"What?" Elizabeth cried making the room echo.

Penelope, Will and Jack looked at the ground below them, fidgeting with their fingers. "Luv... I just want Penelope to have an adventure..." Jack spoke up. "I don't think she's had one yet and -" He was interuppted by Elizabeth's evil fiery glare (those are scary!)

Will hadn't told her about Jack's love for Penelope... Yet. He still has to talk to Jack about it, more seriously. "Elizabeth, darling... I don't think you should shout like that," He quickly shut up when Elizabeth turned around and gave him a fiering look.

"Will Turner! You knew about this, didn't you! And you didn't even bother to tell your wife about what's going on..." She yelled. Then she turned to Penelope. "Penelope, you're not thinking of leaving, are you? Please don't... It'll be dangerous, not fun like you think it would be." She waited for Penelope to agree.

Penelope didn't look Elizabeth straight in the eyes. "I'm sorry... Penelope, but I- I'm going to go have an adventure with Jack, it'll be safer than going with some other pirate! Jack's great... He'll take care of me. Don't worry!" Penelope said, hoping Elizabeth understood.

But she was wrong. Elizabeth was fuming with anger. "Worry!? I'll be doing much more than just worrying! This is the first time I've been disappointed in you, and I hope this will be the last!" Was all she managed to say. "Penelope, I'll be talking to you privatley, in your room." And she left coldly.

Penelope looked as though if she was going to cry. She sniffed, but no tears were in sight.

"That went well." Jack broke the silence. "So Penelope... Ye better be off to yer room... Elizabeth will be waitin' fer ye." He said.

As soon as Penelope was out of sight, Will turned to Jack. "Captain Sparrow... I need to hear the whole story of you 'loving' Penelope, now!" He demanded. (That's a first!)

As she was tiptoeing past Elizabeth's room, she heard her sister cry and whine to herself. So she went into her room as quickly as possible, and instead of sitting on her bed to wait for Elizabeth, she got out a big bag. Penelope filled the bag with dresses, jewlery, and precious things. And she also put some shirts and trousers in as well. Afterwards she got out a piece of paper and wrote down quickly a letter for Elizabeth. Then she hid her bag and the letter under her bed, as she heard Elizabeth walk up to her room.

The door opened, and Elizabeth's head poked in. "Penelope..." She started, gently but also firmly. "You might want to go on an adventure.... But it'll be too dangerous! I know Jack, he's a really nice pirate. But it'll be better for you to stay here, you don't even know the man properly!" She finished with a little laugh.

Penelope looked up to Elizabeth. "Elizabeth, I think I know what's best for me. Please don't think you own me like that, you're just my older twin sister. I know that twins are always meant to look after and take responsibilities for one and another but... I can handle this one." She said smiling but sternly.

Elizabeth looked taken a back. She had never expected that from her.

Penelope added quickly, before Elizabeth said anything. "And second I think I know Jack perfectly well, because... because," She looked at the floor, hesitantly.

"Because what, Penelope? Why do you think you know Jack well enough?" Elizabeth argued, well questioned mostly.

"Because..." Penelope took a deep breathe. "Because, I love Jack." She whispered and stared at her sister for her impression.

Elizabeth's face was horror-stricken. "Pen... Penel.... Penelope!" She cried out. "He's a pirate, and I've hoped that you'd never fall for any pirates. But now..." She became speechless because of her anger and disappointment. She just took angry uneven breathes as she walked to the door. "Penelope, please... Just, think about it. We'll talk about this in the morning." She said calmer and disapeared to her room.

Meanwhile, in the living-room, Jack and Will had started a conversation. "I know what yer thinkin', Will." Jack spoke. "Yer thinkin' pirates aren't meant to love... Yer thinkin' pirates can't love people, right?" He asked.

"No, not really. It's Elizabeth that thinks it. I don't, because I'm a part- pirate but I love Elizabeth..." Will responded. "I just want to know, Jack. Do you really love Penelope? Do you really want to take her with you?" He asked.

"First of all, I do love her... She's well... different. I say she's got a heart for a pirate, like me. She's got beautiful eyes too... She just so much reminds me of the sea! I just can't help it, but love her..." Jack said as he sank into one of the chairs behind him. "And second, yes I wanna take her with me. But I promise I'll bring 'er back, whenever she wants me to, do we have an accord?" He asked hoping with his dear heart that it would be a YES!

Will sighed. "It does sound like a good reason... But you'll have to make the accord with my wife." He said. "I think I'll going off to bed, good night, Jack." He said, feeling sorry for not helping much.

"G'night, Will." Jack said absent-mindedly, staring into space.

Penelope just sat still on her bed, she didn't feel nothing much. After a while she remembered what she was doing, she finished the letter for Elizabeth and finished packing. Then when it was all quiet she came out looking for Jack. She found him in one of the chairs and shook him. "Jack, wake up!" She whispered.

"What's the matter, love?" Jack whispered back scratching his eye. "Is it already mornin'?" He asked.

"No, it's just that... I need your help." She pleaded.

Jack looked quite awake now, "What is it?" He asked curiously.

"It's just that I want an adventure... And I need to run away from here to do that. Pease, can you help?" She asked, sitting down beside Jack.

"And what would ye do fer me in return?" He asked with a cheeky smile.

"I'll do anything! I'll help onboard, once you find a ship to commandeer, I'll help with anything!" She said, desperatly.

Jack thought a while before answering. "Alright. I'll help, but I hope Elizabeth doesn't find out 'bout this!Well anyway, get yer stuff and lets get a move on!" He ordered.

Penelope smiled and was so happy, that she hugged Jack and even gave him kiss. (a.k.a a pash) And when she realized what she did, she blushed and went upstairs to get her bag.

"Well, that was interesting..." Jack smirked and snatched an apple off the bench.

In Penelope's room, she placed the letter on her table. Jack came up, and opened a window as she did this. "Jack, how are we going to get a ship?" She asked.

Jack looked around for any passers. "We're goin' ter borrow one. It'll be easy, there's not many people round at the docks... or 'ere." He said then he began to tie some blankets together with knots.

"We're going to borrow one?" Penelope asked and giggled.

"what's so funny, luv?" Jack asked, not getting it. "I've always borrowed things from strangers..."

Penelope turned to face him. "Have you ever give them back to the strangers?" She asked with an eyebrow raised.

Jack gave her a puzzled look. "Never really thought 'bout that!" He said as he threw one end of the blanket-rope over the window. "C'mmon now... it's time, I'll help ye get down these." He said.

Penelope did what Jack told her to do. "Now, ye don't ever hold too tightly on to the knots, cos it might get loose. So we have ter do this pretty quickly... But do take your time."

In a few minutes, the two of them were down. Jack grabbed hold of Penelope's arm suddenly. "We need ter stick together... If we get lost we might end up not leaving home..." He warned her.

"alright, Jack. I'll stay close behind you!" Penelope whispered.

"Now follow me..." He ordered.

In a few minutes of walking they ended up at the docks. "Now, saty 'ere... I'll be right back" And with that Jack was gone with a splash.

At first Penelope thought Jack had accidently fallen in to the water and panicked. "Jack?" She whispered. Then she noticed a figure that was onboard a ship beside her. She stayed as still as a statue.

She stayed still until the figure talked to her. "Luv, it's just ol' Jack..." Penelope ran over to Jack as he chuckled.

Once she was aboard she sat down on one of the sides. "How did you do that?" She asked, still lowering her voice.

"luv, I'm captain Jack Sparrow... I can do anything!" He smirked and went to steer the ship. "Now, ye can sit there or sit in one of the cabins there." He suggested, not taking his eyes off where they were going.

Penelope was about to but one thing caught her mind. "Um... Jack? Where are we exactly going?" She asked.

Jack took a glance at Penelope, before opening up his compass (the one that doesn't point North.). "Anywhere... Anywhere my Pearl is." He murmered, seriously.
