Of course, lots has to be said for the over-all concern and love many Christians have for their fellow people (provided they are of the Right Sort) so it's no wonder that people haven't exactly had the Wool pulled from their eyes. Heck, I can sympathize. Gleeful ignorance is nice. But I have reached the stage in my life where I cannot sit idly by while souls are being devoured by He-Who-Consumeth-All. God.
God tells us what to do, and in return, (provided we do it,) he lets us into the swinging place called Heaven. If we don't do what he tells us, then we go to Hell, because we broke rules that he put down in the first place. Let's all applaud God for giving us Free Will.
Except let's not- We were stupid and dull and God was going to let us stay that way, naked and ignorant. Then the Snake came and was like, 'Yo, I got dis Fresh-ass fruit. Have some.' And Eve was like, cool! And so she ate it, and became smart, and she loved Adam so she gave some to him, so he could be smart as well.
Then God said 'I don't want you to be like us, Smart and Immortal, so go now!' And he basically bent humanity over and sodomized them, in a figurative manner.
And yes, he did say Us, as in there may have been more than One God.
Of course, people say that Satan (the snake) brought in Sin, and apparently, Sin is knowledge, so Knowledge is Sin, which explains a lot about some of the more conservative Christians.
Then there's the whole Satan thing. If God is so powerful, then why didn't he destroy Satan in the first place? Doesn't it seem like Satan, the one who gave us intelligence in the first place, has been given a bum rap? Like someone's been running a smear campaign?
A friend of mine's Mother says that she thinks Homosexuality is a tool of the Devil.
I have to agree. Pagan cultures from all over the world have respected and even revered Homosexual relations. Some Native American tribes, their Shamans were nearly all Two-Spirits, people of, well, two-spirits. They could commune with the Spirits. Celts had Marriage laws between two men. The Greeks had a Fighting Platoon consisting entirely of Gay Couples.
Homosexuals have enormous spiritual power, which is why so many New-Agers are Bisexual/Homosexual, etc.
Satan is not a bad person at all. I admire him, I respect him, I worship him. He doesn't demand sacrifices (hates them, actually,) he just wants positive press. He wants art dedicated to him, and people to be able to use their brains. He abhors abuse on any creature at all, and believes that everything has a Soul.
What is a soul? Our brains, they run on electro-magnetic waves, relaying synapse to synapse, information from cell to cell. We run on this Biological-Electricity; this Bio-Electricity. Our souls are merely the energy that powers the bag of flesh we inhabit.
And speaking of brains, there have been documented cases of Pyrokinesis that people are born with, Telekinesis, even Telepathy. The US Government has tried to use Telepathic people in things like Espionage, etc. Wouldn't it be possible to release the Evolutionary Seal on the Human Brain, to allow normal folks to affect the energy of the environment? Why not?
You might be horrified listening to this- this is because of the Angels feasting on each and every one of you, with some exceptions. Angels are the fear, the voice in your head that screams at you to not do perfectly healthy things. If you don't believe me then give me one example of an Angel interacting directly with Humans in the Bible, where the Human wasn't stricken with fear.
Also, read Revelations and see where it says that God sends his 7 angels of destruction down with Vials to kill humans who don't worship him.
