AN: This fic I thought of because it's so hot outside. Takes place three
months after the finale.
Tori watched as Cam came in, "I don't get how July can get so hot."
Tori smiled, "well this is California maybe we can get Shane to create a breeze."
"Ha, ha that's hilarious." Shane walked in, "I'm rolling over laughing."
"Hopefully the weather will be nice for the Fourth of July." Cam said.
Tori was looking forward to it, Sensei always threw the best celebration and Blake was coming to visit. He had said he had something important to tell her. She looked at the clock, it was nearly seven p.m.
"Tori the day isn't going to go any faster." Cam told her.
"I know that I can't help it."
Dustin then came in, "I swear some people are absolute babies they cancelled today's races because its ninety degrees with humidity."
Tori smiled to herself, some people just couldn't seem to win.
Tori smiled as she watched Blake and Hunter walk into the courtyard, it had been a very long day but Blake's flight had been delayed. "Hey Tori."
"Hey Blake, hey Hunter."
Hunter excused himself leaving the two of them alone, "so what would you like to tell me."
"Not now I'll tell you when night falls."
Tori sighed, "It had better be worth the wait."
Tori walked around greeting her friends, sunset had come an hour ago but she hadn't seen Blake. Finally she found him by the stream, "now will you tell me?"
Tori gasped as he put his lips on hers and a firework lit up the sky, finally they pulled apart. "I love you Tori, I couldn't hide it anymore."
"Wow this is a memorable Fourth of July."
"How do you feel? He asked that question searching her face carefully.
Tori smiled, "pretty good I've always been enamored with you to."
He smiled, "we obviously have something going for us, and we set off fireworks."
Just then Cam appeared, "no that was me there was a slight malfunction, and the real show should start in a few minutes."
After Cam had left, Tori turned to Blake, "well it was still good for me."
"For me to." Blake replied, as he kissed her again.
