My first Trigun-related work! I just started watching the anime (got hooked after the first episode) and have only seen up to "Demon's Eye," but I know the basics of what happens. This is just a little poem that came to mind after watching Vash do his "Love and Peace" slogan, so enjoy!
Love and Peace
He who wanders
the windswept sands,
facing hostile towns
with a donut in each hand,
only for others
does he fear,
and for those who would kill him
he sheds his tears;
he who can smile
despite his pain,
who can stand alone
and proclaim
to a world that hates him,
to a people that wish him dead,
that this harsh world
is made of love and peace,
is either very foolish,
very wise,
or Vash the Stampede.
