Thanks Kags, anyway this will be an Inu/Yu Yu crossover and well with the typical pairings Kag/Inu and Sam/Kur and maybe some Mir/San and well that's it.

That's right I am, which reminds me I need to put a disclaimer. I do not own Yu Yu Hakusho, the great Yoshihiro Togashi does and I also don't own Inuyasha the awesome Rumiko Takahashi does.

Anyway on to the story hope you enjoy! I worked hard on this... sort of
Yusuke slumped his way to Kurama's house, he really didn't feel like being there. Ever since Kurama and Yusuke's sister, Sam, had begun to date, Yusuke had either avoided the kitsune or threw him dirty looks. Kurama however had barely noticed and had told him to come over so they could talk about the situation a bit more calmly then they had in the past. He knocked on the front door.
Kurama's mother, Shiori, opened the door, "hello Yusuke, Shuuichi is up in his room along with Sam."
Yusuke looked up, "my sister is here?"
Shiori smiled, "yes your sister you're welcome to go up there." Yusuke nodded and quickly headed up. He opened the door and frowned at the sight that met him. Kurama and Sam were sitting on Kurama's bed, no wait Kurama was sitting on the bed, Sam was in his lap, arms around his neck and they were having an intense make out session.
Yusuke walked over and practically yanked Sam off Kurama's lap, "you really shouldn't do that."
Sam scowled up at him, having landed on the ground, "do what?"
Yusuke helped her up, "make out when someone could so easily walk in."
Kurama stood up, "well it's not like we're in danger here."
Yusuke crossed his arms, "still."
Sam sighed, "are you ever going to drop this?"
Yusuke thought for a second, "when you two stop dating."
Kurama sighed, "Yusuke I have proven more then enough times that I only have the best of intentions with your sister."
Yusuke nearly growled, "if I am correct, haven't you already slept with her?"
Kurama looked taken aback, "but Yusuke I explained that taking Sam as my mate was the same as taking her as my wife, all husbands and wives sleep together."
Yusuke scowled, "I repeat I'm not happy with the circumstances."
Sam scowled, "stop being an asshole would you?"
Yusuke turned to her, "I'm not, I'm being honest here."
Kurama sighed, "Yusuke what can I do to convince you that I care deeply about your sister."
Yusuke shrugged, "haven't figured it out yet, besides I'm giving you a hard time for a reason."
Sam scowled, "to be a jerk."
Yusuke frowned, "no to protect you!"
Sam rolled her eyes, "from what?"
Yusuke growled, "from him!" He pointed to Kurama as he said this. Kurama didn't even try to say anything back, Sam was already whipping out a smart ass remark. He left the room leaving the bickering siblings to themselves. He walked down the stairs and headed to the kitchen, he might as well get a snack while he was waiting for the fight to end. Shiori watched her son as he took an apple and bit into it only to give a large sigh afterwards.
Shiori stood up, "are they arguing again?"
Kurama nodded, "the past few months has been nothing but arguing for those two and I can't help but feel a little guilty."
Shiori sighed, "it's not your fault, you can't help how either of them feel."
Kurama ran his fingers through his hair, "there's got to be something I can do."
She smiled, "what could you possibly do?"
He fidgeted and looked up the stairs, "I have no idea."
She couldn't help but give a small laugh, "it's good to know even you don't have all the answers Shuuichi." He smiled and was about to respond when a loud slam was heard upstairs.
"Fine, don't listen to me!" Yusuke shouted through the door.
"I won't! Ever!" she shouted back, anger apparent in her voice. Yusuke stormed down the stairs and out the door, not even bothering to say good bye to Kurama.
Shiori gently prodded her son, "go up there." Kurama nodded and made his way up the stairs and into his room. He sighed as he watched Sam pacing his room, muttering about stupid brothers.
Kurama walked over to her, "are you all right?"
She nodded, "yeah I'm ok I guess."
He kissed her forehead, "come on let's take a walk." She stood up and followed him out the door. They opened the front door only to find Boton standing there.
She smiled, "hi guys, is Yusuke here?"
Sam shook her head, "no but is there something you wanted?"
Boton nodded, "you guys have a new mission, you have to find this demon his name is Shizu." She handed the couple a file.
Kurama flipped through it, "it says he's trying to obtain the Shikon Jewel, I thought that disappeared hundreds of years ago."
Boton frowned, "that's what we thought too, but lately there's been demons wanting to get their hands on it."
Sam bit her bottom lip, "that doesn't sound right."
Boton sighed, "that's what Hiei said, the five of you are going to track this demon down, the last place he was sensed was at Higurashi shrine."
Sam nodded, "get Hiei, Yusuke and Kuwabara and we'll meet you at the shrine I know where it is." Boton nodded and left going to find the other three boys.
Kurama frowned, "according to this a weird energy has been coming from the shrine recently."
Sam gave him a worried look, "shouldn't Koenma have sent us there earlier if that's the case?"
Kurama nodded, "something's up here and we really need to find out what soon." Sam only nodded and led him to the shrine. She walked up the shrine steps, chewing softly on her bottom lip. They reached the top step to find that the other three were already there.
Kuwabara waved, "about time you got here."
Kurama smiled, "sorry to keep you waiting."
Hiei looked around, "why would a demon be here?"
Sam cocked her head to the side, "maybe he thought the jewel was here."
Yusuke scowled, "if the demon wants a jewel so bad why doesn't he try to steal yours so we don't have to hunt him down."
Sam sighed, "because mine requires me to be killed."
Kurama gave a small nod, "the Shikon jewel is easier to obtain, it only requires the jewel nothing else."
Kuwabara groaned, "so if this demon gets the jewel we'll have to deal with him all powered up."
Sam gave him a sympathetic smile, "pretty much Kuwabara."
Hiei scoffed, "baka ningen."
Yusuke frowned, "I don't feel any demon energies besides Kurama and Hiei's."
Sam frowned, "yeah I know."
Kurama's head jerked to the side, "I think you two spoke to soon." The demon they had been searching burst from the trees. His hair was cut short and was a light purple color. His eyes were a piercing blue. Light purple stripes ran across his cheek. He clenched and unclenched his fists.
"I want the jewel," Shizu growled lunging at Sam.
She dodged, "sorry I don't have it."
He chuckled, "I know but you can help me get it." He lunged for her again and she stepped back again.
Kurama growled, "leave her alone."
Shizu smirked, "what are you going to do about it?" Kurama removed a rose from his hair.
Yusuke stood in a fighting stance, "he isn't the only one who'll attack."
Shizu sighed, "ah well guess I'll have to handle this quickly." He grabbed Sam's shoulders and pushed, shoving her down through the well house and down the well.
Sam's eyes widened as she fell, "Kurama!!" She fell then was surprised as she landed softly at the bottom of the well. She looked up with complete confusion, she was sure there wasn't supposed to be clear sky up there. She climbed up, clawing at the vines at the side of the well. She poked her head out the top and nearly toppled over when she met with a pair of unfamiliar eyes.
"Hello," the owner of the eyes said, "who are you?"
"Uh the names Sam," she mumbled crawling out over the top. She looked down at the person she met and smiled, he was only a little fox demon.
"I'm Shippo," he smiled at her, how did you get through the well? I thought only Kagome and Inuyasha could."
Sam shrugged, "don't know, but uh where am I?"
"Shrimp where are you?" a voice boomed through the forest, "I'm going to get you for this."
Shippo hid behind Sam, his small hands fisting into her shirt, "uh oh didn't think Inuyasha would find it so soon."
She raised an eyebrow and looked back at him, "find what?" She knew from dating Kurama that kitsunes were mischievous by nature.
Shippo smiled, "it was only a small little trick."
She smiled, "I know from experience kitsunes don't do 'small' tricks."
His eyes widened, "you know other kitsunes?"
She cocked her head to the side, "well only one, he's a silver kitsune."
His eyes widened even more, "wow."
Inuyasha burst from the trees, "found you." He stopped when his eyes landed on Sam.
Sam's eyes widened as she took him in, "you look just like-"
Shippo cut her off, "hey look Inuyasha, this is Sam and she can get through the well too."
Inuyasha looked at her critically then sniffed, "well you smell human."
Sam rolled her eyes, "oh look my brother all over again."
Inuyasha raised an eyebrow, "what?"
Sam stood up and brushed herself off, "you have the same attitude as my baby brother, smart ass one."
Shippo jumped next to her and grabbed her hand, "come on, Kagome will want to see you."
Sam nodded, "but um again where am I?"
Inuyasha scowled and walked next to her, "the question isn't where, it's when."
Sam blinked, "nani?"
So yeah there's chapter one
