*Learn to do it reprise*

The music began, and it seemed as many times before the students were reluctant to start to dance. What is a Yule Ball with out dancing? And so the twinkle in Dumbledor's eyes sparkled once more as his half moon spectacles let the light dance upon them making his old and tired face seem even more happier and lit up (pardon the pun). How the years have passed and yet things feel like they never changed. Looking around the room he spotted two students who particularly embodied this, Virginia Weasley and Harry Potter. Oh how they did look like those two, Lily and James, why if it wasn't for a very gloomy reminder, he would expect to see the other three marauders some where about the room. He smiled sadly at the passing time and sighed as he approached young Mr. Potter.

"Harry, Why don't you ask young Miss Weasley there to dance? Start things up if you will?" And with a bit of a push and a slight shove the green eyed wizard asked said witch to dance.

*It's one-two-three and suddenly

I see it at a glance .....*

That did it, soon the great hall was filled with the laughter and chatter that it was accustomed to, but even with all the students on the dance floor, Dumbledor kept his eyes on just two. Their hands entwined, their smiles and occasional loving stares. This time his smile was more knowing then sad. Finally destiny had corrected her self.

*She's radiant

And confident and born to take this chance....*

"Head master, are you sure this was the right thing to do? I mean they are fairly young, The Potter line should be restored I know, but even if Sybil was right, surely you can not....." But McGonagall was cut off when the old wizard put a finger over his lips.

"Minerva I fully understand what you are saying, but look over there at those two and then ask me if this is right." She did so and nodded in apology, they both continued to watch the two students happily.

*I taught them well.

I planned it all!

I just forgot...

Romance!....*

The end of the night was nearing and soon all the students began to head to their dormitories, all but Ginny and Harry whom seemed to be dancing to their own music for none was playing. A slight tap on the shoulder brought the two back to earth. They sheepishly blushed and said Good night to the head master. While they headed out the door, Harry turned and motion Ginny to go on ahead, as she left he mouthed out a thank you to Dumbledor and ran to catch up with the red head. The old wizard laughed. What had he done?

*How could you do this? How will we get through this?

I never should have let them dance!....*

It had been three years since that night, and here he was, joining those two in matrimony. He held back the warm tears that had begun to form, all he could think of was how happy he knew they would be, for they were inseparable, maybe Minerva was right, he should have never let them dance.

This Story is dedicated to my cousins Giovanna and Gisela and to the only true Dumbledor, Richard Harris.

May heaven smile, for it gained a few more angels....
