Quietly slipping out of his arms, she quickly got dress before heading to the kitchen.
She grabbed a pen and some paper and immediately began to write.
As she finished, she folded the pages together and laid them carefully next to the coffee pot, knowing he would find them there.
As she left the house, she used the spare key to lock the door back. She had left hers sitting next to the letter.
She got in her car then and drove off, the tears slowly running down her cheeks.
"I'm so sorry Daniel." Janet said, leaving her love behind.
