Chapter one
The attack
Inuyasha was sitting outside on the cold damp grass watching, as the sun was about to set while the nice cool summer breeze flowed threw his long silver hair.
"Kagome the sun is just about to set I'm leaving now" Inuyasha said as kagome walked out and gave him a hug
"w-w-what was that all about" asked Inuyasha as a light tint of red appeared on his cheeks
"I don't know you looked sad and, and oh never mind" said kagome as she walked off
When Kagome returned to Kaede's hut she found Kaede looking through some of the herbs she and kagome had collected the previous night.
"I take it Inuyasha has just left?" asked Kaede
"Um...oh yes he just left" answered kagome as she came out of her daydreem
"Well child I was wondering if ye could go get some herbs because I was hoping I could teach ye about them for future use"
"Ok" said Kagome
" It only blooms on the full moon and it grows under the rocks that ye bathed near remember?" said Kaede
"Yes I remember" answered Kagome as she headed out of the hut and towards the river.
Inuyasha was seated in the tree that he always sat in.
"I hate this turning into a human thing I don't mind the way I look but I hate how weak I am" Inuyasha thought to himself as his silver hair turned black and the aroma of the forest around him faded because of his human nose.
" When I'm like this I cant help kagome or any one else, and I hate all these people knowing that I turn human, well Kagome I don't mind but all these other people" Inuyasha let out a small growl after he thought about that.
Kagome made her way to the river when she heard a small rustle in the bushes behind her.
"w-who, who's there" said kagome with a small frightened tone to her voice.
Just as she spoke her words the thing lunged at her and sunk its teeth into her side. Kagome got up and started to run but she kept falling and she felt like she was being pushed down.
"don't bother trying to run you cant but don't worry I diddent put enough venom in you to paralyze you lungs I need Inuyasha to save you that way I can kill him because he is a human tonight am I right?" said the demon
"h-h-how d-did you k-know?, and who are you?" asked kagome
"Oh Im sorry, well about 50 years ago Inuyasha killed my father and ever since then I have been following him and over the years I noticed that Inuyasha seems to change into a human every new moon, oh and my name is Kagaru and im a snake deamon" he answerd
