Summary: She's so hungry.

Disclaimer: Surprisingly, I still don't own this, or any, show. This, of course, must be some sort of convoluted plot against me; I one day hope to rectify the situation with total world domination, etc.

Author's Note: Entered for the scary drabble challenge at soweird100.

There are two red pinprick marks on the delicate skin of Fiona's neck; two teeny protruding points on the tips of her teeth that maybe weren't there before, and she's afraid.

She doesn't know what to do or who to turn to; she's not crazy.

She's not, but people have a way of dismissing the truth, and she must bear this burden alone. No one can know.

Days go by; weeks; months.

Her skin is stinging in the sun and she's so hungry for something she can't name—something she doesn't want to admit to.

Pounds drop off and her hollow cheeks are heartbreaking to the ones that know her best; but she has the feeling they do not know her now. Not like this.

Hands are shaking and she's so cold; the growling in her stomach's gone away and she's in withdrawal from the life she's always known, and she can't tell what she might become.

Then one day she's at the house with Carey, and it's all too much.

Far too much to take, because Carey gets a nosebleed, and the next thing Fi knows she's licking and lapping the gushing mass off of his chin; nibbling at his broken neck and guzzling the hot liquid from his veins and arteries.

Rip and shred and tear and eat, finally, from this bountiful feast; and, oh my God, what has she done?!

His limp and broken body stains the floor, and she's gurgling on screams as she weeps and whimpers and runs away, half-blind with horrified tears.

Fi—beautiful, terrible Fi—has a monster buried deep beneath her skin, and she doesn't know where it ends and she begins.

She can't go back.
