CHAPTER 1
Dimensional Separation
*WE WILL BE HEROES (POKÉMON BATTLE DIMENSION)*
Prime, Red and Yellow with Pika and Chuchu watched Lugia flying above them.
On a road, far from home,
Blue, Gold, Crystal, Silver and Green watched Ho-Oh flying above them.
You don't have to feel alone.
Ruby and Sapphire were above Kyogre and were crossing the sea.
Brave and strong, together we will be.
Diamond and Pearl watched Cresselia glowing.
It's our destiny!
Black and White watched Zekrom and Reshiram flying above them.
We will be heroes,
We can change the world if we try!
Red's Charizard used Flamethrower, Butterfree nicknamed Kitty uses String Shot, Blue's Alakazam used Psychic and Green's Clefable nicknamed Clefy used Hyper Beam, Gold's Typhlosion nicknamed Explotaro used Fire Wheel, Crystal's Meganium nicknamed Megaree used Razor Leaf and Silver's Feraligatr using Aqua Tail.

Ruby's Swampert nicknamed Mumu used Muddy Water, Sapphire's Blaziken nicknamed Chich used Blaze Kick, Diamond's Torterra nicknamed Tru used Wood Hammer, Pearl's Infernape nicknamed Chimhiko used Flare Blitz, Black's Braviary nicknamed Brav used Brave and White's Serperior nicknamed Amanda used Leaf Storm. Shannon Goldman and her seven guardians appeared and they were watching sinisterly at the screen.
We will be heroes!
Prime used White Blast before performing somersault kicks while Red's Charizard used Dragon Dance and Kitty used Quiver Dance before using Dragon Claw and Bug Buzz respectively. Prime's friends (from "Digimon: Worlds in Danger" universe) appear transparent.
Battle Dimension
Prime appears landing along where Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Silver, Gold, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Pearl, Black and White are there and they watch at the screen.

Pokéarth (Manga Universe): Sinnoh Region - Turnback Ruins
In another alternate universe a group of Pokémon Trainers were facing a Pokémon called Giratina who was seen previously in another universe.
A boy with black hair is black, red eyes, who is dressed in red clothes except the jeans which are light blue, also he has a male Pikachu on his right shoulder, and has a Lapras facing Giratina.
Close to the trainer similar to the boy there is a blonde-haired girl with brown eyes, she is wearing an orange blouse with black long sleeves, brown belt, blue jeans, purple boots and a straw hat, she has a female Pikachu who has pink flower with three petals in her left ear, and she has an ammonite-like Pokémon called Omastar in battle who docile but serious in combat.
A boy who has brown and green eyes, wearing a white shirt under black long-sleeved shirt, light brown pants and gray sneakers, has Gyarados.
Another boy similar to Jimmy who has black hair and golden eyes (clothes from Heart Gold/Silver Soul chapter), he has another Togekiss who has a naughty look in his eyes.
Close to the boy with golden eyes there is a girl with blue eyes and her hair is dark indigo (clothes from Heart Gold/Soul Silver chapter), and she has an Arcanine who looked hasty in battle and also looked intimidating towards the phantom dragon.
Another boy with red hair and silver eyes (clothes from Heart Gold/Soul Silver chapter), he has a Weavile with a quirky look in his eyes while facing Giratina.
Close to the boy with red hair there is a girl with brown hair and blue eyes (clothes from Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu/Let's Go Eevee), and has another Ditto who has a look which proves that it is decided to defeat Giratina.
A boy similar to Brendan (this one has glasses), and has his own Milotic (female by the gender difference) and was disposed to help the Pokémon from the other trainers in their battle against the phantom dragon.
Close to the boy similar to Brendan there is a girl similar to May (clothes from Emerald chapter), she has an Altaria facing the phantom dragon, despite looking a bit nervous facing the giant Pokémon, she was decided to help her friend.
A boy similar to Lucas (the Pokémon trainer from Sinnoh region), his hair is black and his eyes are blue (clothes from Platinum chapter), and has a Mamoswine who has a strong and determined look to win the battle.
A boy similar to Barry (clothes from Platinum chapter), and has a parrot-like Pokémon called Chatot, both Pokémon and Pokémon Trainer looked very tense in the battle against Giratina.
There is a new boy with brown hair and brown eyes, he is wearing a light blue jacked with a blue hoodie, red and white cap, black pants, a Xtravansier in his left wrist and red boots, carrying a black and blue bag, and has his own Carracosta, he has many scratches on his body, and it is seen that he is quite stubborn not to give up.
And a new girl with blue eyes and brown hair tied into a ponytail, she is wearing a black sleeveless jacket along with a white sleeveless shirt, light blue denim shorts, black boots with white soles and she is carrying a pink bag, she has a vulture chick-like Pokémon called Vullaby facing the phantom dragon.
*BATTLE! GIRATINA (POKÉMON BRILLIANT DIAMOND/SHINING PEARL)*
Despite their efforts in the battle against Giratina, the legendary Pokémon has a lot of energy which was gained through the years and making him so powerful enough to defeat the Pokémon who have the advantage of type against it.
"Lapras, use Ice Shard!" The boy with the red cap commanded his Lapras.
Lapras created an icy energy sphere from the mouth before launching towards Giratina but the phantom dragon uses Aura Sphere which concentrates a sphere made of aura before launching it and overpowers the Ice Shard since the fighting type moves can break the ice and hits Lapras.
"Ommy, use Blizzard!" The girl with the straw hat commanded her Omastar nicknamed Ommy.
The ammonite-like Pokémon literally launches a blizzard literally from the mouth but Giratina dodges the attack before using Earth Power which slams the giant front paws in the ground and creates fissures with magma spreading and also hitting Omastar.
"Ommy, are you okay…?" The girl with the straw hat asked with concern to her Pokémon who nodded and tried to continue. "Don't try too hard, better come back."
She uses her Pokéball to call back Omastar inside, she watches tensely at Giratina, she feels that it is impossible to win the battle despite them outnumbering just one legendary Pokémon.
"Gyara, use Dragon Dance!" The boy with green eyes commanded his Gyarados nicknamed Gyara who engulfs himself into a cyclone of crimson energy while spinning too. "Now use Crunch!"
Gyarados' teeth glowed with white energy before lunging himself towards Giratina but it uses Phantom Force to disappear and avoid Gyara's attack.
"Giratina used Phantom Force!" The boy with silver eyes said while explaining the name of the move.
"Even after using Dragon Dance our Pokémon can match its speed." The boy with green eyes said; he was waiting to hit Giratina by using a super effective move.
"Maybe my Pokémon can match Giratina." The girl with brown hair and blue eyes said, when Giratina reappears she commands her Ditto. "Ditty, transform!"
Her Ditto nicknamed Ditty glowed with a yellow light until it came back as Giratina, the original Giratina apparently growling indignantly after seeing Ditty transformed into itself before using Shadow Ball.
"Ditty, use Phantom Force!" The girl with brown hair and blue eyes commanded.
Ditty disappeared while avoiding the Shadow Ball. However, Giratina was searching for Ditty.
"Silver, Blue, this is our chance while Giratina is searching for Ditty!" She told them to the boys called Silver and Blue.
"You heard Green, this is our chance!" The boy called Silver said.
"Gyara, use Crunch again towards Giratina!" Blue commanded Gyara.
"Weavile, use Night Slash!" Silver commanded his own Weavile.
Gyara uses his same attack while Weavile creates a dark energy blade in his right hand before dashing towards Giratina and both strike the phantom dragon, then Ditty reappears and hits Giratina.
"Is it over, Blue?" The boy who is similar to Red asked Blue while waiting for the answer and using a Max Potion in Lapras.
"Not yet, Red." Blue said as Giratina got up and shook itself as if the three attacks did not hurt it.
Then Giratina used Shadow Ball which came too fast for Ditty and was super effective against the Transform Pokémon.
"Ditty!" Green exclaimed while Ditty was recovering from the attack.
"My turn! Togetaro, use Zen Headbutt!" The boy with gold eyes commands his Pokémon.
Togetaro's head glowed with blue psychic energy trying to slam his head against Giratina but the phantom dragon dodged in one second before using Shadow Claw against the flying-fairy type Pokémon.
"Togetaro! Hold on!" The boy with golden eyes told his Pokémon.
"Archy, use Extreme Speed and follow by using Bite!" The girl with the dark indigo hair commanded her Pokémon.
Archy glowed with a green energy before dashing towards Giratina but then he went behind the phantom dragon and his fangs glowed in white energy before biting the phantom dragon. However, it wasn't enough to bring Giratina down before using Ancient Power which levitates boulders surrounded by purple energy and tosses them against Archy and Togetaro.
"Are you okay, Togetaro?" The boy with golden eyes asked Togetaro and he nodded feciously. "Let's try with Zen Headbutt again…!"
"Oh boy… Sometimes you never change, Gold." The girl with dark indigo hair sighed.
"What was your plan, Crystal?" The boy called Gold asked the girl called Crystal.
"I was waiting for Arcanine to make Giratina flinch by using Bite but it didn't work." Crystal explains how she had a plan but it didn't work as she was waiting for it, then she explains the same plan but with two Pokémon instead of one. "Let's use Extreme Speed again but Togetaro will use Zen Headbutt and Archy will use Bite."
"Okay, let's do this!" Gold nodded ready to put her plan in action.
"Use Extreme Speed to circle around Giratina!" Gold and Crystal commanded.
Both Togetaro and Archy used Extreme Speed to circle around Giratina.
"Now use Zen Headbutt!/Bite!" Gold and Crystal gave the order to their respectives Pokémon.
Togetaro slammed his head with psychic energy while Archy bit Giratina literally, and the phantom dragon backed up and flinched after receiving both attacks.
"It worked!" Crystal said with triumph before turning to see the boy similar to Brendan and the girl similar to May. "Ruby, Sapphire, this is your chance!"
There was another girl with the same name, but she is in another universe.
"Feefee, use Ice Beam!" The boy called Ruby commands his Milotic called Feefee.
"Alty, you too use Ice Beam!" The girl called Sapphire commands her Altaria called Alty.
Both Pokémon launched a blue light lightning against Giratina and managed to freeze him completely.
"Diamond, Pearl, Black, White, everyone this is our chance!" Red told the other trainers.
"Moo, use Blizzard!" The boy called Diamond commands his Mamoswine called Moo who literally launches a blizzard from his mouth.
"Chatler, use Chatter!" The boy called Pearl commands his Chatot called Chatler who releases a sonic wave from his beak.
"Costa, use Blizzard too!" The boy called Black commands his Carracosta nicknamed Costa who launches a blizzard literally from his mouth.
"Barbara, use Dark Pulse!" The girl called White commands her Vullaby nicknamed Vullaby who launches a dark aura-like beam.
"Lapras, use Blizzard! Pika, use Thunderbolt!" Red commanded both of his Pokémon.
"Omastar, use Blizzard! Chuchu, use Thunderbolt!" Yellow commander both of her Pokémon.
The four Pokémon of Red and Yellow launched their respective attacks going towards the frozen Giratina.
"Gyara, use Hydro Pump!" Blue commanded his Pokémon who launched a high-pressure water shot from his mouth.
"Weavile, use Blizzard!" Silver commands his Weavile knowing that the ice type moves are effective against the Pokémon dragon type and his Pokémon launches a blizzard literally going towards the phantom dragon.
"Ditty, use Shadow Ball!" Green commands her transformed Pokémon who launches a sphere made of ghostly energy.
"Togetaro, use Metronome!" Gold commands his Togekiss who moved his wings and used Thunder.
"Archy, use Fire Blast!" Marina commands her Arcanine who launches a kanji made of fire from his mouth.
"Feefee, use Blizzard!" Ruby commands his Milotic, knowing that the blizzard attack is the strongest ice type move and taking the advantage that Giratina is frozen.
"Alty, use Dragon Pulse!" Sapphire commands her Altaria who launches a dragon made of purple energy from his beak, the move has also advantage another dragon type Pokémon too.
All the attacks were launched and impacted into the frozen Giratina while causing a smoke explosion.

"Is it over?" Gold asked eagerly while waiting for them to win the battle.
But sadly, when the smoke had cleared off, Giratina was unfrozen and roared as if it hadn't suffered a scratch. Every trainer gasped in shock because with all their combined efforts and super effective moves it seemed impossible to match the level of a Legendary Pokémon.
*TATAKAI NO TOKI/TIME OF BATTLE (DIGIMON ADVENTURE)*
The phantom dragon roars before releasing a wind of ghostly energy which hits all the Pokémon, only Chatot was lucky since he is normal type and the ghost type moves didn't damage him, then a red aura surrounds Giratina.
"This is bad!" Ruby said knowing that something bad is happening.
"What do you mean is bad…!?" Yellow asked, afraid.
"When a Pokémon uses Ominous Wind, it has chances to increase his attack, defense, special attack, special defense and speed!" Ruby explained the information about the move that Giratina used.
Giratina roars again before using Dragon Breath which releases gray breath from the mouth hitting the Pokémon again, only Togekiss didn't suffer damage since he is a fairy type and the dragon type moves cannot damage him. However, Giratina hasn't finished, and uses Ancient Power to hit all the Pokémon knocking them all, the trainers return their Pokémon inside the Pokéball, except for Pika and Chuchu.
"The power difference is too much…!" Diamond said after witnessing how Giratina beat every Pokémon even having advantage of type or not.
Then Giratina roared and summoned portals (just like in Pokémon the Movie: Giratina and the Sky Warrior) and the phantom dragon used Hyper Beam which caused an explosion blowing every trainer while screaming as they were launched into different portals.
Red with Pika and Yellow with Chuchu ended up in one portal while Silver with Green and Blue into another one, Gold with Crystal in another portal, Ruby and Sapphire into another portal too, Diamond and Pearl were sucked by another portal and for last Black and White into a portal, after every trainer disappeared the portals disappeared and Giratina roared like if it won the battle.

Hyrule: Great Plateau
Red and Yellow with their respectives Pikachu were teleported in another universe which is a different version of Hyrule with a lot of open space in nature, the four have closed their eyes after they were teleported into a new place where they had never been before, Red was holding Yellow close to him and when she opened her eyes she notices that she has her left ear close to Red's chest, he blushed and let her go.
"Hey, are you okay, Yellow?" Red asked her.
"Yeah, thank you, Red-San." Yellow answered while blushing.
"Pika." Pika replied seeing the new place.
"Pika-Pikachu." Chuchu added while showing concern about not having an idea about where they are now.
"What's the matter, Chuchu?" Yellow asked her Pikachu before noticing that they were in an unfamiliar place. "Red, do you know where we are?"
After hearing the question, Red watched their surroundings, before they were in the cave and now they are in a kind of plateau.
"Honestly, I don't know." Red answered.
"Where are our friends?" Yellow asked with concern.
"Maybe they ended up in a different place just like us…" Red reassured her before saying. "For now all we can do is try to find our friends in this new place."
She nodded knowing that nothing would change if they just sat with their arms crossed, then they explored the new place and as they were advancing close to the trees they found apples in the ground.
"Look." Yellow said before grabbing the apple.
"There are apples here too." Red said while recognizing the familiar fruit.
Pika sliced an apple in half before sharing it with Chuchu and both mice-like Pokémon ate their halves together.
"Maybe our Pokémon can recover energies after the battle against Giratina." Yellow suggested.
"You're right." Red said realizing that their battle was very hard and their Pokémon need to recover energies.
Meanwhile, in the snowy mountains from the same plateau, Sonic Prime appeared there by using the Chaos Control and he was exploring the place.
"Has to be around here." He muttered before running across the place.
Even the peaceful places have danger lurking in every corner, specially the Soulless, the monsters who can ambush and destroy their victims, good and bad alike, and creating more Soulless like a virus.
As Prime was running icy bats and icy blobs called Ice Keese and Ice Chuchus appeared in front of them, knowing that they can freeze at the slightest touch, he dodged their attacks before using Sonic Wave which defeated the monsters with one hit, and he kept running.
Back with Red and Yellow, their Pokémon recovered energies and kept going through the plateau until they found some ruins.
"We should check there." Red suggested and Yellow nodded.
They explore inside the ruins where there are robot-like heads who seem inactive due to the moss around it. Yellow approached slowly at the robot-like head with curiosity until the robot suddenly woke up and startled at Yellow.
"Red, it woke up…!" Yellow exclaimed.
*DECAYED GUARDIAN BATTLE THEME (BREATH OF THE WILD)*
The robot known as Decayed Guardian was glowing in red through its body while the eye was glowing with a blue light, the Guardian points a red light towards Yellow.
"Stand behind me, Yellow!" Red said protecting her.
The Decayed was beeping and knowing what was going to happen.
"Pika, use Thunderbolt!" Red commands.
"Pika-Chu!" Pika used Thunderbolt as the Decayed Guardian fired a huge laser from its eye with both attacks colliding into an explosion.
Not so far, Prime noticed the explosion.
"I wonder what is happening there?" Prime asked while wondering what was that explosion before going there.
Back with the two Pokémon Trainers, after the smoke cleared off, Red and Pika were leaning against the wall painfully.
"Red-San! Pika!" Yellow shouted with concern before she and Chuchu approached to them.
Even though the Guardian can only move the head its shot was really powerful, then the Decayed Guardian's red laser pointed back at Yellow who this time paralyzed in fear.
"Yellow, run…!" Red called her.
"Pika-pi…!" Pika added.
Back with Yellow she screamed in fear, just then Prime arrived at the scene while putting in front of her and used Insta-Shield which returned the laser back at the Decayed Guardian and exploded into it.

After the Decayed Guardian received its own attack reflected, it glowed before exploding into thousands of pieces, after the Decayed Guardian was gone Prime checked the two Pokémon Trainers.
"Are you four okay?" Prime asked them.
The four were surprised after hearing a blue hedgehog talking.
"Yeah, thank you." Yellow answered with relief.
"You can talk? Who are you? Are you a new species of pokemon?" Red asked Sonic Prime with curiosity since he has never seen a blue hedgehog with high speed powers.
"What? No… I'm a hedgehog, and I can talk too. My name is Sonic, Sonic Prime the hedgehog." Prime corrected to Red while sweat-dropping before introducing himself; the confusion was normal for the Pokémon Trainer.
"I see, my name is Red and this is Pika, my Pikachu." Red introduced himself for a proper formality and his nicknamed Pikachu too.
"Pika." Pika just replied since it is his normal language like the Pokémon.
"My real name is Amarillo del Bosque Verde." Yellow reveals her real name.
"Amarilladolbo the what?" Prime feels like he almost bite his own tongue since part of her name was spoken in Spanish and it was a bit hard to pronounce.
Yellow giggled before saying. "Don't worry, my friends know me as Yellow too."
"Pika." The female Pikachu said greeting the blue hedgehog.
"And this is Chuchu, it's my Pikachu." Yellow introduced her own Pikachu.
"Hi there." Prime said before petting Chuchu in her head.
Red and Yellow watched at their surroundings, first they were fighting against a phantom dragon-like Pokémon, even if they combined their efforts, Giratina was invencible and they were sent into a different dimension which has a lot of open space in the nature and met an anthropomorphic hedgehog, but Red and Yellow cannot stop wondering about their friends.
"Sonic Prime, do you know where we are?" Yellow asked.
"I don't know exactly, but the place reminds me a lot of another place where I have been before." Prime said while having a flashback about the Aether Kingdom which has a lot of open space in nature.
"So, what are you doing here?" Red asked and Prime sighed.
"I'm searching for hints for someone." Prime answered.
"Can we join you?" Yellow asked while also explaining about their friends after they were separated. "Also at the same time you can help us to find our friends."
Both Pikachu nodded in agreement.
"We were fighting against Giratina but it was very powerful against our own Pokémon and we were beating before ending up here." Red explained the whole situation.
"Ok, I will gladly help you four." Prime said.
Yellow smiled while clapping her hands meaning that she gained hope after losing against Giratina. Now with Red and Yellow with their respectives Pokémon joined Sonic Prime, they will explore across the new place and even more.
