Sacred Dragon Trilogy
Chapter One:
Katt sighed sadly as she sat in her room. Her adventures with Ryu and the rest of her friends are over with and she was in love with Ryu but not now. Ryu fell in love with Nina. Of course, Randy had a crush on her but she really didin't feel anything for him. There was only friendship with Randy. With Ryu, she felt love. Now her heart is broken.
*If only I could go back and tell him how I feel.....* She thought, sighing.

Katt and her 3rd closest friend, Spar, moved in together in a peaceful village. Spar noticed the sadness on his friend's face as he entered the room. He really felt sorry for her. The grass man felt something for the cat girl. But he couldn't figure out what it is. Was it love? Or just kinship?
"*Ahem* Knock knock." Spar smiled, carrying a tray of food and drinks.
Katt looked over at him and smiled, "Oh. Hi!"
"Are you feeling ok?" Spar sat down beside her.
"Yeah. I'm just thinking" Katt layed her head on the desk in front of her and started crying, "I can't believe Ryu chose Nina instead of me!"
"Katt, don't cry...please." Spar took the young girl into his arms and muffled her sobbing.

Katt cried into his chest as her plant-loving friend held her, comforting her. After a little bit of crying, Katt looked up at him with her golden eyes. Her face went up to his and captured his lips in a sweet gentle kiss.

A sudden chill ran up Spar's spine as Katt kissed him. He took her into his arms and kissed her deeply, filling the kiss with all the love he could muster. He broke the kiss and stared down at her.
"What was that for? Did you kiss me because you.....love me?" Spar asked her gently.

Katt looked up at him with sad eyes, "I don't know, Spar. I don't know."
The young cat girl hugged him and cried more, "Can you stay with me tonight in my bed...Spar? Please?"
Spar smiled, "If it'll make you happy."
Katt smiled back, "Thank you."
