UNDER YOUR SPELL --Dancing With Lightning

A/N: Well, that was certainly different to what I expected! I'd just like to add that this chapter is actually based on a song by one of my favourite artists, Camui Gackt. It's called Lust For Blood. And I've also put a little part of 'Shining Over You' by HYDE in there. Once you read the chapter, you'll get the general idea. Don't forget to e-mail me at: ethna_duana@hotmail.com. I'm actually waiting for my sister to get off the Net so I can stick the first part of this Chapter on, but I'll talk to you guys while I'm waiting. Umm..... *Blink, blink, blink...* Okay, let's get on with the chapter!!

Special thanks again to:

ADDED NOTE: Oh my God. I just read all my reviews and I'm crying!!! You will not believe how nice all of your reviews made me feel!! This gives me the next million lines to gush thankyou over and over again! Kiss Up: I'm sorry if I'm confusing you so! But this isn't set at the end of the series... what book are you up to? This is near the end of Eclipse. E- mail and let me know. Anetka: Thankyou for your review! I love all you guys at school reviewing my stories! All the people at my old school never did that. So thanks so much, Anetka. Maddy: Hey sweetie. Thankyou so so so so so so (edit: delete repeated word. Blah, blah blah.... So on so on...) much!! I'm so happy! Just read Anetka's thankyou and I feel exactly the same way. Luv ya. Winter-Raven: I've read your stories of fanfiction.net, and I never actually reviewed them, but I'll take the chance to do so now. All of them (the ones I've read, of course) are absolutely fantastic. I love them so much. Keep it up! You're doing so great!! Saz: I haven't actually read any of your stories, but when I go on the Net next, I'll check them up. So... made you cry, did I? I made myself cry!! I was sitting at the computer sobbing, and my sister's staring at me like I'm some kind of weird freaky thing. Then she read it and got all teary too! Thankyou for your review! In_awe_of_you: You're constantly giving me 'ups' at school, and I owe you so much. I have never had a friend like you before, and even though I've known you for less than a term, I actually feel like I've known forever. Thankyou so much for your support, I love you. Princess Elspeth: It's so funny, I never have much to say to you in my thankyou notes, but I guess that's because I talk to you so much at school and tell you everything and thank you for everything, I just have nothing to write. But thankyou so much, you don't know how deep my gratitude is. BTW: GO HAIDO-CHAN AND GAKUTO!!! Oooh! Plus, WANG LEEHOM (you actually haven't heard him sing or seen how gorgeous he is, but you will soon enough)!! So cute!! Dream Seeker: I'm saving you for last, because... well, it's too hard to explain, but I think you know what I'm feeling at the moment. My fingers are shaking, because I'm so happy. God, thankyou so much for writing those things about me. The moment I read them, I burst into tears. I don't think anything will get me down for the rest of the week; it's a really good way to boost one's ego!! Nah, just kidding. You've got such a way with words that make someone feel so special, even when it's constructive criticism. I'm having so much trouble expressing my feelings at the moment: it's just so hard to write what I'm feeling. Hey, tell you what. Check your e-mail as soon as possible. I have a major question for you. You're great, and you make me feel so special. Just as much as everyone else, I love you.

You all can obviously tell how much I'm filled with gratitude towards these people. I love you guys!

Under Your Spell- Part 2

It was inside that coffin she realised she was claustrophobic.

She immediately tried to calm herself, but she began to feel a panic rising in her chest. In moments she was slamming on the roof of the coffin with her fists and trying to scream, only finding out she wasn't able to talk. Or scream, for that matter.

She was frightened, afraid, terrified, any other way you could put it, she was it.

It was also then she started to change. Her clothes melted into thick, black strips of silk that wound around her body; her hair turned black and grew down just past her waist, electric blue streaks in it. She watched with horror as her skin turned a pale blue, and her finger and toenails black. White, feathery wings shot out of her back, bursting the coffin open as she felt her eye-teeth grow a little longer. A lot longer, actually. Her vision and hearing improved as she knelt on the stone floor.

She seemed okay, but... she sniffed. She could smell blood, and she wanted it. With a ghostly cry, she jumped up, sprinted to the door and opened it, only to be thrown back by the burning sunlight. With a scream, she kicked the door closed and lay on her side, gasping for air.

She'd just have to wait until the sun went down.



"Do you, Hunter Niall, take Saebryn Moriana to be you lawful, wedded wife?" Hunter nodded. "I do." "And Saebryn, do you take Hunter Niall, to be your lawful, wedded husband?" The tall, blue-eyed, blonde-haired woman nodded. "I do." "Then, under the eyes of the Goddess and the God, master and mistress of all life and living on this earth and the next, I pronounce you husband and—"

"WAIT!!!!"

The doors of the Wiccan chapel opened, and Bree Warren ran in, carrying flowers. She dropped them at Hunter and Saebryn's feet, and then smiled.

"I couldn't let you get married without my blessing."

Hunter smiled, and then turned back to the Wiccan priest, who looked highly miffed. "Please continue."

"I pronounce you, husband and wife. Hunter, you may kiss your bride."

Cheers went up in the room as Hunter kissed Saebryn. There was one person, however, who stood in the back and didn't applaud or cheer.

Alisa Soto watched the wedding with narrowed eyes.



The sun went down, and she flew from the crypt, screaming for blood. She could hear heartbeats close, and she dropped to her feet, wrapping her wings tightly around her body. There.

She pounced from behind the gravestone, onto the tall man walking past. He screamed as he looked into her black eyes, but she just dug her teeth into his neck, savouring the sweet tang of blood flowing through her mouth and down her throat.

After a while, he was dry. She unfurled her wings and rose a few inches off of him, letting the blood flowing down her chin drip onto his closed eyelids. Then, with another scream, she spiralled towards the sky.

In the dull light of the moon, she noticed her skin was a normal colour, and she actually felt quite human now. Except she had wings sprouting from her back. And blood was dripping down her chin.

But, apart from that, she actually felt quite human. Human enough to remember that her name was Morgan Rowlands and she was almost eighteen.

And now, she was falling.

With a scream, she tumbled down.



Mary K Rowlands was sitting in the den of her parents' house, watching reruns of some old soapie and studying at the same time. Her head snapped up as she heard a scream, and then looked out the window as something fell into the backyard. She stood up to investigate as her parents came rushing in from the kitchen.



Morgan's wings cushioned her fall, but as soon as she landed, they melted back into her skin. Now she was wearing her black funeral-ish outfit again. She heard a door open, and looked up from her kneeling position on the ground, wet blood still trickling out of her mouth onto her chin. Her hair was limp and hung in wet strands around her face as it began to rain.

"Hello?" someone called.

"Any survivors?" another voice asked hesitantly.

"Just answer if you're alive!!"

Morgan stood and watched three people approach her through the rain. One looked quite young, maybe nineteen perhaps, but she wasn't sure. Morgan eyes rolled in her head as her mortal body adjusted to the blood in her mouth and system. She went pale.

The three gasped as they saw her clearly. "Morgan..."

Her eyes focused on them, and she screamed.



She was running, away from familiarities. As the moon glowed overhead, Morgan Rowlands ran from three people who seemed so familiar, so close, that it frightened her.

Suddenly she fell, tripping over a large rock half-embedded in the dirt path. They caught her up, panting as she turned on her back and looked at them, the dried blood on her face standing out like a beacon.

Mary K knelt next to her, stroking her sister's face. Morgan jerked away.

Sean tried next. "Morgan, sweetheart. We've missed you."

Morgan stared at him. "I don't know you."

Her first words.

Mary Grace nodded. "Yes you do, sweetie. We're your family."

All Morgan's memories came back to her, and she started crying. "Ma is dead," she sobbed. "And I was with her."

'No matter how far away you are I'll be there High above the moon Shining over you... Shining over you... Goodbye...'

She screamed as she realised she wasn't dead anymore. The tears mixed with the blood on her chin, making red paths down her neck. She screamed again, this time letting Mary K hold her.

"NO!!!!!"
