Chapter 28: The Defeat of Val-yor!
Authors Note: I'm so sorry for the delay of updating! Writers block came again but now I think I have managed to find a way defeat it! Writers block is evil! Well here's chapter 28!
"Is that all you have?" Val-yor smirked. He clicked his fingers and did a weird dance, within seconds after, several Star-Bolts came flying towards Nightwing and Starfire. Starfire gasped and quickly shielded her husband.
"That's it! I can't stay here and do nothing while my friends are being attacked! Cy, you and Ember look after the kids, B and I are going to help Star and Nightwing." Raven unreleased the shield and flew out, with Beast Boy after her.
"Sure thing Rae!" Cyborg nodded. He and Ember gathered Kori, Mika and Sami and took them to a safe place in Tamaran, then began to play games with them to keep the kids occupied.
"What is Mummy doing?" Mika wondered, looking worried. "Will she be okay Uncle Cyborg?
"Of course she'll be okay! She's just helping Star and Uncle Nightwing fight the mean ol Val-yor! I'll tell you a story on how we met him if you like!" Cyborg replied, with a smile.
"Ooh! Story time!" Sami and Kori exclaimed and sat with Cyborg. Ember kept an eye out on for anyone coming.
"It all happened like this..." Cyborg began then told the three Titan kids how he and the others met Val-yor. He told them how he would call Starfire a Troq.
"RAVEN! Your supposed to be with the others!" Nightwing quickly looked at her, then fired some more weapons at Val-yor who simply dodged them.
"I can't stay and watch while you guys are the only one fighting him. I'm going to send him to another dimension, he'll have fun there." Raven smirked.
Nightwing smiled. "Alright! I'll let you do that!"
Val-yor looked at Raven. "Ah the pretty Goth girl who I once liked, too bad she's on the Teen Titans side, we could've ruled the world together, it's a pity she's dating a creep!" He looked at Beast Boy, and back to Raven.
"He's not a creep, your the creep and I'm married to Beast Boy!" Raven hissed at him.
"Your married to the green one? Wow, you should've married me, I would've given everything you could possibly desire!" Val-yor grinned.
"Don't tell Rae who she can and can't marry! It's up to her to decide! She married me because she loves me, and I love her." Beast Boy yelled at Val-yor, clenching his fists.
Val-yor rolled his eyes and stomped on the ground, sending a Star-bolt flying towards Beast Boy. Raven quickly used her shield to protect him.
"Thanks Rae! I owe you." Beast Boy smiled, stealing a kiss from her.
"Aww! How touching!" Val-yor taunted, with a smirk. "Too bad your love won't last forever!"
"That's it! Nightwing, Star, B, get a bit out of my way, I'm going to give Val-yor a taste of his own medicine, he's bugging me." Raven said.
At once Nightwing, Starfire and Beast Boy got out of Raven's way and hid behind the corner.
"So what are you going to give me? A kiss perhaps?" Val-yor asked, raising an eye brow in interest. "I never knew you loved me! I'm so touched!" He added sarcastically.
Raven ignored him and meditated a bit. "Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous, Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous! Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous, Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous! Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous, Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous! Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous, Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous!" She chanted a few times.
Val-yor figured Raven was mocking him and was going to throw something at her, when he suddenly felt something pull him back, he looked behind him and saw a large portal, and gasped. "NO! Please don't suck me into this!" He exclaimed in fright.
"Azerath, Metreon, Zinthous!" Raven clicked her fingers. "Enjoy your new home!" She smirked, watching as Val-yor getting sucked into the portal. Within seconds later, he was gone, not a trace was to be seen.
"Alright, Raven!" Nightwing came out of his hiding spot and put a hand on her shoulder. "Why didn't we think of that earlier? What dimension did you send him to?"
"I decided to let him say hello to Terra!" Raven smirked. "Everything should be returned to normal in Tamaran now, that Val-yor is gone, but he will be gone for temporary, just like the other villains I have sent."
"I wonder what they'd think of Val-yor now that he's joined them." Beast Boy wondered, as he walked over to Raven. "I'm glad your on our side, Rae! You would've made a powerful enemy if you weren't! I love you!"
"I love you too! I'll always be a Titan, I love my friends and being a Titan. I'm certain he'd be annoyed with being paired up with Terra!" Raven grinned. "Those two deserve each other."
"Now that's out the way, why don't we find Galfore and see if Tamaran is normal again?" Nightwing suggested.
"Mhm! Then we can marry on Tamaran!" Starfire chirped, hugging Nightwing. "And finally Azerath!"
Raven smiled at the mention of her home's name. "Then we can go back to Earth!"
Beast Boy put his arms around Raven's waist, making her blush. "We'd better go check on the kids, Cy and Ember and tell them everything's okay now."
"Good idea, Beast Boy." Nightwing agreed. He and Starfire had their arms around each other, and walked with Raven and Beast Boy to where Cyborg and Ember were, playing with the kids.
"Guys, everything's okay now, Rae sent Val-yor to another dimension. We'll go check on the Tamaranian people now and finally we can marry tomorrow!" Nightwing explained once he met up with Cyborg, Ember and the kids again.
"Alright! Good job Rae! I can't wait to see your wedding!" Ember smiled. "Stinks to be Val-yor oh well! He got what he deserved! He betrayed us!"
"Booyah! I wish I was there to see you send him to another Dimension!" Cyborg grinned.
Mika and Sami ran up to Raven and Beast Boy, happily. Raven picked Sami up in her arms and hugged him, while Beast Boy picked Mika up in his arms and hugged her.
Kori ran up to Starfire and Nightwing. Nightwing smiled and picked Kori up, hugging her before giving her to Starfire. Starfire hugged Kori and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
What will the Tamaranian wedding be like?
Will the Titans go straight to Azerath without any trouble?
I made the chapter short for a reason. The wedding will be slightly longer! :)
HOPEFULLY I don't get writers block again! :) I'll have to send the Titans to attack writers block for me!
