, sexy as hell, but not shy. However he didn't seem to really have any lovers. Of course he had Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki after all, and they were pretty good looking. So maybe he didn't need other lovers, maybe he had enough with his teammates on his arms who knew.

Of course Ino was still fully clothed when he let Shika fall back to the grass and pull her clothes back on. He licked his lips lecherously in a way that made Shika's face flush and him grin. She was lucky to have him as as lover, but she had to wonder why he even bothered with her at all anyway. Despite his countless beautiful lovers, Ino always came back to her. Always.

" Can we get training now?" Chouji said licking her fingers clean of the chip crumbs. Ino grinned his sexy grin and flipped his long blond hair back out of his way as he pulled his shirt off.

" Sure." He said with his silken voice.

Shika shook her head, too damn sexy for his own good. How troublesome.

Meeting his teammates at the bridge they had met on for years, since they were genin, was sort of strange this morning with both his teammates looking at him like he was some experiment gone wrong or something. Saku wondered what that was about. He had been awake enough this morning to know he didn't do anything to them, maybe there was the problem in itself, they were curious why they didn't get molested when he was still waking up this morning. Or maybe it was something else all together. Who knew with women.

Saku walked up to his teammate wearing his usual black ANBU sleeveless turtleneck shirt, with baggy black nin pants, medic belt and kunai pouch at his leg, and waist, along with an assortment of hidden weapons they were sure. His red headband around his neck as a more comfortable position at the point then his forehead. His pink bangs fell into his eyes and he had to push them back every once and a while making him look sexy. He had shaved as well, no more shadow or pink stubble. Though if you were lucky to see Saku's stubble at all was a blessing, more so because it was not only sexy but adorable as well. Saku however didn't like it and usually shaved it off before anyone could ever see it.

However as his teammates going on missions sometimes he didn't get to shave and they saw it. It was why they both loved being his teammate never mind the fact they were both if not in love with him, in lust with him.

" Mornin'" Saku said with a rough voice. Obviously not completely awake. His voice once awake was more silky and smooth. Though that husky voice was more then arousing in itself and more rare then anything.

" Morning Saku-kun!" Naruto said happily bouncing over. Sasu immediately noticed Saku's eyes lower to watch his teammates breast bounce under the lose orange and black jumpsuit. She growled low in anger. Though was somewhat relieved that he wasn't unaffected by them after all. Sasuke was afraid that perhaps some hussy had snatched their teammate from them. Of course Saku wasn't a player and he wasn't like Ino, his best friend. He wouldn't have more then one girlfriend. Thus it worried them both, but seeing his eyes drawn to Naru's breast as she bounced over was a good sign, though Sasu didn't like it. It wasn't like she could go bounce her way over, she wasn't that type of woman after all. She was more quiet and a little shy, Naru had no problems with anything. She would no doubt run around naked if she wanted to.

Naru leapt into Saku's arms and breathed in his wood and cherry scent. Cherry was more of a woman's scent of course, but it fit him with his cherry blossom colored hair after all. Besides Naru loved Cherries. Of course it was like resting under his namesake, a cherry blossom tree. It was heaven to feel Saku's arms wrap around her to make sure she didn't fall. Strong arms and a tight embrace of that fine muscle made Naruto glad she glomped him. She looked up with a sly grin, but her mouth went dry and words left her mouth as she looked up into dark jade eyes burning with some unknown emotion. Saku's lips tilted and he put her on her feet before ruffling her blond hair.

" See this is a better morning greeting." Saku said with a rumbling chuckle. Naruto blushed and grinned and then Kaka-sensei arrived, finally, late once again. The silver haired masked woman wore a jounin vest and outfit, with a pervy orange book in hand and one eye covered by her headband. The other eye was crinkled in a smile.

" Sorry I'm late I was helping a cat out of a tree." She said in way of explanation. Sasuke snorted at the obvious lie. Their Sensei's eyes looked to Saku immediately, as they always did.

" Good to see your all here." Because usually Saku was too busy to join them. Even Naruto could see their sensei was glad to see their third member of the team there. Saku grinned, an easy grin, at their sensei that made Sasuke a little jealous. He never grinned that way with her.

" I'm glad your here Saku but I'm afraid it's not going to be one of those days where we can all just catch up. Tsunade-sama assigned us a co-mission with team nine." Kakashi explained while looking at her Icha Icha book. Saku sighed a little.

" Of course, alright when is the debriefing?" Saku asked, of course he was the leader of their team, and the highest ranking even as third in command of ANBU. Everyone was curious to as why three ANBU were being placed on a team with four Jounin, and a cop. That was a strange mix of Shinobi and Kunoichi after all.

" Now actually." Kakashi said with a sly grin. Saku sighed. Knowing Kakashi they were already past fashionably late.

Team nine, or Team Gai as they were often referred to as, watched Team seven, or team Kakashi as they were often refereed to as, walk into the Hokage's office. Since they were waiting, and had been for half an hour, they were relieved to finally stop getting stared at by the drunk blond haired Hokage with his Amber eyed stare.

Saku looked as usual, when it came to the Hokage, agitated. His jade eyes narrowed into slits of Sapphire irritation. Neji watched him like a hawk. His aunt wanted her to marry a man that was strong and would be a good addition to the Hyuuga clan after all since Hinata, the male clan heir, was a little shy when it came to women and or marriage to them. If Neji married a good man, then she would be head of the clan. Besides there was something very attractive about Saku Haruno. Even with his ridiculously colored hair, that strangely made him more attractive.

Neji's own teammate, Tenten, was pretty attractive, that was true with his long braided brown hair, his skills as a Shinobi, and over all familiarity, but Neji didn't want normal men, she wanted someone that would never bore her, she wanted someone unique and sexy. Someone worthy of her clan name. She wanted Saku. However Saku was always busy with something or another, or she was, and she had never gotten a real chance to try to persuade him into becoming her lover. Now that they would be on a mission together maybe she would get her chance.

After all Saku was more likely to pay attention to her as a fellow ANBU member then Lee or Sasu and Naru all of which weren't ANBU but Jounin. Besides Neji would like to think she was better looking then the Uchiha, or that clown Uzumaki. Of course she knew she was better looking then Lee, who was no doubt strange to men as well as she was to women with her green spandex one piece and her large black eyes. Of course she did have the long black pigtails and energetic personality going for her, however Neji knew she was sexy with her long coffee colored hair, and what man could resist her silver eyes or at least her chest? Though Naru and Sasu's was slightly larger. She didn't take Saku for a breast man, but a leg man. And she had more leg then any of the woman here, well all except Kakashi. She was the tallest at five eleven after all.

Once Team seven was in the room the Hokage started debriefing them.

" The Akatsuki are giving us problems on the East side of Fire country on our boarders. See if you can catch a few or at least scare them toward Oto." Saku snorted at his teacher's antics when it came to his old teammate Orochi who was the Kage in Sound.

" You'll take as long as needed, and leave early in the morning before they cause any damage to the villages on the boarder lines." Tsunade said his amber eyes looking from team seven's leader Saku, to Team nine leader, Neji.

" I expect you to work well together. Dismissed." He said then that was their cue to leave. They all relocated to the ground floor in front of the Hokage building. Gai talking to her rival Kakashi, while the younger generation coordinated plans. Of course Saku leading this.

" We'll meet you before dawn at the gates then? How about we pack for a week I'd hope we at least finish before then." Saku said. Being the fourth in command of ANBU behind Saku, Neji knew he was in charge over her and so she nodded.

" Sounds good." Tenten said grinning at his friend. Saku grinned back and being only a little shorter then Saku, Tenten could give him a friendly one armed hug and a slap on the back. Neji grimaced. Crap he forgot about his male teammate. Tenten would be a problem if he wanted to get closer to Saku. After all Ten was a ANBU member as well.

" It's been a while man." Ten said to Saku. Saku grinned and laughed with a deep rumble that Lee swooned over. It was a no brainier that the girl had a crush on Saku, but then again most woman in the village had a crush on Saku, if not him, Ino, Ten, or Hinata.

" You aren't kidding. When's the last time we hung out? How's it going?" Saku asked. While the guys talked together the girls had to do something so they chatted as well. Even though it was clear that Sasu and Naru didn't like Neji as much as she didn't like them both. Lee however got along great with Naru so they were chatting while Neji was forced to sort of stand near Sasu awkwardly. Of course she was more attentive to Saku and Ten's conversation then starting one with Sasuke who seemed to be doing the same.

" It's been a while since all of us got together. What about if we got together for a night out. You, me, Ino, and Hina? Like old times?" Saku grinned, a rare grin that made Neji's eyes widened, and Sasu sigh softly.

" That would be awesome. Let me take care of talking with Ino when we get back, if you have Hina?" Ten nodded. After that they chatted a little longer and then both teams departed.

" Make sure you get plenty of sleep before the mission. I have to do a few things before we leave tomorrow, so I'll see you both in the morning." Sasu and Naru were disappointed in that but nodded as Saku walked off. Naruto and Sasuke decided to get something to eat at Ichiraku, Naru's idea not Sasu's.

Saku on the other hand went to the Uchiha district.

" You know this counts as stalking right Hina?" A voice said from behind the raven haired, pale eyed, male. Hina jerked around and leaned on the lamppost, he hid behind, to face his teammate who had spoke. The Inu lover grinned with her fanged teeth. Her short shaggy brown hair messy as could be, and her tan face marked with the red triangles of her clan. Akamaru at her side, the huge dog looked amused. Hina blushed red and tried to explain to his teammate what he was doing. Certainly not following Naruto around or anything and watching her. No, not that.

Kiba didn't believe him. Of course she wouldn't knowing Hina had a crush on the blond haired vixen from time's start. Of course who wouldn't with Naru's rack? Lucky bitch. Kiba thought looking down at her almost flat chest in disappointment.

" Sensei is looking for us, lets go before he blows a gasket again." Kiba said to him. Hina was still blushing at getting caught but nodded and followed like a disobedient puppy. Kiba grinned a little. If only Hina would let himself be trained and then Kiba could whip him into submission.

Saku was met by Mikoto, Sasu and Itachi's Father, at the door to their house. Saku had come to visit. Mikoto smiled at Saku with a devious sort of smile.

" Here to finally pick one of my girls to marry?" Saku blushed faintly and rubbed the back of his neck a little shyly.

" Not today Mikoto-san. Just here for a checkup of the household before my mission tomorrow." Mikoto's smile faltered a little but he smiled none the less more kind this time then suggestively. This happened every time he came over. What sort of father threw their beautiful daughters at a man? Saku knew however that Mikoto only wanted his daughters happy. More so because of the stress his wife Fugaku-san was putting on their eldest Itachi to marry and be clan head.

" Ah well maybe next time. Come on in. I'll put some tea on while you go start with Itachi and Shisui." Saku's eyes widened a little.

" Shisui's here?" He asked in surprise. Shisui was rarely one place, let alone here. Maybe she was spending time with her best friend and cousin. Itachi needed the break after all. Mikoto nodded. Saku frowned and walked toward the hall passing the kitchen where Mikoto stayed cooking dinner. Mikoto was basically a stay at home dad while Fugaku was a working mom as well as clan head.

She knew where Sasu's room was and where Itachi's room was, but she didn't know where Shisui's was. She figured though Shisui would more then likely be with Itachi. Shisui had started living with her uncle and aunt since she was younger and her parents died. Of course when ever Saku came over for dinner, usually Shisui wasn't there. Off playing around with some guy or another. And since there were so few men in Konoha, that was saying something really.

Saku walked to Itachi's room right off. He knocked once before opening the door. Saku was greeted with a rare if not strange sight. Shisui stood in her black lace underwear with Itachi wore red silken underwear, both mostly unclothed and fresh from the shower. Shisui was cupping Itachi's smaller breasts in her hands and there was a grimace on Itachi's face, while Shisui as usual looked lecherous.

" Well hello."Shisui said with her lush red lips. Her long black hair like Itachi's was to her mid-back. However even fresh from the shower, Itachi's was pulled back into it's usual tail. Shisui's onyx eyes were seductive.

" Want to play?" Shisui asked with her sweet rough voice. Saku's eye twitched and he rolled his shoulders.

" No." He said with a straight face that made Itachi's lips twitch. Shisui pouted.

" You here for medical reasons I suppose?" Shisui asked letting her cousin go and walking out from around her to show of her lush body no doubt. Compared to Itachi's tautly muscled, smaller breasted, frame of course Shisui's lush vulturous body would look enticing to any man, but Saku was not just just any man after all.

" Of course." Saku said with a neutral expression considering both his ANBU teammates, and both higher ranked them him, were both just about naked in their under clothes in front of him. Shisui pouted.

" You'll kindly leave then so we can dress." Itachi said. Saku's lips rose, and Itachi's eye brow rose.

" No, I'll be staying." Shisui let out a purr of approval, but Saku laughed deeply, causing Itachi to fight a shiver.

" Your getting a checkup and thus it's better anyway if you stay how you are. Don't mind me. Just one at a time sit on the bed so I can examine you." Saku said pulling out a few things from his medical bag he kept on hand.

Saku finished both exams with out much problems, though as usual Shisui flirted outrageously with him, and even had him grab her chest, in which Itachi slapped her on the back of the head for with a eye twitch. Shisui left Saku finishing up the exam with Itachi in favor of going off to do who knew what.

" Going on a mission I take it?" Itachi asked when Shisui was gone. Saku sighed softly and finished the exam putting things away.

" With team nine on a co-op." Saku answered running a hand through his vibrantly colored hair.

" Alright." Itachi said. She wasn't the type of woman to cling, and more so she wasn't the type to tell him to be-careful because she expected it. Saku's lips twitched. He walked purposely to Itachi and pulled her into his arms. She wasn't much shorter, at five feet ten, and so her chest, even smaller as her breasts were, were squished against his chest. She came easily into his arms.

" Do you like me Itachi?" Saku asked seriously. Itachi's eye brow rose and her lips twitched a little.

" Would I let you touch me if I didn't?" She asked. Saku blushed faintly.

" Is this relationship going anywhere?" Saku asked nervously. Itachi rose her eye brows in surprise. She reached up and caressed his cheek and the blush that covered it enticingly. It wasn't often he blushed after all, not even for his cousin's voluptuous body. Yet he blushed for her, with her slim muscled form and her small breasts.

" Do you want it to?" She asked. Saku blushed still, and Itachi found that incredibly cute. Suddenly Saku's eyes met hers. She was a little startled. Usually Saku was the shy one in the relationship, the submissive one, but there was something lurking in his eyes today, something that wasn't at all submissive. Itachi found herself not really caring if he was submissive or not. Though it would be interesting to see him act dominate.

" Yes." A straight forward answer as always. Itachi smiled at him. She had wondered if he was just wanting a lover or if he wanted a girlfriend. They had been together a while now after all.

" Then it will." Itachi said just as straight forward. Saku grinned the grin that made him look not only younger but filled her with light. Saku leaned down and captured her mouth with his own. She sighed into his mouth as he pulled her closer.

Morning:

Sasu was getting a strange feeling that something good had happened to her sister. Itachi had actually smiled at her yesterday, not a forced smile, but a smile that said she was in a good mood. Lately that was so very rare it was why Sasuke remembered it so well, that and was a little creeped out. Why was she in such a good mood?

Sasu was eating breakfast, a very early breakfast since she had to meet for the mission before dawn at the gates. She was surprised when her father walked in for a glass of water. He looked to have been up maybe reading. He smiled at his daughter kindly.

" Whats wrong sweetheart you look bent out of shape." Mikoto said to his daughter. Sasu sighed and bit into her toast.

" Just thinking. Hey have you noticed anything strange with Itachi?" Sasuke decided to ask her father this, because Mikoto Uchiha always knew everything when it came to his children.

Mikoto thought it over then grinned.

" Well you know Saku did stop by yesterday morning. He was here to give the family an exam before he went on your mission. After he left Itachi was in a better mood. I noticed that of course because of course your sister has been stressed lately from work." Mikoto looked a little smug. Sasu paled.

Was it because of Saku, Itachi was in a good mood? Did that mean there was something going on between her sister and her teammate? Did Saku like that type of woman? Older? Muscular? Small breasts? Well maybe he was a leg man, considering Itachi did have long legs. Definitely not a breast man if he was hitting on her sister of all thing. She felt a little sick thinking about the two of them together, Kami.

" I have to go now." Sasu said standing and cleaning up her dirty plates. Mikoto grinned and waved as she left. Sasu had to make sure of this, should she ask Saku straight out? Or rather should she ask Itachi? She didn't have time to hunt down her sister before the mission, but would Saku answer that? Was their relationship secret? Was there even a relationship at all between them?

When she got to the gates she was displeased to see Neji talking with Saku alone. Of course Saku would be really early, he always was, and of course Neji would be early as well, she was a Hyuuga after all. Sasu should have gotten here quicker. The Hyuuga was chatting casually with Saku, but Sasu didn't trust the Hyuuga to not be flirting with her teammate. The Hyuuga after all did have long legs, and big breasts as well. In this case Sasu kind of hoped Saku did like her sister, that way there was no way the Hyuuga would have a chance in hell.

" -like to train when we get back?" Sasu heard the Hyuuga say to Saku. Saku smiled that easy smile at the Hyuuga. Sasu glared the famous Uchiha death glare, but the Hyuuga wasn't even paying attention to her.

" Sure. Oh hey Sasu-chan, morning." Saku had finally noticed her. Sasu glared at the Hyuuga who glared back now that Saku was looking Sasuke's way and not her's.

" Morning." Sasuke muttered as she walked up to stand close to Saku's side. She usually wouldn't be so close, but she was trying to tell the Hyuuga to back the hell off. Saku didn't seem to mind, though he never did when it came to his teammates. Considering Naruto clung to him all the time and all that, and he didn't mind. Sasuke wasn't the type to cling, but she stood pretty close that her breast brushed his bare arm. Saku didn't even seem to mind, or maybe he didn't even realize his arm came in contact with her chest, or maybe he was ignoring it. It was hard to tell with Saku.

" Did you sleep well?" Saku asked looking down to Sasuke. Sasu's lips twitched into a some what smile.

" Fairly well. You?" She wasn't one for small talk but if it kept the Hyuuga out of the picture then that was the price she paid. Saku looked amused, their was a glint in his eyes that Sasu realized was because he knew what she was up to. Knew that she was jealous of the Hyuuga, knew what she was trying to do. She was a little embarrassed to be caught, but she wouldn't let anyone else see that.

" I had a little difficultly but over all good. Did you get to spend time with your sister any?" Sasu's eyes widened. Now that the subject was on her sister, maybe she could bring up that relationship if there was one.

" A bit. Dad said you stopped by for the exams before the mission. Did you see Itachi? She looked to be in a good mood." Sasu was surprised when suddenly he blushed shyly. Her heart skipped at the adorableness of it, but also at the fact that if there wasn't something going on between them there definitely would be eventually. Because it was obvious Saku liked her sister. The Hyuuga had wormed her way over to listen in. Her pupil-less eyes widened a bit as well.

" I gave her an exam before I left. She did?" Saku asked his voice went a little higher and he coughed to try to hide that fact. Sasu winced inwardly and nodded. Saku grinned a little Naruto worthy.

" Is there something going on between you and my sister?" Sasuke asked curiously. Saku flushed all over again but before he could answer Naruto, Lee, Ten, and Gai came rushing up. Naruto and Lee and Gai all racing to get to the gate first while Tenten was running after them looking displeased. Saku brightened upon seeing his friend. Or maybe at getting out of the questioning, or perhaps because he was glad he wasn't the only guy anymore.

The mission started out a little late because of Kakashi, who of course was late, and yet took off fairly well. Sasu kept her eye on Saku, and Neji kept close to Saku. Naru looked confused at the development. Saku tried to stick to Tenten, and Gai and Kakashi stuck to the back. Lee tried to beat Naruto at something or another and the mission went pretty fast, all until they reached the boarder that was when weird crap started happening.

And by weird she meant the Akatsuki popped into existence used some jutsu on them before they could react and instead of all of them getting hit by the jutsu, only Saku got hit, in which was because he stood directly in the path of the strange red beam of energy on purpose to protect them all by sacrificing himself. Tenten had been behind him as an extra shield. The two men knew better then to try to protect the Kunoichi, but they had done it not because of some sexist thing, but because if they could protect them, of course they would. Even if it meant getting caught in some unknown Jutsu.

Before they could get into defensive position the Akatsuki were gone and so was Saku.

" Sakura!" Naruto yelled, using Saku's full name.

Saku woke with the worst headache and a pain unlike he had ever felt before. He opened his jade eyes wondering what on earth that jutsu had done to him. He sat up and was confused to see he was in the middle of the Kohona woods in front of the memorial stone on the north east side of the village by the Inuzuka's land.

He rubbed a hand over his head and used his green chakra to examine himself for any injuries or poisons or what not. How the heck did he get back in Konoha? Why was he here? Where was his team? Akatsuki? What did that jutsu do? Why would a jutsu send him to his own village? Unless the jutsu was going to be used to transport people right into Konoha with stealth with out guards ever be alerted. If that was the case he needed to tell the Hokage immediately then find Akatsuki and put more guard in the village, everywhere.

He finished the exam finding only a few bumps and bruises but nothing out of the ordinary. Confused he decided to go to the Hokage to see what was going on and report. How he would explain what happened he had no clue. Yeah he could see telling Tsunade that he was zapped by some jutsu and ended up back in the village with out his team who was no doubt still on the boarder. Kami he needed to hurry. They could be engaging Akatsuki in battle right this moment. With that thought he hurried into the village to the Hokage tower.

Since he was still wearing his ANBU clothes, thankfully, he wore his mask, though he didn't know what the point was for a mask when you had freaking pink hair. He always had wished his hair was red like his mothers, but no it had to be the unmanliest color of them all. The Hokage's tower was bustling with life that he ignored going straight for the Hokage's office. He bust in without knocking only to interrupt Tsunade with a group of men. Saku froze seeing the people inside. His eyes must be playing tricks on him.

" She just disappeared Tsunade-baa-chan! Like poof! We were talking and then she was just gone!" A familiar voice was saying animatedly. Three other men stood in the room as well. A silver haired Sensei, and two black haired men. One with hair in the style of a chicken's rear and the other straight and short. The disturbing part was that they were her teammates, including Sai who he hadn't seen in a long time due to the fact she was still in ROOT. The weird part was they were all men, not woman.

Also was the fact Tsunade was also a woman, with huge breasts at that. He just sort of froze in place hands spreading the doors wide open still standing in silence. Everyone turned to his entrance in surprise.

" ANBU?" Kakashi asked. It was weird seeing her as a male, she had shorter silver hair, though she was mainly dressed the same as was Naruto, though she looked really strange as a man, with short unruly blond hair, but the same hideous orange jumpsuit that looked even more disturbing on a guy. Sasuke was the most changed with that weird chicken butt hairstyle and though he was wearing black and the Uchiha clan symbol he looked almost nothing like the woman he knew. Sai looked remotely the same with the same hair, and same outfit just male. This was bizarre.

" Identify yourself." Tsunade demanded with her amber eyes. Saku was confused. Didn't they know who he was? How could they not? Why were they all different genders? Could they not recognize who he was just by his hair alone? He took off his mask in confusion as he stared at each male. They all looked stunned as well. Tsunade's mouth was dropped.

" Sakura-chan what are you doing?! Are you using my sexy no jutsu?!" Naruto yelled. Saku immediately reacted to that name. As a sort of defensive mechanism.

" Idiot I told you not to call me that!" Naruto flinched and backed down at his tone. What was he talking about? He could ask them the same thing.

" Sakura what are you doing in that form?" Kakashi asked. Saku frowned at the male version of his sensei.

" What are you doing in that one?" Saku countered. Kakashi was silent in obvious confusion.

" I think explanations are in order. Sakura get in here and tell me what happened." Tsunade commanded. Saku sent a look to each male then walked in slowly as if they would all bite. He was shorter then Kakashi, but the same height at both Naruto and Sasuke, that upset him a little bit. Was this what they would all look like in their opposite genders? They weren't bad looking and for that Saku was a little upset. He was supposed to be the only male on the team, and the most good looking at that. It hurt his pride a little.

" Yes Tsunade-sama." Saku said and stood a little behind Sasuke and Naruto. Sai to Naruto's left and Kakashi beside him.

" My team and Team nine were sent on a co-op mission to deal with the Akatsuki on our boarders. When we arrived the Akatsuki attacked us with some sort of jutsu. I knew there was no way to block it or for the rest of my team..." He paused to look strangely at said team, now in male form, then continued.

" ...to get out of the way in time. I acted quickly and blocked the jutsu from my team with my own body. When I woke I was at the memorial stone clearing and I came as quickly as possible. Now Tsunade-sama would you mind telling me why your all in different genders?" Tsunade looked puzzled.

" I didn't assign you any mission like that, and your team and team nine have been in the village this entire time. The Akatsuki? What sort of jutsu? What do you mean different genders? Your the one in that male body. Undo that jutsu already." Tsunade ordered. Saku was more puzzled now then ever. He looked around at the males, his teammates and wondered if he some how was transported into a different world not his own. How else would it explain why they all had no clue what he was talking about and apparently everyone's gender was reversed.

" Tsunade-sama I am starting to think I am not in my own world. Perhaps the jutsu the Akatsuki used pushed me into your world, because this surely isn't mine if your saying those are your original forms, because this is my original form." There was a long silence.

" WHAT!" Naruto yelled. Saku winced. Well no difference there.

" Are you saying you think you're from a what...different dimension? How could that be?" Tsunade pondered. Kakashi frowned at Saku and looked at him like he was a bug.

" What did the jutsu look like? The hand signs?" Kakashi asked. Saku looked to her sensei and was almost weird-ed out seeing a male instead of female. This Kakashi wasn't as fun to look at as his.

" I couldn't see the hand signs, it happened too fast. I had barely jumped in front of my team on instinct when the ambush happened. The Akatsuki just rushed into the clearing and a red chakra beam hit me and then I blacked out. I woke here." Kakashi thought that over.

" Does that mean our Sakura is in your world? Is she in danger?" Sasuke asked. Saku winced at his voice. That would take getting use to. It wasn't often he was around so many guys. In his world the females out numbered the men, it seemed this world, as far as he saw, was the opposite.

" More then likely if what I over heard about your Sakura disappearing is true. As for the danger I can't be sure." Saku said stranding straighter to try not to feel too over emasculated by all the men in the room. This was just wrong. It was always bad enough that he had pink hair, but now he felt like he was the most feminine one in the room. It was like something out of those bad yaoi novels Kakashi was always reading. His Kakashi at least, Saku didn't know if this worlds Kakashi read yaoi novels but since he was a he now, Saku kind of hoped it was at least yuri.

" Then how do we get you back to your world if we don't know how the jutsu works? Was it designed to send you here? Or was it a failed attempt at something else and an accident you end up here?" Tsunade asked. Saku had no idea.

" For now we'll look for a solution, I'll send scouts out to see if Akatsuki are on our boarders or if anything like this has similarly happened in this world recently. Saku why don't you go with Kakashi and the rest of team seven and tell them as much as you can about your world to see if there is anything we can use to return you there and our Sakura here." Saku nodded, and bowed to the Hokage still a little weird-ed out that he was a she now.

He left with the male version of team seven and their sensei. It was the most bizarre thing he had ever done. Even more bizarre then that time Ino decided to make his own ' yaoi' staring himself and Saku, then sold it to the entire village. He couldn't leave his house for a month or else he would have been molested by a bunch of fan-girls.

He walked in silence with his team down the busy streets of Konoha. Saku took in all the similarity of the village with out seeing any difference other then the genders. Even down to the shop keepers, different genders. He was in a different world, a world where everyone was the exact reverse of their gender. How utterly bizarre it was.

Naruto was as silent as the other three, obviously just taking in the fact their teammate was in a different world, and a different version of her was him. What on earth were the Akatsuki trying to do? Saku found himself walking to the Uchiha district, of course. If everyone was different genders, did that mean Itachi was a male? Saku paled. This he had to see. He ran toward the district. The four followed confused.

Until Saku stopped at the Uchiha gates. Puzzled.

" Wh..What happened?" Saku asked taking in the abandonment that was the Uchiha district void of any life. There was a long silence behind her, the male versions of his teammates. Saku flipped around in horror looking to Sasuke. He walked up and shook him by the shoulders. Looking him in the eye as he did so.

" What the hell happened?!" Saku asked. Sasuke looked shocked, confused, and then Saku saw the pain. His pain. Dear lord...what had happened in this world? Where were the Uchiha's? Where was Mikoto? Fugaku? Shisui? Where was Itachi?

" Where is Shisui? Mikoto-san? Fugaku-san?" He couldn't bring himself to say Itachi's name. He couldn't bare to know if he had lost her in this world. Sasuke look like Saku had struck him with each of their names. Saku shook Sasuke more. His face was contorted in pain, pain and rage.

Someone laid a hand on Saku's head. He looked back to Kakashi.

" The Uchiha clan was destroyed a long time ago." Saku dropped his hands from Sasuke's arms. Shocked, stunned, hurt. Why?

" Why? What happened?" Saku demanded. Kakashi looked to Sasuke.

" Itachi was ordered to massacre them all. He left only Sasuke alive." Saku froze. Kakashi looked a little surprised at how suddenly tense the pink haired male went.

" In your world Sasuke's clan isn't gone?" Naruto asked from the background. Saku heard the question but he was too stunned to answer it. Itachi? Itachi killed her family? For a mission? Why? Why would she do that? Finally Saku took a long breath. This wasn't his world, in their world this had happened, in his own world this never happened. No time to dwell on what he couldn't change. Saku looked to Sasuke with pain. How did he live? How could he deal with that all alone?

" In my world this never happened, no." Saku finally said turning to Naruto, not being able to bare looking at Sasuke any more or the pain in his eyes. Or the rage.

" In my world I'm the Uchiha clan medic, so I came here almost everyday and before missions. I worked with plenty Uchiha on missions, and I can't believe they're just...gone." Saku shook his head looking at the abandoned Uchiha district. It looked like a ghost town, and Saku wouldn't be surprised if it was literally.

" I wonder if gender had to do with Itachi's decision to go through with the massacre or not. Or maybe something in your world was different to make him change his mind about wanting to kill the clan." Kakashi pondered. Which brought forth the question of his lover.

" Where is Itachi?" Saku asked. Sasuke went really still behind him. Saku stiffened as well. He hoped to kami he didn't say Itachi was dead as well. It was hard enough knowing that Mikoto and Shisui was gone.

" Why does it matter?" Sai asked. Saku looked to the quiet pale artist confused.

" I want to know where she is." Everyone flinched when he said she. Of course Itachi was a male in this world.

" Maybe you better just tell us about your world first." Kakashi suggested curiously. Obviously to give Sasuke a little recovery time. Saku didn't like it. He wanted to see Itachi immediately, this loss was too much already. What if he was stuck here? Could he live with out ever seeing his friends again? With out his version of them? The real versions? With out Itachi? With out Shisui's perverted flirting? With our Mikoto's easy grins, with out Fugaku's disapproving glares. ( Well maybe that one.) What about all her friends? What about Ten, Hina, Ino and Temari? They were all female here. What would he do? Who was he here? What about Itachi in his own world? He had left her behind just when they would finally get to be together in public. Before he had ever gotten the chance to properly tell her he loved her. Saku winced and rubbed a hand over his weary jade eyes.

" Alright." Saku said after a long silence. He looked back at the district and then followed the four away from the abandoned district just as it started to rain.

Hours later:

They all looked at him like he was insane. All except maybe Sasuke who was staring into his ramen with confusion and a little pain. Of course hearing how happy you were in a different world as a female with your entire family not dead would make someone a little depressed when they had all that future taken away from them at such a young age.

Did having Itachi as a male in this world alter the future so much in their world? Everything else seemed exactly the same. Having everyone male made everything so much harder. Not only did Itachi massacre the entire clan, but he had left for Akatsuki and joined their rebellion. Sasuke had deemed it his responsibility to get his revenge and kill his brother. Here Sakura had been in love with Sasuke and Sasuke had left the village for his revenge becoming a missing-nin.

Female Sakura had been crushed. She had worked her hardest to gain strength and was also a medic and had trained under Tsunade. Asuma, the male version, had been killed by the Akatsuki Hidan, Sasuke had betrayed the village again and again, finally he met up with his brother and they fought, Itachi told him he was ordered to kill the clan and was put under some sort of seal to never be able to tell anyone, the seal had been broken upon his almost demise. Female Sakura had come across the fight on a mission from ANBU and healed Itachi out of Sasuke's request then brought both remaining Uchiha home.

Itachi had been in isolation in the Uchiha district refusing any contact from anyone since then, and Sasuke had been miserable as well having his brother, but his brother being a lost cause.

Did all of them being female in her world change this out come? All this pain? Was it them being female? Or Saku himself being male that did it? Was it any number of those things? Or was it just the way the worlds worked in the different dimensions?

Saku had told them of his world. Of their female counterparts. Of their lives. Of their pasts. Of their happiness. Of their accomplishments. Of their friendship. Of their romances. Of their pain. Over all when he finished his tale they were as shocked with his world as he was theirs.

" You're with Sasuke's sister?" Naruto asked. Out of all of that, that was what he settled on? Of course. Saku rolled his eyes with a faint flush.

" How long have you been together?" Kakashi asked by way of maybe lightening the conversation. Of course Kakashi had his alternative reasons for asking, in which Saku could see there was some amusement and surprise, but didn't bother questioning. Saku smiled a little.

" We've been seeing each other for a few months, but we just decided to finally make it public. Itachi didn't want to bring it up until she was sure. Or maybe she was unsure she wanted me. After all once we make it public then of course Fugaku-san will have us married." Saku said a little wistfully.

" You love...her?" Sasuke asked. The first words he had said since he found out about the clan's being alive in Saku's world. Saku looked to Sasuke and frowned at him. Since they were sitting next to each other automatically, in-attempt to comfort him, he put his hand on Sasuke's head and ruffled his chicken butt hair. He looked shocked, but he didn't push his hand away.

" Of course I do, but Itachi has always loved you Sasuke. I know it seems like in your world that Itachi is incapable of love, but changing ones gender doesn't erase a feeling of emotion that has always been there." Saku said. The others were silent as pain flashed across his face. Sasuke looked ready to cry, but he also seemed to not want to do it, as if he had never cried in all the time since the massacre, and knowing Sasuke, he probably had been holding his pain in the entire time.

" Why don't we go take a walk?" Saku suggested to Sasuke. He didn't say anything but stood and turned and walked away. Saku smiled at the others of his teams.

" Don't worry." Saku said. Kakashi nodded and Naruto looked to be thinking. Sai was curious. Saku walked after Sasuke.

" Things maybe different in our worlds Sasu-chan but you're the same. Let it out already idiot." Saku said and slapped Sasuke on the back. He sent him a glare but his eyes watered. He turned his head away quickly.

Later:

" So my father is my mother in your world?" Sasuke asked after a long time of walking and talking together. Saku telling him about his family in his world. Finally Sasuke started talking back. Saku laughed.

" Yeah. She's pretty tough. Really doesn't like me around her daughters. She's concerned I'm going to seduce you and Itachi and take you away and make tons of little pink haired babies." Saku said with a eye wiggled at Sasuke who choked. His face flushed in embarrassment and Saku found it almost cute, it was still Sasuke after all, male or not. Saku had always had fun getting a rise out of both Sasuke and Itachi. It was fun seeing them blush after all when usually they both tired to hide their emotions as much as possible.

" So why Itachi?" Sasuke asked curiously. Obviously wondering why of all the woman, maybe including himself, Saku had chosen his sister, er brother? Saku smiled at Sasuke and rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment.

"Well she's my ANBU captain. We went on a lot of missions together when I first became ANBU. She was so cold to me I had to try to get her to smile just once. Once I saw her smile I fell for her. It sounds stupid I know, but I'd never seen anything more beautiful, and it's so fun to rile her up. The cutest thing in the world is seeing her blush." Saku admitted feeling no harm, though he did feel a little embarrassed to be telling someone his feelings. They were both males. Itachi would never hear about it in his world, and he wouldn't hurt Sasuke's feelings by telling him about it. This Sasuke didn't like him.

Sasuke looked a little creeped out.

" My brother? Well Sister? Really? Are you sure?" Sasuke asked obviously not believing him when he said either that Itachi had smiled, blushed, or maybe not believing she was beautiful. Saku didn't know which. Saku grinned however.

" Yeah most definitely." Sasuke fought a grossed out shiver.

" So the other me in your world. What is she like?" Sasuke asked. Saku grinned at him, then he pinched his cheek and Sasuke glared and slapped his hand away, but didn't seem like he was really angry.

" Not much different. You're pretty cute. You work with your mom at the Uchiha Police department. Your best friends/ Rivals with Naru-chan. You hate Sai and for some reason Neji. You like to pout and it is pretty cute. Oh and you pretty much got a huge crush on me." Sasuke slapped Saku upside the head. Saku laughed and that was when they came across Naruto and Kakashi. Sai having departed from them. Kakashi rose his brows at the cozy buddy feeling he obviously felt between the two men.

" Hey! Don't steal teme from me Sakura!" Naruto shouted obviously sensing that Sasuke didn't really mind hanging out with Saku. Or maybe it was because Sasuke had been blushing faintly and Saku laughing when they had been happened upon.

Saku grinned at Naruto and lifted his chin with his hand and leaned forward close enough to kiss.

" Are you jealous?" Saku asked. Naruto went red and jerked away. Saku laughed.

" You flirt like that with guys often?" Kakashi asked. Saku grinned.

" I wouldn't call it that, but you can't really fault me here Kaka-chan, in my world you're all women, and there are so few men that spending time with anyone but women is a rarity. I'm afraid I'm not very good with talking with other guys. I only have Ino, the whore of Konoha, Hinata the shy noble, Ten the cunning warrior, and Temari the wind emperor, and of course Tsunade the leash of Konoha." Kakashi made a face behind the mask at being called ' Kaka-chan' of all things.

" Huh?" Naruto asked obviously puzzled.

" Where do you stand then?" Sasuke asked, obviously since they had been talking Sasuke had finally loosened up, of course pouring your heart and soul into talking about your murdered family would draw you close to someone. Kakashi and Naruto both noticed Sasuke's more willingness to speak to Saku. It definitely had possibilities, but they would always prefer their own female Sakura to the male one, even if he was interesting.

" Eh you know, I'm just Saku, the medic. It's a terribly lonely life, but I make up for it in how busy I am and my harem of fan girls." Naruto couldn't tell if he was serious or not, Sasuke slapped him upside the head again and Saku grinned and laughed a deep laugh for them.

" Idiot be serious." Saku smiled at Sasuke and ruffled his hair, either he did that a lot to the Sasuke in his own world, or he just liked to ruffle people's hair. Now that Kakashi thought about it, Sakura did ruffle peoples hair often, though more Naruto then Sasuke, but given the circumstances that would be expected.

" It's not fun when your serious Sasu-chan remember that." Sasuke's eyes widened before a small smile lit his face at Saku quoting his mother, er father, Mikoto. Kakashi had to admit this was interesting to watch just seeing how well Saku and Sasuke for some reason, got along, was amazing, it was like Saku broke Sasuke's shell in hours, doing something in so short a time that no one had ever been able to accomplish before.

" You have a harem?" Naruto finally said. Saku choked and looked over at the blond with a sort of surprised smile.

" No, but I could if I wanted one." Kakashi cocked his head to the side.

" Even in the sake of sounding like a hypocrite, I have to ask... Even with Itachi you would want a Harem?" Sasuke had been about to ask a similar thing. Saku smiled.

" I don't want anyone but Chi-chan no, but in my world because of the fact women out populate men so very much, marrying more then one woman, or having more then one lover isn't strange, having one wife, and one lover is what is considered different in out world." Kakashi's eye widened.

" So did you have anyone else in mind then since Teme's brother, er sister, isn't enough?" Sasuke and Saku looked at Naruto in mild surprise.

" Itachi is enough for me, I never planned on having more then one, though truthfully I never planned on having Itachi either but she graced me with her attention. I just hope it lasts." Sasu snorted.

" I wouldn't worry if our Itachi's are the same then she's never let go of something she has. Itachi is pretty stubborn." Saku laughed and slapped Sasuke on the back.

" Yep you're sure right."

" So you never even had a thing for any other girls?" Saku wondered why they were hung up over that question but maybe that was what normal guys talk about? He never felt the need to talk about liking anyone to any of his guy friends, and Ino always found out on his own anyway.

Saku shrugged.

" I don't know I guess I had a few crushes growing up, but nothing I thought would ever last. Of course I get so many marriage proposals that I never take them seriously anymore. They only want me for my ranking in the village, as ANBU, as the Hokage's apprentice, as the head medic, as the Uchiha clan medic, as the Hyuuga clan medic, and so forth." Naruto whistled.

" You do all that Sakura-chan?" A wood log came flying out of no where and slapped Naruto upside the head.

" I told you not to call me that idiot."

" But yes, I do, do all that." Saku said. Sasuke pondered then asked what he was wondering.

" Since our Sakura had a crush on me, did you have a crush on the other me in your world?" Everyone looked at Sasuke in mild shock except Saku who wrinkled his nose.

" No. If I wanted you or Naruto I could have had you." Sasuke and Naruto's mouths fell open in shock. Kakashi tried not to laugh and Saku didn't see why they were so shocked.

" W...What?" Naruto choked out. Saku shrugged.

" The appeal kind of wears off a little when I see you both naked almost all the time. You're always attached to me in some way, you're always wearing something to show off your figure." He pointed to Sasuke.

" You're always bouncing everywhere with your huge breasts." He pointed to Naruto.

" And over all after years of seeing your nude bodies, having them pressed against me, I just can't get hard seeing you two anymore." Saku said with a shrug unembarrassed. Sasuke looked faint. Naruto looked sick. Kakashi was about to roll on the ground laughing.

" So at one point of time we got a reaction out of you?" Naruto asked recovering a little pride maybe, or hoping at least. He had hoped that in another dimension he would finally be with Sakura, but no teme's brother, er sister, had to steal that limelight.

" Yeah sure, sometimes I still do, but I'm a medic so it doesn't bother me long. Mostly I reacted a lot when I was younger. Puberty. Ah I remembered the good old days when Sasuke got her first period and Naruto showed everyone her first bra." Naruto and Sasuke's eye twitched in unison.

" Lighten up guys. I don't want to dwell on me being stuck here, or the bad things. I want to have fun while I'm in a new dimension. Don't hate me for sharing some old memories." Saku said seriously wrapped an arm around a reluctant Sasuke and a less reluctant Naruto. One arm hugging them both.

" So lets go see some people. Why don't you guys show me to Hina, Ino, and Tenten. I want to see if they make better girls then they do guys."

About a half hour later:

Saku blinked as he ran into a short girl with violet black hair that went down her waist and lilac pupil-less eyes. Saku was reminded of Neji, but this wasn't Neji... The girl turned red and stumbled back rubbing her nose shyly apologizing. The girl spotted Naruto slightly behind him and she suddenly turned red like a tomato and Saku knew instantly who she had to be.

" Nar...Naruto-kun." Hinata mumbled shyly embarrassed Naruto grinned.

" Hey Hina-chan! Look what we have here! This guy is from a different world but he's Saku-" Naruto was cut off with a hand to his face that sent him flying back onto his but yards away. Sasuke watched him fly back and land hard on his rear, in silent amusement. Kakashi rose his brow and Hinata squealed a complaint as an unknown pink haired male picked her up and held her in his arms. He was pretty tall, Naruto and Sasuke's height. He looked oddly like a relative of Sakura's. Maybe her brother or a twin brother. He was stunningly handsome and had hair the same color as Sakura's, though shorter then Sakura's, which was to her waist.

The male supported her bottom with his arm holding her entire weigh one armed, while his other hand came up and brushed back her hair from her flushed face. Hinata was stunned, she had never been picked up like this before, more so this close to someone she didn't know, and her heart had never beat like this for anyone but Naruto. The pink haired male was smiling at her a kind a smile that was charming and yet happy all in one.

" Hina your so cute!" Saku said with a grin. Naruto sat stunned after being pushed backward by Saku. Who the heck did that guy think he was pushing him like that? Holy hell what was he doing with Hinata!

Hinata turned another shade of red and the promptly fainted. Saku caught her easily not looking very worried at all. He was grinning though as if he found the funnest thing ever. Naruto slowly approached and took the girl from the pink haired weirdo before Neji killed him.

" If you mess with Hina-chan I'll find a way to get to your world and tell Teme's sister." Saku arched a brow and didn't look threatened at all.

" Don't be an idiot. Hina-chan is cute, but shes a he in my world, and it would feel too much like yaoi." Kakashi looked at Saku then sighed without pointing out the obvious of the fact flirting with Naruto and Sasuke here was more yaoi then anything else.

" Naruto bring her back over here." Naruto looked hesitant but saw that he had a familiar medic face in play so he brought her back to the pink haired male. Saku ran a glowing green hand over Hinata's forehead and when Saku pulled his hand back, Hina's eyes fluttered and Naruto handed her off to Saku again because if she woke in Naruto's arms they wouldn't get a change to explain she would just faint again.

" Fainting isn't good for your health Hina-chan." Saku said upon greeting her as she woke. She flushed in confused embarrassment at being held, but thankfully didn't faint.

" Hina-chan this is Sakura-chan from a different dimension, where everyone's the opposite gender from our world. He's stuck here for the time being, so don't mind him." Naruto said and Saku set Hinata on her feet gently before slapping Naruto upside the head at again calling him by his full name, with a 'chan' of all things included.

" If you don't stop calling me that I'll start calling you all Naru-chan and Sasu-chan." Saku threatened. Sasuke paled. Naruto frowned.

" A..another world?" Hinata asked fidgeting in part embarrassment part curiosity. Saku could see the gears turning in her eyes, that was the Hina he knew, the herbalist and Shinobi side of him, er her.

" Yep." Naruto said grinning like an idiot. Saku liked the female Naruto much better, this one was getting on his nerves, and he was touchy about things, but at least this one he could hit and not feel like he was abusing anyone. That had possibilities.

" I'm Saku Haruno, Medic, and Shinobi at your service Hina-chan." Saku said with a smile. Hina smiled back, she looked like she was fighting a laugh. But Saku could see the laughter in her lavender eyes. How strange that in her world when Hina is male his eyes were silver, but in this world as a female they're lavender. It made Saku wonder if Neji's eyes would be silver still or lavender.

" So y..your stuck here Saku-kun?" Hinata asked curiously. Saku nodded.

" Sadly yes. Until we find how to reverse this, I'm stuck in your world. But it's not all bad. It's interesting to see how things work over here, besides things are much different with men dominating women in this world." Saku said. Hina looked curious at that sentence.

" Everyone in Saku's world is mostly female, and there are very few male." Kakashi elaborated while reading his book and not even looking up while speaking.

" So...in y..your world...I..I am...a m..male?" Hinata asked curiously. Saku nodded.

" Sure are. I have to say you make a much better female." Saku said with a sly grin. Naruto glared at him, Saku just smiled. Hinata blushed.

" Than..Thank you."

" Why don't we continue talking while we find Ino and Ten. Naruto, Sasuke, Kaka-chan, you guys can go back to your lives for a while." Hinata looked surprised that the male Sakura would just want to hang out alone with girls and not his own male teammates, but maybe he wasn't use to hanging out with many guys, after all he did say everyone was the opposite gender in his world. Which meant almost everyone in Konoha was female in his world, so he would be use to spending most the time in his life with women not men. Maybe he was starting to feel uncomfortable around men.

" But-" Naruto was cut off by Kakashi who obviously saw the same thing or at least thought the same thing, as Hinata so he nodded and spoke up.

" That's a good idea. Naruto and Sasuke need to help me to see if we can find a way to get Saku home anyway. Take good care of Saku, Hinata." Kakashi said with an eye crinkle as he pulled Naruto by the back of his shirt away. Sasuke glanced back curiously at Saku before he frowned, stuffed is hands in his pockets, and walked away. Apparently the Uchiha had grown fond of male Sakura, and why wouldn't he? If only he gave female Sakura a chance, he would no doubt get along with her as well.

Once the three were out of sight Saku relaxed a little bit at a time until he turned a bright smile onto Hinata.

" Well this is strange usually it's the other way around." Hinata frowned. So Saku explained with a little embarrassed smile that Hinata found slightly cute.

" Well in my world your a male, and they're women, so It's usually I can't spend much time with you, and the other guys, but since your a woman here I feel more relaxed." Saku admitted with a smile. Hinata was slightly surprised that he was so honest about what he felt, but of course this was still Sakura, even if it was her as a male in another dimension.

" It's not that I don't love spending time with you guys, but it's just that after a while I start to get fidgety. But now that your female I can get to know you better here, then work my way up to getting to know you better in my world." Saku decided with a smile. Hinata wasn't sure about him but she smiled back.

" So Hina-chan tell me about this world's you."

Meanwhile:

" What the heck was that about?! Why did you leave that...that pervert! With Hina-chan!?" Sasuke slapped Naruto upside the head.

" Idiot, he's with my sister, he's not going to mess with the Hyuuga. Besides you heard him, to him the girls here are guys and vice versa." Naruto blinked at Sasuke and his amazingly long sentence.

" Sasuke's right. Besides think about it Naruto. Saku lives in a world of mostly women, after a while he's not going to feel very comfortable around other men." Kakashi said obviously picking that up. Sasuke was a bit surprised he didn't think of that, and here he had been having pretty decent conversations with Saku thinking he was enjoying himself, but was he?

" So do you seriously think we can return him to his own world?" And could he go with him? Sasuke wondered. Kakashi nodded.

" Though I've never seen it happen, I've heard cases of people disappearing and then returning with crazy stories of other dimensions. I never thought they were real. Apparently they were. So now we have to find out where the cases came from, and find out if the people they happened to are still alive. We need to see how they got back to their own world." Kakashi said. Sasuke and Naruto frown.

" How are we support to find crazy people Sensei?" Naruto asked. Sasuke slapped him upside the head again.

" We'll just follow your lead dobe." Sasuke said with a eye twitch. He finally found someone he could talk to, and about his family at that, and they had to send him back? What the hell was wrong with the universe that it couldn't let him at least have some form of friendship not moronic or psychotic. He had never had a male friend like Saku before, and now that he knew how it could be he looked back to Naruto and wondered why the hell he couldn't be the same.

Naruto didn't know what the heck was Sasuke's problem but he was making him angry slapping him so much. Was it because of Sakura-chan? Or Saku-chan?

If Kakashi wasn't so amused with what was going on maybe he would care more about returning Saku home, but it was slightly amusing to see Sasuke actually act human, and Naruto act jealous over his friendship with Sasuke, because he feared Saku would steal him. It was like a bad yaoi novel. But it was pretty amusing to watch play out.

Hours later:

Six hours later Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi found Saku at the local watering hole surrounded by not only Ino, who was attached to his side her hands on his chest with a lustful look in her eyes, Tenten, with a grin and a blush from the alcohol consumed, Hinata with a normal fierce blush as she sat switched against Saku's side with his arm around her waist and drink in her hand, but also a horde of other random women ranging from housewife, granny, to fan-girl.

There was a sonic boom heard from Naruto's silent scream of shock. Sasuke's eyes went wide at how many women were around him, he had more fan-girls then he did! Kakashi grinned lecherously at the possibilities and of course finally seeing a harem.

Saku had a drink in hand and no doubt had put away a lot more because there was a soft flush to his cheeks that was obviously a buzz from alcohol. Apparently being a medic, and Tsunade's apprentice, had made him more alcohol resistant then normal people, which no doubt helped with all the drunk women sprawled over him.

" ..don't you come back to my house and play a game with me, we find out if this hair is natural." Ino slurred while pulling Saku's hair out of his neat tail. He frowned at her with dark jade eyes.

" It's natural." Was all he said then he looked up at Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi. Two of which were pretty much shocked, and one who would have been taking pictures if he could.

" Finally found me did you?" Saku asked with a silly grin at them. Kakashi laughed softly.

" Yes we did, it's been difficult." Kakashi answered. Saku smiled.

" Well I would have been still walking the village had Ino not saw this bar and dragged me in. I swear she just wanted to get me drunk enough to say yes." Saku said with a shake of head. Ino giggled.

" Finally agreed did you? I'll make your day pinky." Ino giggled and then unexpectedly groped Saku. He stiffened in surprise then reached down and pulled her hand away. He shook his finger at her in a ' No, bad girl' sort of way, she pouted.

" Why don't we get you to your counterpart's house to sleep." Kakashi said with a smile. Saku nodded and stood. The women started to complain drunkenly, while Saku gently pushed Ino away and pulled Hinata into his arms bridal style and waded through the harem of drunk women to solid ground next to his male teammates.

" Have to take Hina-chan home first. Can't let anything happen to her." Saku said with determination Sasuke found surprising.

" Okay we'll stop by the Hyuuga compound before taking you home." Kakashi said patting him on the back as he refused to hand over Hinata in favor of carrying her. So they walked to the Hyuuga compound, Hinata sleeping through the trip in Saku's arms, obviously either too drunk to care, or use to Saku now to be embarrassed about that fact.

It happened to be convenient that Neji be just about to go into the compound that Naruto caught him with a shout to his name. Neji turned surprised and saw Hinata passed out and rushed to her, pausing at the pink haired male that looked a little like Sakura, either a twin, or Sakura in a jutsu, he activated his Byakugan and found no chakra in use which meant it wasn't Sakura in a jutsu to make her look male, so maybe a relative?

Jade eyes met silver, silver met jade, Saku smiled at Neji.

" Hello Neji-chan, take Hina-chan for me." Saku said surprising Neji, who the heck was this, and why the hell did he just call him -chan?!

" Don't kill him Neji. This is Sakura-chan from a different world, were everyone is opposite genders." Naruto tried to explain and got a weird look from Neji, of course he would.

" He's not making it up unfortunately. Saku is from another dimension where he's born male. Neji this is Sakura Haruno, male." Kakashi elaborated. Neji took Hinata and examined Saku with a frown and Byakugan blazing trying to find any lie, when he found none he frowned and shut his Kekkei genkai down.

" Pleasure." Neji said in greeting. Naruto waved and they steered Saku to Sakura's house.

" Where are you taking me?" Saku asked curiously, his worlds held the hit of a slur, but not as much as any of the drunken women before, no doubt he wasn't drunk, just slightly inebriated.

" Your house to sleep." Kakashi explained not bothering to help Naruto or Sasuke with him, just followed reading his book as they walked the dark streets to Sakura's house.

" I want Chi-chan." Saku said in a soft mutter. Sasuke and Naruto looked at each other in confusion.

" Who?" Naruto asked.

" Chi-chan." Saku said unhelpfully.

" Itachi." Kakashi said because it was easy to tell who the male was talking about. He said it in such a way after all, and besides why would he want to see just anyone when under the influence of alcohol except his lover?

Sasuke stiffened.

" I don't think that's a good idea Sakura-chan." Naruto said. Saku glared at the nickname, but obviously feared he would miss if he tried to hit him, so didn't bother.

" In the morning you can go see Itachi, but not right now." Kakashi promised knowing they would have eventually have to take Saku to see Itachi. After all maybe Saku could help Itachi come back to sanity. Or at least talk a little bit.

Sakura's house:

Waking up was worst then anything for Saku in the morning. It wasn't due to the almost nonexistent hangover, thanks to his medical training, it was due to the fact everything hadn't been a terrible dream and he was back at home in his own world in his own bed dreaming of Itachi.

He woke to a similar ceiling in a different styled version of his room. He laid a arm over his eyes and took a deep breath. This wasn't so bad, he tried to reason with himself. It was just another world, the only difference being genders, and of course the whole Uchiha massacre. Saku winced and rubbed his forehead. This was terrible, he just wanted to see Itachi, male or not, he wanted to make sure she, he, was okay. How could Sasuke and Itachi even be sane after all they went through? How was Itachi's mental stability? How was his health?

Was it Saku's love that kept Itachi in his world from killing her clan? Or was it another reason? Was female Itachi that much different then male Itachi? He would soon find out, but first he needed to shower, change, and then he needed to go back to the Hokage and see if they could figure something out, getting home was the most important thing, then he would find Itachi, male or not.

Saku rose out of the jade sheets and onto his feet. He pulled his shirt off as he headed to the bathroom. At least the house wasn't any different other then color and feminine supplies in the bathroom and around the house. That was different of course, but the house was the same, and oddly the furniture was the same, even the dresser he got from a carpenter in Suna that he helped heal back to health.

Saku wondered into the bathroom and started undressing and while he stood naked brushing his hair out and then his teeth, he figured using the same toothbrush as his counterpart wouldn't be so bad, after all they were the same person no matter how you looked at it. Gender differences aside they were the same person.

Saku was brushing his teeth when he felt Neji's chakra signature appear in his bedroom, well female Sakura's bedroom anyway. Since Saku had no need to close the bathroom door he didn't so while Saku was buck naked, Neji walked into the doorway and paused mouth opened to speak when he noticed his nudity and paused. Byakugan activated and he apparently wasn't yet convinced he was a different person then Sakura of this world.

Saku ignored his flat out eye rape while he finished brushing his teeth. When it was clear the Hyuuga was finished his exam of his body, and Saku finished brushing his teeth. Saku turned his eyes to the Hyuuga and then the shower.

" You can either stand there and watch, or sit on the sink and get comfortable I take long showers when I can since it doesn't happened often I have time to spare." Saku said not bothered by Neji's flat out staring at him and then his groin. It wasn't half as bad as Ino, who Saku had tried never to be naked around, after all Ino always wanted to be the better man and couldn't stand Saku had a bigger...manhood then he did, thus when ever possible Ino would either measure him, or grope him, Ino had no shame and because of Ino, Saku was no longer embarrassed about the staring or touching from another guy, as sad as that was, Ino had desensitized him.

Neji frowned and crossed his arms. He leaned his hip on the sink as Saku got into the shower, apparently not only did Neji not believe him, but wanted to keep an eye on him out of lack of trust.

" How did you come to be stuck here in our world? Where did you originate?" Neji asked. It was odd seeing Neji as a male, but like everything else, Saku rolled with the gender change.

" Akatsuki shot me with some bizarre beam of red chakra, I woke here, at the memorial stone, and haven't been back home since. I'm from the exact same place, in apparently a different dimension, where everyone's gender is apparently different." Saku said and then went to washing his hair, which made him close his eyes or risk getting shampoo in them. Neji was silent as he knew he would be. Obviously in thought.

" In your dimension, I am a female?" Neji finally asked, apparently finally believing him after checking him for any chakra differences, or jutsu with his Byakugan. Saku sighed and rinsed his hair, when finished he nodded.

" Yep, I know it sounds crazy but ask me something only someone who knew you would ask, something you never told Sakura from this world. I know almost everything about you." Neji rose a brow.

" And how would you know that much about me when we are not friends in this dimension? Are we friends in yours?" Saku's lips twitched, but he didn't tell Neji that in his dimension she hit on him every chance she got.

" Well we are friends, but I know most of what I do because of your teammates, mostly Tenten, but Lee likes to talk a lot." Saku confessed with a grin, which Neji found off when he was naked in the shower, but didn't show he was weird-ed out by it.

" Then tell me what you think I wouldn't have told my Sakura, and I will see if I believe you then." Neji challenged. Saku smirked as he washed himself.

" Well I'm sure telling you about when your first period came wouldn't help, how about your first sexual experience with your distant relative, or your first time with that woman( man in my world ) on your third mission in ANBU, or that you like eating everything separately, and you like your vegetables before you like to eat your meat, or that your favorite training is in the middle of the night alone, or that you laugh like a hyaena when your intoxicated, or that your ticklish on the bottom of your feet and just behind your ears, or that you find pleasure in the most simplest of puzzles, or that you're afraid of spiders, and you hate spicy food, or that you like to bathe in the early morning and after lunch, and in the dead of night to keep your hair not only clean but soft? That enough?" Neji's eyes were wide. He looked a little uncomfortable as he shifted his eyes.

" You acquired that information how exactly again?" Saku grinned.

" Well other then your teammates, and as your medic, or as your friend. You, lets say...like me in a sort of way that would be uncomfortable to talk about with two people of the same gender, and lets also say the only reason you want to seduce me in my world is because I'm the strongest male, and that your aunt, excuse me uncle, wants you to." Neji was unsure what to say, so much information he was sure no one knew about him, he had tried to hide a lot of that stuff from his teammates, so he was telling the truth the only way he could have figured that out is having known him personalty in another world, or stalking him, but Neji could never be followed with his Byakugan. So really how close was his other female half in Saku Haruno's dimension, to Saku Haruno?

" How...close are we exactly?" Neji asked worrying that they were together, together. Saku laughed softly and relaxed under water that steamed the bathroom mirrors and the glass shower walls. Female Neji wouldn't like a pink haired male would she? He was good looking, but pink hair, really?

" Not to worry. I have a lover and it's not you." Neji wasn't sure whether to be relieved or insulted he said it that way.

" Who is this lover?" Neji asked unsure why it mattered, but his pride was hurt, he at least would think he would make a sexy woman, so who could out beauty him? Saku got this far away look in his eyes, then those jade eyes tightened in pain.

" Itachi Uchiha." Neji's mouth parted in shock.

" What are you doing dating a traitor to the village?" Neji asked with shock. Saku's eyes turned angry. Neji wondered if he was about to get beat down by a pink haired male, it was almost as bad as being beaten by a pink haired female.

" My Itachi is no such thing. The clan massacre never happened in my dimension. My Itachi is the most beautiful woman around. She can out smart anyone, and lead you around by a leash and still look sophisticated and arousing." A large shiver raced down Saku's spine that Neji happened to see. He made a face, it was apparent that he really loved Sasuke Uchiha's...sister.

" I find it odd that you're ….with Itachi Uchiha in your world, dimension, when you, or at least the you in this world, can't stand him." Neji said off hand. It was a known fact how much Sakura Haruno hated Itachi Uchiha in this dimension at least.

Saku blinked while finishing his shower and pulling a towel around his waist surprised.

" Say what?" Saku asked, obviously Kakashi hadn't informed this Saku Haruno about how much Female Sakura despised the eldest Uchiha.

" SO Kakashi didn't tell you that the female version of you hates Uchiha Itachi, or the fact that Uchiha Itachi who never speaks or reacts to anyone since he came back, speaks to the female version of you and apparently only you?" Neji asked. Saku's mouth fell open in shock this time. Apparently not.

"...Why would she hate Itachi?" Saku finally decided to settle on. Neji rose his shoulder.

" No one really knows exactly the reason, but I'm sure you should ask Kakashi since he neglected to tell you about this little fact. More so when they had to beg female Sakura to be his medic." Saku went pale.

" So...how are you going to get back?" Neji asked changing the subject as if he didn't just drop that bomb shell on Saku, or as if he didn't just blackmail Kakashi, Sasuke, and Naruto like he did. Considering it was blackmail for all the times the Uzumaki had messed with his cousin, Hinata.

" I...I don't know. Excuse me." Saku said and walked out of the bathroom, grabbed his old clothes since he had no others, and then left no doubt to find Kakashi and find out the truth. Neji smiled to himself.

What on earth was going on in this dimension? In his world he loved Itachi, but in this world his counterpart hated him? What kind of sick fate was that? Was being the opposite gender really change the order of things so drastically? Why would Itachi only talk to female Sakura? Why would Sakura hate him? What on earth was Itachi doing to upset her?

He needed to think rationally. In his world Itachi often picked on him, she was strict, she was cruel some times, but she often hid behind that meanness because she wanted to press people further in life, make them better. When they had first met Saku hadn't loved Itachi, he had wanted to smother her in her sleep, but he had fell for her in the long run after getting to know her. Was this the same thing? Did this world's Sakura hate him? Or was it just that they didn't get along? He had fallen for Itachi, would this Sakura give the chance to know this Itachi?

Or was gender too much a problem here? Obviously it was gender that made Itachi do in this world what she hadn't in his. So would the relationship between he two of them be any different? Would gender really make things so much different here?

He needed to see Itachi to see if they truly were the same, but first he needed to speak with his male teammates. Find out what was really going on between he Itachi and Sakura of this world.

Training field seven:

" Have you ever gotten the feeling something really bad is about to happen?" Naruto asked curiously rubbing the hairs on the back of his neck that stood on end because of a sudden scared feeling he usually only got when he saw Sakura coming after him with her murderous intent, but since Sakura from their world wasn't here, it had to mean...

" Oh crap." Naruto said and understood seconds before he and Sasuke were suddenly looking at the sky on the training field blinking back confusion as they were suddenly unable to move more then their heads. Paralyzed.

A body, Kakashi's, dropped next to them also paralyzed, no doubt to Saku's medical training.

" Naruto what did you do?" Sasuke snarled obviously figuring if they had a pissed off Haruno on their hands, Naruto of course had something to do with it. Saku stood over their heads so he was looking down at them with narrowed jade eyes shades darker then their Sakura's emerald, but it could be the anger making his eyes darker. Sakura's eyes did change with emotion as well.

" Whatever the dobe did I'm sure he didn't do it with thought." Sasuke said unhelpfully. Naruto would have elbowed him if he had control of his nerves.

" Why didn't you tell me your Sakura hated Itachi here?" Saku asked hands crossed over his muscled chest. Sasuke and Naruto paled. Kakashi laughed a little uneasily.

" Must have been talking to Neji I see, or Shikamaru then." Kakashi figured reasonably considering the circumstances.

" Just answer the question." Saku demanded.

" We didn't think it was something we should tell you considering you're with Itachi in your dimension." Kakashi explained knowing how deadly their Sakura was, and wondering how destructive male Saku would be.

" Oh so you didn't think telling me that female Sakura hating the Itachi in this world was important considering in my world I'm just about engaged to her?" Saku asked. Naruto frowned.

" Well when you say it like that..." Naruto trailed off. Saku glared and Naruto swallowed his next words.

" Calm down Saku, we admit we should have told you, but it's not like you can change the feelings of our Sakura. Does it matter if she hates Itachi or not? This after all isn't your world." Kakashi tried to reason with the pissed off pinkett.

" Your right, but I would have at least liked to know." Saku said and tapped them each on the side of the neck un-paralyzing them all. They all slowly stood up warily as if he would snap and kill them all.

" Take me to Itachi so I can find out the truth of this matter." Saku demanded. Kakashi lit up.

" That's a good idea." Kakashi said interested no doubt to figure out why their Sakura and Itachi hated each other, or at least why Sakura hated Itachi. Or maybe they just wanted to see Itachi do more then just stare off into space.

" I don't think so. I'm going alone, and you guys are going to figure out how the hell to get me home for real this time, no going off and contemplating blackmail or betrayal of some sort." Saku commanded with a narrow eyed glare. They frowned together. Apparently Saku was just as smart as Sakura was.

" Alright." Sasuke said submitting willingly. Saku smiled at him, and Sasuke sucked up the attention. Kakashi shook his head. It was so obvious that Sasuke liked Saku, maybe not romantically of course, but maybe seeing Saku as some connection to his old life, his family, and mistaking Saku for a sibling maybe. At least that was Kakashi's thoughts on the eagerness to please from a normally evil antisocial Sasuke.

" First however clothes."Saku said about his old dirty, alcohol, perfume, scented clothes. Naruto wrinkled his nose and nodded.

" You can wear one of my-" Saku held up a hand and shuttered.

" I would die before I wore your clothes Naruto, and I would kill myself if I ever did." Saku said straight faced. Naruto pouted.

" Better get going then. It's been a week since Sakura stopped by, someone needs to feed Itachi." Saku went tense, but Kakashi slapped Saku on the back.

" Kidding. We kept him fed." Kakashi said with a eye crinkle. Saku narrowed his eyes.

" I swear to kami..." Saku muttered the rest of his sentence so they couldn't hear but it sounded like profanities.

" Now that's the Sakura we know and love." Kakashi teased. Oh he was enjoying this way too much.

Uchiha district:

He was nervous, way too nervous for meeting the male version of his fiancee. He was curious to see what Itachi looked like as a male, would she be as sexy male as she was female? Would she look the same? Would she still have long hair? Would she even be the same Itachi he knew? This Itachi after all was much different then his own. This Itachi had been driven to kill his clan. This Itachi had joined the enemy, this Itachi had blanked out into a stone-like person.

What would he find when he finally saw male Itachi face to face? Saku was honestly a bit afraid to know what he would find. Because if male Itachi had been able to go this route in life, did it mean Itachi from his world was capable of turning on them all at a snap of fingers?

Did the Elders ever ask Itachi of his world to kill his clan? If so why did she refuse in their world when he didn't in this one? Was it just one of those split decisions that one males in a alternate dimension? Like going left here instead of right there?

There was so many questions Saku had for this world's Itachi, and Saku hoped that he would answer them. He was good with women, or at least he liked to think so, but not with men. Yet Itachi he knew, he loved, was this Itachi too much different that he couldn't figure him out like he could his own Itachi?

There was only one way to find out, and that was to walk into the old Uchiha home that was clean, but other wise dark, cold, lifeless even with it's permanent resident Itachi in his room. Saku had changed into a new ANBU uniform provided by the Hokage since his was dirty wreaking of alcohol and perfume.

He pulled his tie of of his hair and then tied his hair back again in the same position, out of nervousness. He needed to just walk in. Itachi could no doubt feel him right outside, and no doubt thought him a fool for just standing there like a idiot. So Saku sucked up his fears and walked into the Uchiha home and straight to the kitchen, because he didn't trust Kakashi had fed him.

While making lunch for Itachi Saku suddenly felt Itachi's chakra flicker and turned around seconds before a hand slammed over his mouth. He stumbled back into the counter and looked up into Sharingan eyes. Well...that was new. He had to look up. He was tall.

Saku blinked and Itachi's Sharingan flickered off to the Onyx of his eyes. Wary eyes, and curious eyes.

" I was wondering what had kept the cherry blossom." Saku blinked again and then reached up and pulled his hand away from his mouth.

" Long story that one." Saku said as Itachi stepped back and sat on top of the kitchen table. He looked similar to his female counterpart, but not exactly the same. This Itachi was rougher, more battle wary then his Itachi. There was something lost in this Itachi's eyes. Something Saku had never seen in his own Itachi's. No doubt something that had to do with the clan's almost extinction.

" I have a while Haruno. Explain." Itachi said looking him over curiously. Apparently understanding this wasn't the Sakura he knew. He took to it faster then anyone else, which made Saku curious to why he did. Did he see a lot of people from different dimensions, maybe they stopped in for tea on occasion?

Hearing the silky familiar voice but a deeper version was odd. However Saku payed close attention while Itachi looked him over like he planned to sell him off to a bunch of buyers.

" From a different dimension, Akatsuki used some sort of red chakra beam and I got transported here where everything is lopsided, end of story." Saku said with little detail and an eye brow raise when Itachi so little as sniffed and nodded as if he did have tea with people from different dimension regularly.

" You would have woke in the clearing of the memorial stone then?" Itachi asked after a long silence. Saku blinked in surprise then slowly nodded.

" How did you know that?" Saku asked. Itachi's lips rose.

" I was once in your place in a different dimension." Saku's mouth opened in shock. Hope filled his soul.

" So you know how to get back!" Saku said standing straight up instead of leaning on the kitchen counter.

" No. Not at all." Itachi said dashing Saku's hopes completely, he slumped back on the counter again.

" But you returned somehow." Saku pointed out. Itachi nodded.

" True." Well one thing was for sure, this Itachi was even less talkative then his Itachi. It was aggravating to say the least. This Itachi seemed to enjoy his frustration, know wonder female Sakura hated this guy. In the very least Saku would hit him if he had to spend a long period of time with him.

" So how long were you in a different dimension and did you go back to the memorial clearing to get back? What does the memorial clearing have to do with different dimensions anyway?" Saku wondered. Itachi shrugged.

" I was in the other dimension for a week, but I have heard of people disappearing for longer, some never return to where they came from." Itachi said he looked at the sandwich behind Saku's rear and then back at Saku expectantly. Saku hoped up and took the sandwich to him almost forgetting how rude this guy was. He was certainly different then his Itachi, that was for sure.

" Why did they never return?" Saku asked returning to his spot and watching the male Uchiha eat his ham sandwich as elegantly as his Itachi would. It was kind of fun to watch him eat, like watching a lion eat. The image of Itachi with a mane made Saku's lips rise into a smile, Itachi rose his brow at him in return.

" I assume because their other in that world had died." Saku's eye widened.

" So you think that since the Sakura who lives here is alive and I am alive we will eventually go back to our own worlds?" Saku asked. Itachi shrugged.

" How should I know?" Saku grit his teeth. He would not strangle him, he would not strangle him.

" What do you know?" Saku asked.

" That you and I apparently know each other very well in your world." Itachi said and took another bite of sandwich. Saku blushed and Itachi looked up at him curiously.

" You live in a world where genders are different." Itachi guessed.

" How do you know, you and I are close in my world?" Saku asked trying to rid himself of the blush. Itachi's lips twitched in a all too familiar, you-amuse-me-pitiful-worm, sort of way.

" It's obvious, besides this is my favorite sandwich, just like my mother use to make, and you stood outside the house for an hour trying to walk in." Saku flushed all over again in embarrassment this time.

" Actually it would be how your father makes, because your father taught me. Well yeah in this dimension it would be mother." Saku said with a shrug.

" So you and the female version of myself, are...what...lovers?" Itachi asked finishing his sandwich and looking again behind Saku to the other two sandwiches Saku had made just in case. Saku's eye twitched and he brought the sandwiches to him.

" You're my fiancee actually." Saku said with out buttering it up. Itachi almost choked. Saku smirked in his victory. Itachi tried to play it cool like he almost didn't choke or anything. So an Itachi move.

" I am surprised she would accept a ...pink haired lover." Itachi said looking to his pink hair with an eye twitch. Saku snorted.

" Obviously she's just like you considering the Sakura here hates your guts and you enjoy picking on her, you sadist." Saku shot back. Itachi's lips quirked.

" There is quite the different between a pink haired woman, and a pink haired man. Doesn't it hurt your masculinity?" Saku smirked.

" Does having hair exactly like your mothers hurt yours?" Saku shot back. Itachi stiffened and narrowed his eyes at Saku over his sandwich.

" I bet your more a stalker then a lover to the other me." Saku's eye twitched.

" You really going to make me prove she's my lover?" Saku asked arms crossed over his chest. Itachi rose his brow in challenge. Saku shrugged and uncrossed his arms.

" Very well Uchiha." Saku said and pushed himself off the counter and walked over to Itachi, Itachi stiffened but didn't move as Saku knelt in front of him and grabbed a wrist, flipped it over and then bit the underside of his wrist. His mouth opened in shock.

" The...hell." Itachi said and then blinked as Saku's hand ran up his pant leg to scrape finger nails across the underside of his right knee, he jerked at the ticklishness of it.

The shoe came off and Saku ran fingers over the bottom of his feet, her jerked his foot away with a snort of hidden laughter.

" Point made." Itachi said with a narrowed eyed glare. Saku smirked at his victory and walked back to his spot at the counter leaning his hip back. Itachi rubbed a hand over his wrist looking a little confused.

" Do I even want to know what that was?" Itachi asked about the bite to the underside of his wrist. Saku shrugged.

" Probably not." Saku said simply. Itachi shook his head and shook himself then continued his sandwich a little warily.

" Well I see your honest about that." Itachi said moving onto his third sandwich. He was elegantly devouring them. No doubt he missed them, due to the fact his father...mother was dead here.

" Tell me your thoughts on how to get back to my world." Saku said. Itachi frowned, thought it over then nodded.

" The way you were sent here was different then how it usually works, but I suppose if you go to the memorial stone at the same time the other you goes to the stone in your world, you should switch back." Saku figured that sort of made some sense.

" How would she know to go back there? How would I know when she's there? It could be forever waiting." Saku said worried he would never get back.

" Cherry blossom is intelligent. I am sure sure would figure out what you did, even if you did need my help." Saku's mouth tightened in annoyance.

" I'm sure I would have gotten around to it. So there has to be some sort of rift in the memorial stone clearing that is transporting so many different people to different dimensions." Saku said changing the subject mid-sentence.

" Sounds reasonable." Itachi commented finishing his last sandwich and looking at Saku in expiation. Saku sighed and got to making another.

" For kami's sake did they not feed you at all?" Saku asked exasperated. Itachi snorted behind him.

" I am not a kept pet to be fed Haruno." Saku's lips twitched.

" Might as well be. Who are you kidding with this statue act anyway?" Saku asked finishing the sandwich and walking it to him. Itachi's eye narrowed on him.

" It keeps the village from becoming panicked when they think the monster is contained." Saku made a clucking noise of disappointment with his tongue. Itachi rose his brow at the pink haired male.

" If the Hokage thought you were a cause for alarm in the village you would be dead. Besides do you think the ANBU would let you cause a panic? If you act like a normal person and tell the truth of the massacre then they would allow you to eventually become a Shinobi of the village." Saku said.

" I never stopped being a Shinobi of Konoha, people just forgot I was." Itachi commented and Saku frowned. Seeing his confusion, Itachi decided to elaborate this time.

" The Elders gave me a command to kill the clan, then join Akatsuki as a spy. I was so deep undercover that when Sarutobi died the Elders decided to never let anyone know I was loyal to the village still." Saku frowned harder.

" So they set you up to take the fall." Itachi nodded.

" Why would they want the extinction of the Uchiha clan? They support the village more then any of the other clans."

" They grew too powerful. There was a group of Uchiha who wanted to take over the village. Because of the number of rebels in the clan, the Elders had no way of knowing who was in the rebellion and who wasn't. They played it safe and had me kill them all."

" Why then has nothing like that happened in my world?" Itachi shrugged.

" It is different in every dimension. Sometimes the decision to kill or to start a rebellion is not made, perhaps there was never a rebellion, or perhaps your Itachi refused to kill the clan or maybe the rebels were dealt with. It is hard to tell."

" Did you think your parents were apart of the rebellion?" Saku asked. Surely he didn't have to kill all the Uchiha's. Why leave only Sasuke anyway?

" My father had been seen associating with the known rebels. My mother would have never forgiven me had I killed her husband, I did as I was told, because the rebellion ran too deep, only Sasuke and I escaped with our lives." Saku frowned. That would have been pure hell having to kill your entire clan and looking into their eyes while you did it, especially your parents eyes, and then having your brother hate you, never knowing why you did it. Had this been his Itachi, Saku would have comforted her, but this being male Itachi and Saku wasn't sure he could get a way with comfort.

" Mikoto would have understood your orders, and had you told Sasuke instead of making yourself look like a criminal then maybe his life wouldn't have been in vain." Itachi didn't speak further on the subject.

" Go tell the Hokage what you found out about the rift. If you want to return to your world you should go to the clearing and wait. I do not know how long it will be, but if your leave there you may never have another chance to return if you miss each other." Itachi said. Saku nodded, he was right.

" No matter how much you blame yourself Itachi, what you did was the right choice for the circumstances. You deserve a normal life. If your nice to her, you may even get yourself a pink haired lover too. If you're lucky." Saku said and grinned at him. Itachi's eyes widened briefly before he snorted at that.

" She's rather kill me." Itachi commented with a smirk as Saku wrote down the recipe for his fathers...mothers sandwiches and a few other recipes Saku remembered to leave for the other Sakura to make for him. That would make his day at least, for his help. Saku appreciated it.

" Thank you Itachi." Saku said and then he departed from the male eldest Uchiha with a hopeful determination.

Outside the Uchiha district:

" You think they killed each other yet?" Naruto asked curiously as he, Sasuke, and Kakashi watched the Uchiha districts gates. After all they were waiting for Saku to leave so they would see if Itachi spoke to him like he did Sakura. Maybe they could figure out why Itachi spoke to Sakura and Sakura alone then.

However they hadn't heard yelling, killing, or anything else. It had been strangely silent, and made them wonder if they killed each other, or if they were sitting down for tea together.

" I'm sure if they did then one of them would have left by now." Kakashi said curiously.

" Do you think Itachi will even speak to him at all?" Sasuke asked. Kakashi shrugged.

" Hard to tell, after all. Though he speaks to Sakura, why not Sakura from a different dimension?" Kakashi had a point.

" Do you think Teme's brother will know it's Sakura from a different dimension?" Naruto asked sitting 'hidden' in a near by tree with a good view of the gates of the Uchiha district.

" I think Itachi is smart enough to see that it's Sakura, and not a jutsu." Kakashi commented.

" Do you think they're talking?" Sasuke asked.

" Let's just hope they're both still breathing. Saku looks strong, I think he could give Itachi a run for his money. Though they may have killed each other in a stale mate." Kakashi commented despite just saying he was sure they didn't kill each other. What confidence in Saku.

" He's been in there longer then an hour. Should we go check on him?" Naruto asked worried that Itachi killed Saku. Kakashi tensed.

" No I feel Saku's chakra. He's coming this way." Kakashi said and jumped from the tree and walked calmly to the district gates as if he wasn't waiting or anything in a tree. Sasuke and Naruto followed, though Naruto less graceful since his foot got caught in a vine and he fell face first into the ground.

Kakashi watched Saku walk calmly toward the gates, he looked to be in thought, but not unaware. He was ANBU through and though. He didn't look angry, so maybe Itachi didn't speak to him, or maybe Saku had a certain way to charm Itachi, he was the other Itachi's lover after all.

Saku finally approached close enough for him to look up at them and their expectant faces.

" Well?" Kakashi asked. Saku shrugged.

" I may have found my way home." They stared at him for a long while and then Sasuke and Naruto simultaneously yelled 'WHAT?!' Both for different reasons. Sasuke didn't want him to go, and Naruto just because he was Naruto, and he was secretly happy he was going back and their Sakura was returning.

" How did you find that out?" Kakashi asked putting his book away. Saku shrugged.

" Itachi happened to have been to a different dimension like I am here. He came back, and I now know there is hope I can return. Come on I'll walk and talk." Saku said waving them after him as he started walking.

" Anxious to figure it out?" Sasuke asked curiously walking along side him. Saku looked over at Sasuke for a moment then shook his head.

" No I need to see the Hokage first. I have a matter to settle before I even think of leaving." Kakashi and Sasuke frowned. Naruto scratched his cheek in confusion.

Memorial stone clearing:

Itachi often pondered his life. He wondered why he did certain things the way he did. He wondered on his decisions. He most of all wondered on the clan massacre. He wondered if he had indeed made the right choice. If he could have said no and the clan have straightened out like in Saku Haruno's dimension.

Would the rebellion still happened if he had said no? Would the rebellion have happened at all? Would the rebels have been cleared out by the clan itself? Had the Elders jumped to conclusions too fast when they should have left clan matters to the clan? Could he have lived a life similar to his female doubles? Could he have been engaged to the pinkette like Saku was his other self?

He admitted to himself that Sakura Haruno was the funnest thing he had ever had in his life. A toy, a friend, a puzzle, a companion when she wanted to be. It was amusing to tease her. It was entertaining to get her railed up.

When Sasuke decided to bring him home and not try to kill him, like Itachi had planned, Itachi figured he would just play a crazy person regretting his past, and not talking to anyone. He figured it was better for the sanity of his brother, better for the village, and better for himself that he play the insane Uchiha who murdered everyone in his clan except his brother.

However when the pink haired medic graced him with her presence he found he couldn't quite help himself from seeing something from her other then her medical professionalism. When she kept coming by he grew more and more intrigued until finally he had to tease her just once. When he teased her once and saw the fire light in her eyes, he knew he couldn't stop.

He knew that he was in danger of losing his hard earned solitude, but he found seeing her was worth it. He had never had so much fun with anything, he wasn't sure he had ever had fun in his life. He had been given anything as a child he could need, but never had he been given anything he wanted for himself, as a selfish request. Sakura was his Selfish request, and though she despised him for his teasing, he was sure that he could continue enjoying her presence for a while longer.

However when Saku Haruno showed up in Sakura's place, he knew what had happened, for the longest time he had thought himself mad for real, but then when he found others, he knew what he had experienced was no a illusion created by his pressured mind. Knowing it happened to Sakura upset him in a way he had never been before.

It was like something had disappeared in his life that he had cherished. Saku was interesting by far, and gave him a little hope perhaps that things could be different between himself in the pinkette. If his female self could be with the male Sakura, why couldn't the female Sakura be with him? Surely he could persuade her some how.

Did he deserve her however? What kind of life could he give her? Would she be better off with anyone else? With his brother even? Though his brother showed her no mind, he knew the blossom had loved his brother at one point. She spoke of him and Naruto favorable so much that Itachi wasn't sure if the feelings of love were the same for her as they once had obviously been toward his brother.

Saku had made him realize a few things he had forgotten himself. Maybe there was some life he could live here, maybe he could speak to the Hokage and clear his name, become a Shinobi once more, maybe he could, but he would never want any of it with out having her as well. She was the only thing he had ever wanted, and he would be damned if he never got her back.

Thus he was foolishly attempting to get himself transported to the dimension she was in, and where Saku belonged. He didn't think it would work, but he hoped it would. Things he planned rarely went wrong. Of course this wasn't a very rationalized plan, for some reason that pink haired female made him do irrational things. Go figure. So he was going to get her back, no matter what it takes.

Itachi was going off a hunch. If he was a real Shinobi, or in this case a Kunoichi, of the village. Had he lived a normal life. He would have came by the memorial stone to think on all the friends he had lost to the war, to missions. He had before the massacre, came by every week on this day, so if his other was like him in almost everyday, she would also come by every week on this day, so Itachi hoped that by being in the same place at the same time over the rift, they would switch and he could eventually find Sakura and have her stand at the clearing so that she and Saku could switch back, of course if his other self came to this world, of course Saku would bring her with him to the memorial stone clearing and then all would be right.

What Itachi also realized was that there was more then one dimension he could get sent to if the circumstances were right, like another Itachi from a different dimension standing in the same spot at the same time in their world, but Itachi figured since Sakura and Saku had switched the dimensions were connected right now, so he should be sent to the same dimension Sakura was sent to and Saku was sent from.

Of course he was guesstimating all this. Itachi stepped up to the memorial stone in the same place he had woke to when he had been transported to a different dimension years and years ago. He waited, and waited, and waited. Finally he sat down and stared at the names on the stone.

His family's names were on it now, they hadn't been when he had left, of course they wouldn't have been, but still. He ran his finger tips over his mothers name and winced. He did regret it. There was too many 'what if's' for him to be content with his decisions.

He closed his eyes and remembered his family, remembered clearer then he had in years because he still had the taste of his mothers sandwiches in his mouth and when he opened his eyes he knew it had worked.

Hokage tower:

" That is an interesting bit of information you brought me Sakura." Tsunade said tapping her fingers against her chin in thought. Kakashi stood off to the side with Naruto and Sasuke who were over all surprised by the information brought forth.

" However, don't you find the fact that you only knew this because of the man himself telling you, a bit compromising? Besides there is no records or proof of this occurring." Tsunade said about Itachi's innocence, or not innocence as Tsunade saw it.

" There are records of the Uchiha rebellion, and there are records that went missing during Sarutobi's murder. Don't you find that a bit too coincidental?" Saku asked holding a folder of the records of the clan's rebellion in his hand. No one knew how he had even obtained it, let alone how he could have found it.

There was that 'trip' to the bathroom on the way to the tower. Perhaps he had fetched them then. He was pretty skilled if he snuck into the locked windowless room and fetched files that were so far buried that they had dust and rat poo on it.

" I don't gamble lives Sakura, but in this case the wager if your wrong is just to high. You could be very well basing all this on the fact that in your own world your in love with the Uchiha." Saku wrinkled his nose.

" If I was basing this all on that fact alone I wouldn't have said anything. That man is infuriating. I could barely contain myself from killing him. The facts are the facts. And the fact is that despite the gender differences I have been a medic for a long time, and a ANBU I know how to psychologically profile someone, and no it doesn't hinder me knowing the person ...rather personally." Saku said and cleared his throat before he continued.

" The facts point in the right direction and just because you didn't, or anyone else didn't, know about this didn't mean it didn't happen." Tsunade frowned at Saku. She lowered her hands to her desk and folded them together.

" So you want me to believe that Uchiha Itachi is innocent of his crimes. That he did not betray Kohona but Konoha betrayed him?" Saku rubbed a hand over his face.

"I am not saying he didn't do what he was accused. I am saying that he was ordered to do it. The Elders of Konoha gave him an order, and he did as he was told, including to infiltrate Akatsuki and become an inside spy. When the Hokage died the Elders wanted to bury this and they did. So well that they conceived Itachi a common criminal, they believed the worst of a Shinobi of their village, and they framed him of a crime which he was ordered to do."

" Sakura... I am so disappointed I didn't make you a lawyer." Tsunade said shaking her head. Saku grit his teeth.

" Shishou I'm being serious!" Saku said louder then he probably intended.

" Excuse me if I find this hard to believe Sakura. Your wanting me to take the word of one monstrous killer of an entire clan against the Elders of Konoha. Your asking me to go against the government of the village for someone who killed his entire clan in cold blood. Why would I risk the welfare of my village for Uchiha Itachi." Saku's eye narrowed. His voice came out lower and much more angrier then they had heard him sound.

" Because you are the Hokage. You are supposed to care about the welfare of the entire village as well as it's people. Uchiha Itachi never stopped being a Shinobi of this village, you all just forgot he was." Tsunade sighed.

" I understand what your saying Sakura, but your asking a lot of me for one man. For one man who despite orders, or no orders, killed his entire clan. Your speaking of a conspiracy happening in our village." Saku sighed.

" Sakura let me try to show you something. Sasuke, if you were ordered to kill your entire clan by the elders of Konoha, and the Hokage, would you do it?" Sasuke winced.

" No." He said with out hesitation. " Naruto?" Tsunade asked.

" Of course not Tsunade-baa-chan." Naruto replied.

" Would you kill an entire clan the size of the Uchiha clan Sakura? You who know them all so personally?" Saku straightened his back.

" Yes." The entire room tensed. Sasuke hissed his shock out.

" Sakura!" Tsunade said outraged.

" I am loyal to my village as ANBU, and a Shinobi of Konoha. If you asked me to kill anyone I would do it. If you asked me to kill an entire clan in cold blood I would do it. I was, by blood, contracted into service as ANBU. I swore on my life as a Shinobi to obey any and all commands given by my superiors. I would do anything you ever asked of me. It is the pride of every ANBU to do as they are asked no matter what it is." Saku said while assuming a ANBU stance of his hands behind his back and back straight, eyes set forward not looking at anyone, and looking over the Hokage at the back wall. A solider stance.

" Are you saying that you want your ANBU to betray you in anyway? Where would the village be if the ANBU did not do what they were told?" Tsunade blinked at Saku in shock. Mostly because he was right. She looked to Kakashi who nodded, after all being ANBU at one point in time.

" He's right, the ANBU are sworn under oath to obey any and all commands no matter what they are. It was why I stepped down of my post. I wouldn't by any means kill children like they had asked of me." Kakashi admitted. Naruto and Sasuke looked at him in surprise over a part of his past revealed.

" Have you ever been ordered to kill someone Sakura?" Saku's eyes met the Hokage's and she instantly knew he had been. There was a certain look in someone's eyes that dug to the soul, the soul painted with their sins.

" I have. I have been ordered to do a lot worst things in my life time then kill Tsunade-sama." Saku said with out flinching. Tsunade knew that the life of an ANBU was difficult. That sometimes the ANBU had to do things that were less then...nice, however she never knew the level of efficiency that the ANBU obeyed orders or the badness they had been ordered to do for the sake of the village.

" You could have stepped down." Tsunade said confused as to how a medic like Sakura could have had any part in the taking of innocence lives. Or worse, whatever could be worse then that.

" When you sign a oath in blood, you can never take it back no matter what your asked to do. With out the ANBU the safety of the village would be null." Saku said and shrugged.

" Ask the Hyuuga what he's done as a ANBU, or Shikamaru or Shino. None of us like what we do Tsunade-sama. None of us enjoy it. But we only obey orders, so before you call someone a monster think back to who ordered us to do it in the first place." Saku poofed out of the room with out any hand signs. Tsunade sat back in her seat in shock.

Saku Haruno had just told her straight to her face what no one else had have dared tell her, and he was completely right. Things needed to change, and things needed to be set in motion. How sad that it took someone from a different dimension to shove the entire problem with the village to the surface. A problem that was buried for countless years.

Things did need to change, and all of which meant that Uchiha Itachi was indeed innocent, because he had been ordered to do as he was told, which any ANBU like him or Saku would have done with out question. It only took one ANBU to show her the light in the blackness that is the ANBU life.

" Kakashi gather the senior members and most trusted of the Shinobi. Sakura is correct, things need to change." Kakashi nodded. It was about time.

Sasuke and Naruto looked at one another. Tsunade looked to the youngest Uchiha.

" My apologizes for you clan will never be enough, but have faith that their death will be avenged, the right way." Tsunade said. Sasuke winced and walked out with Naruto. Uchiha Itachi was after all innocent. Who would have guessed. The Elders were going to have a cow when they find out their well hidden conspiracy's weren't so hidden anymore.

Tsunade shook her head. She should have made that boy a lawyer for sure.

Well at least that may help Itachi a little bit, and maybe right the wrongs of the village here in this dimension, of course it wouldn't help his own, but it might make things better here, at least for Itachi and Sasuke, and definitely for the ANBU. He had been asked to do things he never wanted to think about, let alone repeat. If Saku could save anyone the nightmares of that, he would do it in a heartbeat.

Now if his argument had been heard and seen as it was supposed to, Tsunade will begin unraveling secrets in no time, probably weakening Konoha for a short time, but hopefully now Itachi will be on their side as a team player instead of a criminally insane mastermind.

So he made male Itachi's life better, and in effect a lot of other people's so his good dead for a life time was complete in this dimension, now he wanted to go home and kiss his fiancee and then marry the hell out of her. He deserved some happiness after this whole thing, and he never wanted to ever lose her again.

Some how Sasuke and Naruto caught up with him on his way to the memorial stone clearing, which figured when he wanted to cool down and be left alone to figure out if he could get back home. At least if he was stuck here he wanted everyone to be happy.

" Would you really kill my entire clan from an order alone?" Sasuke asked as his first question. Saku sighed.

" You wouldn't understand the level of authority given the fact your not ANBU, and because you immediately said no, you never will. I was trained just like your brother, in the same ways, any ANBU worth his weight in gold would have said what I did. I brought it up because I don't belong here, and thus can not be killed for outing the Elders biggest secret since... well the Uchiha clan massacre." Saku said with a wave of hand.

" You know my family personally, and you would still kill them all?" Saku turned around and faced Sasuke with dark eyes.

" Would I do it? Yes. Would I enjoy it? No. Would I wake every night with their screams, their betrayed faces, their accusing eyes, their blood on my hands, and their souls crushing my entire being, yes. Stop asking me a question you already know the answer to. Killing your clan is no different then killing anyone else Sasuke, it's just a lot more people, and a lot harder. If anything your brother should be commended for being the best damn Shinobi to ever walk this planet. He did something so difficult that it's ridiculous." Sasuke winced. Okay he was still pissed off.

" Calm down Sakura-chan. You know Sasuke's just having a hard time accepting the fact his entire family was killed by his brother because of a freaking order from the Elders, and not because his brother's insane." Naruto said. Saku sighed, he knew that.

" I know." Saku said running a hand over his wary eyes.

" It takes time Sasuke, and I don't expect you to believe me or Itachi, but at least don't condemn your brother when any ANBU would have done the same thing." Sasuke flinched this time.

" Sakura!" A female yell of his full name. A very familiar female yell, a very silky female yell. Saku flipped around wide eyed as his fiancee ran toward him with wide eyes of her own.

Saku choked and stumbled as he ran toward Itachi, his Itachi. His female Itachi. In this dimension.

" What the hell-" Saku said and picked her up in his arms and crushed her against his chest. She allowed it before she realized there were other people watching then she pulled out a kunai and stabbed him shallowly with it over and over in the arm.

" Down!" She hissed in his ear.

" Chi-chan! Kami what are you doing here! OW! Stop that!" Saku pulled the kunai out of her hand and tossed it to the ground. Despite his bleeding arm he kept a hold of her.

" I have no idea. Damn it Sakura put me down immediately or I swear I will kill you." She hissed. Saku dropped her immediately knowing she was serious. He however placed his hands on her shoulder, her soft shoulders. Her narrow, tiny shoulders.

" Focus." Itachi snapped. Saku frowned and blushed in shame.

" Right." He said.

" What is going on exactly? And why is Sasuke and the blond, male?" Itachi asked looking to the two behind Saku. Saku blinked and looked back at Sasuke and Naruto like he was just seeing them for the first time. Both looked as shocked as he had been to see her here.

" Oh...um different dimensions, long story. Why are you here? How did you get here? What the hell happened to the rest of my team?" Itachi blinked at her lover and then her mouth turned into a frown.

" You know I hate when you don't give me more detail then that. I will however except it this time in favor of this insanity. I have no clue how I arrived in this...dimension. I was visiting the memorial stone like I do every week this time, around this time at least, and I passed out, woke in the same place but when I tried to go home...well you can apparently imagine." Itachi said looking to Sasuke curiously.

Saku nodded smoothing her arms down, rubbing them over and over in a compulsive sort of way. In his need to touch her, despite only being gone for two days. He had after all never thought to ever see her again.

" Nothing strange happened to your team, they haven't returned yet, but we did have a very odd pink haired female demanding to know 'Where the hell' she was. I knew only one person with pink hair and anger management issues." Itachi said and pulled a piece of his pink bangs.

" So Sakura-chan is in your dimension!" Naruto shouted excited. Itachi looked to Naruto with a brow raised at his volume but nodded.

" Correct your Sakura is in our...world. The question is how did I get here?" Itachi asked. Saku frowned and then he sighed deeply.

" No doubt that would be because Itachi, male Itachi, went to try to get the Sakura from this world back." Saku said understanding that. Of course the male Itachi would go after the female Sakura. Saku had realized Itachi had a ...attachment to the female Sakura. After all Sasuke was right, once Itachi had something, he, or she, never let it go.

" Why would my brother...go after Sakura?" Sasuke asked pausing and looking at Itachi as he said this. Itachi looked back at him with curiosity.

" Why would he chose to only speak to her in the first place?" Saku asked back. Sasuke and Naruto looked confused together.

" I'm not sure what's going on in this circumstance, but considering your talking about...me. I think my opinion is due. If I went after something, going as far as another dimension to get it, I would have to be very fond of what I was getting." Sasuke and Naruto shared another look.

" She means, loves, not just fond of." Saku said shaking his head. Itachi stabbed him in the arm just as the other had been healing. Saku winced at the kunai in his flesh but smiled at Itachi in a knowing way.

" Your saying my brother loves Sakura? Your saying my brother...whom has never loved anything...loves my teammate. My pink haired teammate? My pink haired teammate who is violent and hates his guts." Sasuke said trying to rationalize the pure craziness Saku was trying to get across. Itachi narrowed her eyes at Sasuke. Saku thought about it, then nodded.

" Yeah pretty much." Sasuke sighed outrageously.

" You're not serious." Naruto said apparently understanding enough to know it sounded as insane as it was.

" Yes I am. It's clear that Itachi picks on her because he likes her. He spoke to Sakura alone because he couldn't help himself. He couldn't leave her be." Itachi stabbed him again. Saku turned his eyes to his fiancee.

" Really? Must you keep stabbing me?" Itachi glared at him.

" Must you keep insulting me?" Itachi replied. Saku snorted.

" You know I'm right." Itachi huffed.

" Look who grew a backbone when he jumped dimensions." Saku narrowed his eyes.

" Don't go there woman." Saku said with jade eyes dark. Itachi's lips twitched.

" I will go apparently where I please, even... different dimensions." Itachi said and stared at Sasuke curiously.

" Okay why are you staring at me?" Sasuke asked a little creeped out. It was weird enough knowing this was his...sibling, as a female. Very weird.

" I apologize but ….why do you have your hair in the shape of a poultry's rear end?" Itachi asked. Naruto started giggling. Saku tried to hide a laugh in his throat, but his grin broke free.

" Well Chi-chan that would be because this Sasuke has short hair, and you know how your sister's hair flips like this in the back, all...vertical and everything." Itachi eyed Sasuke and then looked at Saku.

" I see." She said pondering.

" So Teme's brother is stuck in another dimension with Sakura-chan?" Naruto asked trying to get back on the subject at hand, despite his grin at Itachi's observation of Sasuke's chicken butt hair.

" Not stuck. Itachi apparently figured out how to get between dimensions, and thus we just have to do the same thing." Saku said logically. Sasuke frowned.

" And how did he do that?" Saku frowned.

" I didn't tell you that Itachi had apparently traveled dimensions once before or that we contemplated how to return to our original dimensions based on factoring of the Rift and the Time Space Continuum?" Saku asked. Naruto's nose rose and eye brows drew together in a way that looked exactly like Naruto's 'completely lost' face. Sasuke blinked and shook his head like he too was confused.

" Huh?" Naruto asked.

" Your just making crap up now." Sasuke said shaking his head. Saku sighed.

" I'll have you know, we spoke a long time." Saku said pointing it out. Itachi shook her head.

" You have too much time on your hands, and apparently the Itachi in this world does as well, which no doubt is a part of the reason the Uchiha clan has been killed except for myself and Sasuke, which I no doubt assume was because of loyalty and the Elders." Itachi said with out even guessing anything.

" You would be correct sweetheart. Now we should probably get home. I have to inform Tsunade about the Akatsuki and make sure my team is alright." Itachi glared at Saku but accepted the information as important and ignored the term of endearment in front of other people, namely her...sibling.

" Right...so how are you getting back?" Naruto asked moving along with out mentioning the weirdness of seeing Sasuke's brother, as a woman, or seeing Saku, who was Sakura, acting as a couple together. It was bizarre. Yet some how they were really weird together, in a good way. In a your-both-insane-so-you-compliment-each-other, sort of way.

" Good question. Well we have concluded that if we're standing near the Rift at the memorial stone clearing in this dimension, and the other gender of ourselves from this dimension, are also in the clearing together, that we should switch dimensions and return to our correct planes of existence." Itachi sighed.

" Okay...can you speak...normally?" Naruto asked clueless to whatever that was he was saying. Saku sighed himself.

" I forget I'm talking to you guys, and not medical experts, or Itachi for that matter. You know he is actually quite intelligent for a man who has lived most of his life outside of a village with a bunch of criminals in a evil organization." Itachi gave her lover a firm shake of head.

" You want to stay and spend more time with the male version of me, or would you like to return home and warn the village of the Akatsuki's plans, whatever they may be?" Itachi asked crossing her arms under her breasts. Saku blushed.

" Sorry Chi-chan. Actually I found him too irritating to be around longer then needed." Saku confessed. Itachi sighed in a long suffering sort of way.

" You guys argue a lot don't you?" Naruto said looking between them curiously. Saku's eye twitched.

" It's not arguing, it's how we communicate." Itachi clarified. Sasuke shook his head but refused to speak about his...siblings relationship with Sakura, or Saku in this case.

" Alright then...so you need to get to the Memorial stone clearing and...wait for Sakura and Itachi to be in the same place at the same time?" Sasuke spoke up wondering when they would move off the subject. He disliked the fact Saku was leaving, but sort of disliked the fact he was with...Itachi more.

" Yes." Saku said and then steered Itachi back the way she came with hands on her shoulders still. Apparently he liked touching her as much as he could, which she didn't seem to mind as much as full on bodily contact.

" So how will Sakura-chan know to go to the memorial stone at the same time your there?" Naruto asked. Saku smiled.

" That's why Itachi no doubt went to get her. Of course testing his theory of the Rift jumping in the first place, obviously knowing, his own...or their own, schedule to the T. By knowing that he could wait in the clearing in attempt to jump dimensions, which worked, so with him there he can tell Sakura and bring her back, and since I know this as well, I can take Itachi home with me." Saku said looking to Itachi when he had said ' or their own' to include her as well in the situation.

" So you can get back, and Sakura-chan will come back to us?" Naruto asked hoping. Saku nodded and he grinned. Sasuke frowned.

" You could stay a while." Sasuke suggested as they finally arrived at the clearing. Saku turned and looked at Sasuke curiously. Sasuke tried to play it off nonchalantly, but Itachi rose her brow curiously as well.

" I'm needed in my dimension, but if it's possible to jump the Rift again to return I'd like to come back to see everyone again." Itachi looked at Sasuke for a long time.

" How will you know when to come here and switch with Sakura-chan again?" Naruto asked, not that he really wanted Saku to come back anytime soon. He rather his own Sakura. His female Sakura.

" Well if she wishes to switch again for a while tell her this day this time, and wait ten minutes, if we don't switch then we'll try another day. I doubt it will be soon if we tried it again, but otherwise it was nice meeting the male versions and female versions of everyone here." Saku said with a grin at Naruto and Sasuke.

" Likewise." Sasuke said trying to play it cool despite wanting to go with them.

" Maybe you could tell our others to...try as well?" Sasuke asked with a shrug. Saku laughed.

" I doubt Sasu-chan will like that, but who knows." Saku said and ruffled Sasuke's hair fondly. They walked into the clearing to the stone and Itachi turned to Saku.

" What is it with you and men?" Saku gaped at his lover for a moment at the absurdity of the question then shut his mouth and coughed. He glanced at Sasuke and then smiled slightly at his lover with a shrug.

" You know what they say sweetheart." He said with a sly grin. Itachi cocked a brow.

" Once you go pink..." Saku said and then grinned. Itachi slapped him upside the head and then they simply disappeared like Sakura had the first time. Sasuke blushed and stuffed his hands in his pockets and stormed away while Naruto tried to hide his laughter and tried to not tease Sasuke about any of that.

" So...you like them pink do you teme?" Naruto asked with a grin of his own as he nonchalantly put his arms behind his head in a relaxed position while he walked next to his best friend. Sasuke grit his teeth and then Naruto ran off laughing while Sasuke chased him planning the blonds murder.

" We should wait for Sakura-chan!" Naruto yelled but ran despite the fact because of Sasuke's murderous intent.

Hours later:

Saku woke with no memory of getting back, but knowing he had. He had finally returned. He knew this because not only was Itachi by his side but Hina, Ten, and Ino, were waiting when they woke. Itachi stood casually as if she had not been unconscious at all, and Saku stood up with a pounding headache and caution.

" You've been out about an hour." Tenten announced helpfully. Saku frowned.

" Alright, thanks. You can tell me about it later." Saku said holding up a hand for Ino to not tell him about his female self.

" Right now we need to get to the Hokage and find out about my team, and the Akatsuki." Itachi nodded. The three guys let them leave alone, while Itachi and Saku headed to the Hokage's office.

Hokage tower:

" The Akasuki were apparently testing a justu that supposed to teleport people over great distances, it teleported some of your teammates to Suna, and Iwa, I think it's an escape tactic rather then a infiltration jutsu which is the good news." Tsunade informed Saku and Itachi as they stood in front of him.

"And the bad news?" Saku asked warily. Tsunade nodded and folded his hands on his desk.

" Your team was separated and it'll take them longer to get home, hopefully they don't run into trouble in their groups" Tsunade offered. Saku relaxed. Not completely bad news then. Everything would be alright.

" I'm glad everythings sorted out then." Saku said relieved. Itachi huffed. Tsunade rose a brow.

" How was your trip to another dimension anyway?" Tsunade asked. Saku smiled slightly.

" Nothing beats home Tsunade-sama."
