//~~Starting from here, let's make a promise~~\\

Yugi's hair blew in the wind as Yami pulled him into his arms. Yami nuzzled his Neru's soft peach colored flesh. It was ice cold.

"My Nushi..." Yugi turned around and kissed Yami. They were discriminated against because of their sexuality. Being gay was so hard. They didn't want their friends hurt because of the way they were, "Koi, I love you."

"I know, I love you too Hikari." Yami placed his lips to Yugi's forehead. They have so much sorrow in their fragile hearts.

"I don't wanna run any more." Yugi sighed into Yami's chest. What made their relationship so wrong. As long as they didn't make other people the way they were, they shouldn't be treated like that.

//~~ You and me, let's just be honest, we're gonna run, nothing can stop us~~\\

Lightly, Yami brushed away Yugi's tears. They were pained and sorrowed, filled with blood shed. The Hikari's body trembled as the icy winds hit his small body. Yami pulled him close again, heating him. They were frightened still as they continued down the road.

"Yami, are we ever going to stop running?" Yugi stopped and sat up against a tree on the roadside. His face was covered with scratches and was swollen. Yugi's body was covered in bruises and gashes of crimson. The sight of him was enough to bring anyone to tears. Yami also believed that he might be suffering from tuberculosis because someone stabbed him in his chest, his right lung to be exact.

"Once we have found a safe haven, yes Aibou." Yami held the boy in his arms, keeping the wind away from the teen.

"I hope that is soon." Yugi began to cough and blood covered his already beaten hand. Yami used a white cloth from his coat pocket to clear away his Hikari's blood. A stain still remained. //~~Soon there will be laughter and voices, beyond the clouds over the mountains~~\\

"You are so sorrowful, my uki." Yami pressed his lips to Yugi's forehead, releasing his warmth and warming Yugi. He wanted to fix Yugi's life, but there is no way that he could do that.

"I want to stop." Yugi's eyes began to tear. The shards fell onto the frosted ground. They began to saunter again and stared at their future horizon.

"Where did I go wrong?" They both began to cry, shedding their tears onto the layers of snow. They looked at each other and pulled into a gentle embrace. There was no way they could do better or would ever change how they felt about each other. Nothing, and they meant NOTHING would ever change that.

"Why is it so wrong to be the way I am?" Their embrace broke as they held each other's hands. The future still had blood and tears within it.

//~~We'll run away on roads that are empty, the lights of the airfield shining upon you~~\\
