Prologue

They had called her crazy then. She was their Queen, their princess, and their life. How could they kill her, they had screamed in denial, you're immortal.
Even 'immortals' have mortality, she had told them in return, and there are ways to kill me. Find out how to before it happens.
They hadn't. And now she stood by her predecessor. Clothed in shadows, with her silver hair pilled upon her head, out of her old style, pale skin with blood red lips. They were really a stunning pair, she had found it shocking the first time she had seen Chaos in his physical form.
Yes, his. Blood red hair, eyes as black as the night- and unlike her, his skin was deeply tanned, like he had spent his entire lifetime under the sun.
"Well, little one, how do you feel?" he asked, crossing his arms over his chest, and smirking at her as they stood in front of a mirror, surrounded by nothing but darkness, yet able to see perfectly fine.
"Strange. I don't want to be like this, but at the same time I'm enjoying it. Is that normal?" she asked of him, and he nodded.
"Very normal. What is your name now? Serenity isn't the best of names for a being that will soon become chaos personified."
"Eris." Rolled from her tongue without even a thought, making Chaos' smirk widen.
"Good name. Come now, time to reintroduce yourself, Eris."

"It's going to be too late, now, don't you realize that? She's fully changed. She'll protect herself from our attack, and most likely she'll fight back! Kill us. She's not Usa-chan anymore!" The Kaji no Hime yelled at her teammates, frustrated and nearly tearing her fire-red hair out. "We might as well say Sarabada to the world, damn it!"
"There's no way to save her?" Minako asked, tearfully holding onto Makoto's arm.
"None." Hotaru and Setsuna chorused, before Hotaru continued; "She warned us of this. We should have listened better, as hard as it would have been."
"Yes, indeed you should have." A smooth male voice interrupted the meeting from the shadows, instantly setting all eight women present on guard, most that had been sitting jumping to their feet and whipping around to face the direction the voice had come from.
And before their very eyes, Chaos and the woman that had once been their Usa-chan emerged from the shadows as if from nothingness. They could all feel the differences in her in an instant, where there was once light, there was now dark. Where there was once a happy laughter, there was now only the grin of a maniac.
Cosmos. Serenity. Usagi. They were no longer there. She was gone to them. Forever. And her first words to them confirmed that.
"I am Eris. I hope you won't mind my killing you."
Bahahaha... I've completely destroyed the innocent, pure, loving little Usagi you're all used to... It's so fun! >:D Some inspiration for this taken from Death, Be Not Proud by Underneath Society (a.k.a. Black Beyond)
Little tid-bit for you all; Eris is the Goddess of Strife and Confusion, and the title; "Nothing is True, and Everything is Permitted" is a Chaos Magick saying.
Hopefully it won't take long for me to get the next chapter out.
