do, alright? I promise I will make it up over the Spring Vacation. Anyway,

"I WILL gain their power for myself! I will also gain their hearts in the process!" A mysterious figure said confidently to himself before disappearing.
Kit and Rei were walking along, enjoying the scenery when Kit decided to bring up the matter of her powers.
"Rei?" Kit questioned, not looking at him.
"Yes, Kit?" Rei asked, turning to face her.
"I know that you think that I'm special and all that stuff, but, please, don't treat me like that. I really just wanted to be a normal kid, well, except for the looks, apparently. I have figured out how to use my powers now and I know that there is more trouble to come. I just wanted to give you the opportunity to back out now, before you get hurt," Kit said, still not looking at him.
Rei wrapped his arms around Kit from beside her. "I'm not going anywhere. I'll stay right here, next to you, as long as I can. I'm not going away because some people want to get some powers that no-one knew you had, before this, that is."
Kit smiled and sighed happily. "What about Kai and Sak?"
"Knowing Kai, he's not going to let her go anywhere without him," Rei said with a chuckle. "So, looks like you're stuck with me."
"I may be, but I can still run, can't I?" Kit asked playfully.
"Meaning?" Rei asked, letting go of her.
"Meaning that you have to catch me if you can!" Kit sang as she bounded away from him.
They ran through a small forest until Kit was caught by someone that was not Rei. She looked into deep, green eyes and saw that the person had long, red hair. He was also wearing a magenta uniform.
"Excuse me, miss," The boy said politely. "But, were you running from someone?"
"No," Kit said. "I was just playing with my friend. We love to chase each other. We also test our speed and build on it that way," Kit said in all honesty.
"Sorry. It looked like you were distressed, miss," The boy said. "My name is Shuichi, in case you were wondering."
"Of course I was! What good fox wouldn't?" Kit asked, giggling slightly. "My name is Kit, short for Kitsune. Well, I hope to meet you again some time!" Kit ran off to find Rei, who had gotten lost.
Shuichi sighed. 'She is pretty. It's too bad that I have to do the job of ridding her of her energy. She would have made a great companion.'
Rei glared at Kit when he saw her. "Who was that guy you were with?"
"His name is Shuichi and he is very nice. I think he is pretty cute, too." Kit giggled and Rei growled very slightly. "But your still better, Rei. So, why did you want to know? Was my favorite cat jealous?" Kit laughed as Rei's face went scarlet.
"N-no. I was just wondering who he was, that's all," Rei lied, hoping that Kit would fall for it. It didn't work.
"You little lying kitty! I know that you were jealous, so why not just admit it?" Kit teased gently. She was having too much fun.
"Oh, shut up, fox," Rei said, glaring at Kit.
Kit laughed and ran back to hotel, Rei hot on her heels. Well, he had a good reason! Kit was threatening to tell everyone that Rei got jealous of some guy he didn't even know.
Sakura and Kai sighed as they saw Kit run past them, Rei close behind her, yelling something along the lines of, "GET BACK HERE, YOU STUPID FOX!!"
Sakura sweatdropped and said, "Well, that's one way to get her to attack you." Kai nodded.
Later that day, after everyone (*CoughReicough*) cooled off, everyone went to eat dinner. Kit stayed in the room for a few extra seconds. She felt weird, as if someone was watching her. And, to top it all off, there was this funny smell of roses around her whenever she was alone, but she could not find the source.
Kit ignored the fact that she was getting a head-ache and went out to meet Sakura in the hallway. Everyone greeted her and they all went downstairs and got some dinner.
After dinner, Kit went up to her room rather quickly. When she opened the door, she found that the light was on and there was a rose on her pillow. There was also a note attached to it. The note read: "Kit, meet me in the lobby tonight, at midnight. See you there."
There was no telling who it was from, anything. Kit stuffed the note in her pocket and took a shower. She changed into pajamas, pretending to go to bed. Sakura went to sleep son after.
At 11:30, Kit got up and changed into a nice, loose dress that was easy to move in. She strapped her sword to her belt, just in case. She walked down to the lobby and found a person sitting in one of the chairs, waiting for her.
"Hello again, Kitsune Rose Yoko, captain of the "Kitsune Gins", the only girls beyblading team in Japan," the person said, turning around slowly.
Kit gasped when she saw the person. It was.........
