Naruto 2020 - Prologue by Sasuke
Ever had one of those dreams where you can't seem to wake up? Were everything around you moves at a slower pace which makes you unable to move at normal speed. Well, this is my life. I'm Uzumaki Naruto, I'm an agent for the corporation of Hidden Leaf Inc., the year is 2020.
My life has always been decided, from the day I was born HL Inc. placed this curse on me, they augmented my body with implants so that I would become a soldier of war in an ongoing struggle between various factions in the world. The stuff they gave me, code named 9-TF, was a top secret experiment which the noted professor of biochemistry Dr. Yondaime Hokage The 4th created back in the early 21st century. I was placed in a container after my mother had given birth to me which was in turn filled with the 9-TF chemical compound.
Not only did it enhance my senses, but it also game me super human powers. I can climb on walls and ceilings like it was on bare ground. I can create clones of myself which can do physical damage on other beings and objects, and I can to some extent transform my body into a being mostly resembling a fox. I find the transmutation to be extremely hard, and tiresome on my body, so I hardly do it.
I've been trained by HL all my life, I've been controled and brainwashed for 20 years. But like with all dreams, you will eventually wake up. Only in my case, I woke up to a nightmare.
