The Hunt

Breath is held, as I draw near
Tamaranien girl, hides in fear
Stealthily I approach, when I pounce
In a tangled ball, we fall down
She shrieks, and then there is no sound

The fearless leader is next to go
Brought down by his fearsome foe
In the closet darkness he tried to hide
In such a small space he had no chance
Two were down and two to go

The metal man, half machine
Was fleeing from the terrible scene
From behind, I brought him down
And left him lying motionless on the ground
Three were down, and one left to be found

Moving on I quickly stalk
Tracking down my elusive prey
Raven almost got away
But then I saw the edge of a cloak
Leaping high I pinned her down
No time to even make a sound
Before I got her and she was out

I win, I win, I shout in glee
I got you all and tagged you out
Shut up Beast Boy, they all say, we didn't even want to play
So I won my game of tag, I hope that they are hungry now
Cause its TOFU BURGERS for dinner tonight!!!
