Meet D
D walked down the hall with a pole dripping with blood, all around him the smells of death and decay. Behind him, dead zombies and dogs left to decay in their own pools of infected blood.
There was no thought in D's mind. He was numb to everything. Nothing surprised or frightened him anymore. There was movement in front of him. He stopped and stared at the spot.
A zombie unlike the others walked towards him. Its eyes were white, its skin slimy from decay. Its teeth were sharp blood tinted fangs. Its left hand was human and its right a mass of deadly claws.
The tip of D's pole turned into a spearhead. Last one up here, he thought as he watched shuffle towards him. Unexpectedly, it lunged forward and came charging at D. Unmoved by this, D took a step forward and jabbed the spear upward and forward. The spear stuck in the zombie's head.
D pulled up with so much force that the zombie's head came off sending sprays of blood everywhere. D slung the head off the end of the spear and kicked the still standing body down.
D stepped over the bleeding body and walked down the stairs with thick layers of dust. Downstairs were two Cerberuses and another crimson head. As soon as the three saw him, they attacked.
D's pole turned into a katana. With unbelievable speed, D moved to meet the first Cerberus. With three quick strokes the dog had been sliced into three pieces. He swung the katana down decapitating the second dog and then he stabbed his katana into the crimson head's stomach and pulled up, splitting its upper body and head in half.
The body fell over as blood sprayed everywhere, covering D. Guts gushed out from the zombie and torn dog while blood gushed form the decapitated dog. The katana turned back into the dripping pole.
D left the building dripping with blood. He head out onto the streets were more creatures... no fun, waited for him.
