He came in to the office. It was Friday morning and he wasn't too happy considering the paperwork they had to do, it was going to be a long day. He looked around and saw that she were already there and had started to type on her laptop. Some of her hair fell down over her face but she wasn't late to put it in place again. He smiled and said good morning before he started to go through the papers on his desk. Just to see her made him happy.

~~~
He woke up from the stubborn beeping of his clock. It were only a dream, she was going to leave today. Yesterday she had told him that she wanted something more, that she wanted to have a real life, something that nether he or their work could give her. Today she was going to leave for another town and he just let it happen.
"Fuck!" She wanted to have a life but she took his, didn't she understand the she was his life?
He sat up on the couch and put a T-shirt over his bare breast then he stepped up and put in his pants, he couldn't just let her go; how could he have been so stupid? Before he knew it he had gotten out to the car and was on his way to the airport. He knew that she was going to take an early plain.
~~~

She sat in a cafeteria on the airport, her plain was going to leave in twenty minutes and she was going to board soon. In some way she'd hope that he would have been there and tried to stop her, to show that she at least meant something for him. She had been waiting for a long time now and it was this eternal waiting that made her do this. She was tired of waiting for him; tired of never getting an answer about how he felt for her, to never know if he felt the same way as she did.

"Sweetie?" she turned around and faced her mom. "I think it is time for you to go aboard now. I don't think he will come."

How could her mother knew what she was thinking of, what she was hoping? She looked at her mother but she didn't say anything.

"I guess you're right." He didn't love her, not as much as she loved him.

They drunk up their coffee and left.

~~~
Her ran towards the gate, her gate, the plain was going to leave in five minutes and he wished so badly that she hadn't boarded yet; what a naïve wish! Why hadn't he tried to make her stay earlier? He loved her, he fucking loved her more than his own life! How foolish can one be?
The gate was already closed when he came there, the only thing he could do was to look out through a window and wait for the plain to go.
Wait for his love, for his life, to fly away.
