Kurama POV:
"Bye Shoji" I said as we parted ways. It was 2:00 am on a Thursday and I'm walking down the dark city streets on my way home from a date. Half the street lights are burnt out, and the others were dim. I took a short cut home and walked down an alley way. I felt a cold, yet familiar presence around me.
"Hello" I said, but it only echoed of the brick walls. It started raining.
"Perfect" I said pulling out my umbrella. The darkness passes me again and I turned face-to-face with an evil grin. It was hanging off of a ladder.
"Hello, Kurama, nice to see you on such a beautiful day. I heard you were on a date so I came to ask how it was." It said, sounding all sweet and innocent.
"Hiei" I answered plainly "I already told you we're over. Leave me alone."
"I miss you"
"I hate you"
"Don't be so evil, Kurama. If I can't have you, no one will"
Hiei lunged towards me and I moved quickly to the side. I dropped my umbrella and ran toward the darkness.
"You fool!" he cried picking up the umbrella and running after me.
I ran like I never ran before. Sweat and rain ran down my body. I couldn't see where I was going and went straight into a dead end. I could hear his laughing as he walked closer. My umbrella was closed, tight in his hand.
"This is your last chance Kurama."
"I don't love you okay. NOW LEAVE ME ALONE!"
He started beating me with my umbrella. There was nothing I could do. I couldn't run, and no one could help me. I began to feel delirious; all I could see now was my own blood. I started crying heavily.
I begged for mercy. He just laughed and continued his pleasure in killing me. I heard a police siren and I cried out loud for help.
My murderer ran up the brick wall in a flash. I heard some one walking toward me. I was too weak to speak. All I could do is lye in my lake of blood.
I woke up in a hospital bed surrounded by equipment. A nurse came in and was startled to see me awake.
"You're alive?" she said.
I couldn't answer her. I was too weak. Would I die here, or will I stay alive and continue my life. If I live I fear of what he will do next. What if he finds Shoji! I have to stay alive!
A/N: Well, should he stay alive? You tell me! I need 5 reviews to continue!
