Yami shut the door behind him. "Damn! Where is it?!" He muttered breathlessley. Yami had been searching for three days in his own mind. He had walked every stone brick in the puzzling temple. He had overcome everything except for his own fate. The Pharoah knew he was destined to find the light inside of him. The light that would unleash the full potential of his ancient powers and save the world from the overwhelming Shadow Realm.
Yami continued on, Yugi encouraging him in his head along the way. He came across a golden door. The door was different from the others, it had Yugi's Millenium Puzzle engraved on it. Suddenly the body in front of the door collapsed. Yami fell to the cold, hard floor and whispered to himself "So close...." He then drowned into unawareness and a state of unconciousness.
While he was lying there on the floor, visions engulfed his mind. "Where am I?!" Ancient Egypitian pyramids appeared and faded silently. Yami discovered that he was searching for nothing. He had searched everywhere, but had found nothing. The light of the Pharoah was in Yugi's soul.
The purple eyes blinked and opened widely. The destined duelist had woken from his illusionary state of mind. He grasped the door as the Dark Magician appeared behind him. Yami walked through the creature and fused with him.They were now one, and had the power to save the world once more. Yami, Yugi, and the Dark Magician walked through the portal to the real world as one almighty Pharoah, ready to take on anything.
The next day, Yugi awoke to his alarm clock. All of the sudden, Seto Kaiba busted through the door. He had news. The shocked duelist yelled silently,
"Pegasus is back...................
