Well sorry for the delay in chapters. I had to space this one out a bit and let me tell you... I may or may not have to rework a plot angle that I wanted to do. There's also a chance that I might and this is a All Might sized might change the harem based off and old hobby of mine, which is Song/lyric deep dive.
Also mini rant. Why the FUCK did they change Vaggie's DOD!? It makes for a more compelling character that she Did die in the late 80's instead of 2014. That gives her more time to set up with Charlie. Instead of the two to three Decades she had to know/ Meet Charile, now she barely has 6 years. And depending on the year that Hazbin Hotel takes place it, it could be as little as 3 years. That's just fucked. I honestly think they should have left it at 80's, but I'm just one voice in a sea.

Chapter 7: Tick-Tick pt 1
Location: Pride Ring
Place: Stolas's palace
Time: 0900
Octavia was VERY annoyed at the moment. Of course, she was a 16-year-old girl. She was always annoyed about something. This was a different kind of annoyance from the normal teenaged angst. For the last few years, she had managed to duck and dodge any 'parties' or 'events' hosted by her mother's friends, brother, or other members of the Ars Goetia extended family, but she wasn't able to get out of this one. It was her grandfather on her mother's side 1000th birthday. Her uncle was going to host the Party in the Greed Ring. A two-weeklong party, that would see the entire Ars Goetia royalty in attendance.
Since it was rare for any member of the Ars Goetia family to make it that far in their lives. the party was basically mandatory for all Ars Goetia to attend. Even Ozzie, the Lord of Lust was coming to the event.
The Limo was already loaded up with all the things they need for their weeklong trip. Currently, she was standing outside the palace as Stolas and Stella issued last-minute instructions that would need to be followed. She crossed her arms as she looked at Naruto who was standing next to her. He was wearing a pair of dark baggy jeans, an orange shirt, and several bracelets on his right arm. Over his shoulders was his purple coat since he was currently here on Stolas's orders. While he couldn't be allowed to attend the event itself due to the strict nature of the Ars Goetia laws, he could still see his girlfriend off.
"This week is going to blow without you two," said Octavia as Naruto pulled her into him as she rested her head on the crock of his neck.
"It's alright Tavia. It's only a few weeks," said wolf hellhound smiling at her best friend.
"I guess Moonlight. I'm going to be forced to interact with Mum though," said the owl demoness.
Loona was there same as Naruto. Over the last year, the trio had become quite fast friends. Octavia never had a 'girlfriend' outside of the friends her mother forced onto her, while Naruto had never managed to really befriend another teen his own age considering how rare it was for people his age to end up in hell.
Octavia looked at Naruto with her pink eyes. "A day without you is torture luv.," said Octavia kissing Naruto.
Loona felt a ping in her heart. While it was rare for the duo to show signs of their love in front of her it did happen. During those times she would think about how she would often accompany Octavia and Naruto during official Duties as a tag along and Secretary to Octavia. Considering what her Da- Smiles with hearts in eyes on the Imp's face- Blitz was currently doing, with his Startup, it was at least bringing money into the house. So she could deal, even if it hurt.
"Don't kiss that thing in my presence, Octavia," growled Stella as she walked out of the palace followed by Stolas.
"Lord Stolas, Lady Stella," said Loona bowing her head slightly.
"Lord Stolas, Pigeon-bitch," said Naruto.
Stella narrowed her eyes at the Fox boy.
"How many times must I tell you, my boy it is just Stolas or father. You as well Loona, your father and I go way back. You are practically family to me and I await the day you and Octavia wed so that you may bliss our household with several owlettes and kits," said Stolas before he gained a glint in his eye. "Although from the sounds of it you two are trying very hard at the moment to make me a grandpapa already.
"DAD/SIR/ You know my dad!" yelled Octavia, Naruto, and Loona.
While it was true that Octavia and Naruto have moved past simple kissing and petting, they still didn't want Stolas to know about it. Naruto and Octavia had moved past the initial phase of their relationship nearly 4 months ago and had found the pleasures of the flesh. Anytime they were not with their parents or on official duty, they were fucking or even just cuddling and enjoying each other's company. Their new friend Loona had even walked in on them while Naruto was in the middle of creaming Octavia's womb. That had been an awkward week after that.
Stella glared at Stolas and Naruto they would get theirs one day, until then she just had to endure.
Naruto hugged Octavia one last time before the Family got into the Limo and drove off.
"Lord Naruto, Lady Loona," said a voice from behind.
Naruto turned to the Head Butler of Stolas's palace. He was a slightly puggy imp that wore a butler's uniform. He had shoulder-length hair, a mustache, and yellow eyes.
"Yes, Terry?" asked Naruto.
Terry handed Naruto an envelope. "Miss Octavia told me to hand this to you, once they were gone," said Terry, before he left to carry out his duties.
Naruto opened the letter, while Loona looked over his shoulder.
"What do you think Loona wanted to write that she couldn't send Ruto?"
"No clue Moonlight," said Naruto
Naruto, Loona looked at the letter that Terry had handed them.
You both know I'll be gone for two weeks so I'll keep this short. Loona I know you've been crushing on Naruto. Naruto, I know that you like to look at Loona's ass and thighs. Naruto shrugged his shoulder. "As much as the Lust ring is about sex, it does have a lot of romantic attractions. Besides, it's one of the few places in all of Hell that has an uncontaminated pool," said Naruto.
Loona smirked. "Alright. You got two hours to impress me enough to get into my pants. If you can't get me to drop my panties by then, well you're going to have to wait until the third date to hit it,"
the Fox Sinner smirked at his Hellhound friend. "You must have forgotten about my insane luck," said Naruto.
Several hours later Loona would be thankful for the birth control pills, soundproof room, and new choker with a chain that they had brought that night. Millie, Moxxie, and Blitz didn't see their kids for at least a week, but they made sure to text them at least twice a day.

The large circular room was currently in low light, the walls were a mix of white and black in long vertical stripes, and adorning the walls were pictures of males and females alike. All people who had been made famous by the Porn Studios group. Many of whom had got caught in the purge at one time or another. with the lights dimmed the walls were cast in a more grayish tone, a large desk of the boss had it's back to the Bulletproof windows, on it was a laptop computer, a corded phone. In the center of the room was a small circular two-floor stage with a stripper pole in the center, strobe and floodlights would bathe whoever caught the Porn Studios owner's eye. Finally on the far side of the room close to the door was a little sitting area with three chairs around a small coffee table that had a dark purple V3 in the center of the three. On the said table were pills, coke, weed, ecstasy, and headphone that use sound to get people high. All of this was washed down by bottles of Hennessy, vodka, and gin. A few stacks of Soulz There were a few other couches around the man three that were moved around on occasion, but today it was just the leaders of The Three V's- Rebranded from The V's-
The first of the V's was Vox, the Television Demon, The face of the Organization is a slim, technology-themed demon, standing at 7 feet tall with a flat-screen TV for a head. red sclera with light blue pupils make up his eyes, but his left eye has black stripes around a jagged pupil. His teeth are light blue and sharp with what appears to be blood dripping from the left side of his mouth. His eyebrows are different colors, the left one light blue while the right is dark blue. dark gray skin and his fingers are light blue from the second knuckle. wearing a striped tuxedo and a black and red striped shirt. He has a red bow tie and a light blue undershirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol. On his head he wears a black top hat with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively, and his TV antennae stick out the top.
When he had been alive, he had been a TV news anchor who had lied, cheated, and blackmailed his way to the top of the industry. Unfortunately, he got in really deep with a mafia family, and when he failed to provide them with the information that they wanted, they loped off his head and stuck it inside of the Monitor that he stood in front of it for 12 years. His sinful ways had seen him in Hell and looking to gain the attention of Alastor, the Radio Demon in a partnership. Alas Alastor had no intentions of teaming up with him. They ended up as Rivals.
The Second on the V's was also the youngest Overlord in history, having gained power within six months of joining. Velvet was head of their Information network and wet work squads. Velvet is a slim demon with slightly gray-brown skin, she stood at the same height as Vox, who is about 7ft tall, with the equivalent of C-cup breasts long, voluminous hair tied into large pigtails which are velvet on one side, maroon on the other with a white streak on her bangs and with black and white lace hair ties holding her hair up. Her eyes have white irises and red sclera, and she seems to be wearing white clown eyeliner with burgundy eye shadow wears a black, velvet, and white tea-length dress with short, puffed sleeves including various heart designs and velvet lace at the bottom in gothic lolita style, finger-less white and velvet striped evening gloves and black tights or stockings. Her shoes are velvet-heeled boots with white pom poms on the top.
In Life Velvet had been a Cosplay Instagram Influence. She had beauty, fame, money, and followers in the Millions. During a Halloween live stream party in Miami. she had dressed as Alice from Alice, Madness, including a customized knight that an execpt replica of the Vorpal Blade. As the party went on and Velvet got more and more wasted, until she saw her boyfriend, kissing and groping another woman. She didn't wait, she didn't think she acted. She killed 4 people that night before Police were forced to gun her down. (2)
The third and final member of The Three V's, Owner of Porn Studios, and the muscle of the group was Valentino. a slender moth demon with greyish-lavender skin and cerise-pink eyes, over which he is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise-pink lenses. Easily the tallest of The V's at 10 feet, a wide mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth and possesses a single golden fang that sits to his far left of center, a floor-length vivid-red coat, which features a white fur trim at the wrists, as well as black and white striped fur trim down the coat center-front to the bottom hem.
A large fluffy white 'collar' decorated with small red love hearts is wrapped around his neck - this plum up from his coat's break-line, although it is unclear whether this collar is attached to his body or the coat. His coat is pinned with a gold chain and gold love-heart-shaped broach fastenings at the breast. gloves, that taper to a lighter gradient at the fingertips vivid-red top hat, that has a wide, asymmetrical zebra-print hat band. Two appendages sprout from the band of the hat: on his left, one black spiked antennae, and on his right, what appears to be a large black and white striped feather. Next to his chair was a diamond-tipped 8-ball that came with Orichalcum shaft.
Out of all of The V's Valentino was the worst. A gangster from the 60's and 70's he did it all. Ran drugs, pimped hoes, killed rivals, ran rackets. He had done time in several Texas prisons. He had been a made man. At least until he raped and then let his boys take turns on the cousin of a rival gang Leader. He was gunned down a week later in his own house. When he got to Hell, he insistently started to rebuild his empire of sin
Vox had reached out to Valentino about 5 years after his assertion to Overlord. Valentino found that he liked the TV demon, and they quickly became a feared duo. Vox was the face and Valentino controlled the goons. For over two decades this worked in their favor. Purge by the purge, year by year, Overlords came and went. Even Vox had come close to death after he had tangled with Alastor. After that, they had become more careful and scaled back their territory. It was only about 5 years ago when Velvet made her way into hell and had quickly become an Overlord not to be messed with. She had subjugated/Killed several Warlords, Underlords. And even an Overlord who could have rivaled Valentino in power. She had even tangled with Warlord Cherri Bomb and won, completely kicking her out of the East Side of Pentagram City but keeping her alive for some reason. When Vox and Valentino approached her with the offer of joining them, she didn't hesitate to join the older Overlords, even calling them her bros.
Valentino took a hit of his and blow out red smoke. "Okay Velvet, why to call this meeting outside of our normal meetings," said Valentino as he was counting some Soulz.
"Is it about that bitch Cherri Bomb?" asked Vox.
Valentino growled hearing that name. "We need to take care of that bitch. She keeps putting ideas in Angel's head," said Valentino.
"Enough," said Velvet making both men look at her. "We're here to talk about something more important than your love life,"
"So, what is it then touts?" asked Vox.
Velvet took out her hellphone and placed it on the table as a list, map and numbers came up. It was a map of the Upper Pride Ring. Specifically, Pentagram City. The territories, who owned them, and whatnot. The entire East side was owned by The Triple V's, the West side was currently in flux with several Underlords fighting over it. The Northside was controlled by Lucifer and sublet to several Warlords. Finally, was the Southside. Protected by the Ars Goetia Family and having a powerful Military presence protecting the Bullet train into the city.
"So!? it's information that we are already aware of. What are you playing at Velvet?" asked Valentino.
"It's what was found at the station that got people in the information network talking. This is what the map Normally looks like, but watch the South side," said Velvet. As she pressed play and fast forward.
The Map fast forwarded. At 12 hours, it happened. A spike of energy in the Southside. She paused it here. Because of how they labeled their territories it was divided into two categories. Influence and power. It was how they separated the three categories. (3)
Warlords had the power, but not the influence. Cherri Bomb was one such Warlord, as was the Lord of Snakes Sir Pentious. Next came the Underlords. Including Angel's Father and one of Valentino's Rivals in Drug trafficking, Heroin, and his gang of Spider Demons. They were harder to combat since they occupied an area that The Three V's wanted no part of. Overlords had some combination of Power and Influence that would make this harder. Currently, there were only 11 overlords in Hell, but with how many Underlords and Warlords existed and were constantly changing the map it was hard to keep up.
While that in and of itself wasn't much of a problem, the fact that Someone, a Sinner with the same level of Power as a Warlord appeared in the Train Station. This made both men lean forward, and both looked at the spike of power. Outside of Prince Stolas's no, one from Imp City had that type of power. But considering that Stolas fell under the laws of Ars Goetia, who themselves were powerful demons it made sense. What didn't make sense was that Stolas HATED going to Pentagram City with a passion. Outside of his Official meeting and duties, he didn't leave his palace very often.
The Cosplay Queen zoned into having used their vast network to hack into the station's cameras and look at the person who triggered such an overwhelming was just a boy. A sinner, but nothing that could be considered a threat. At least until they saw him as he stepped off the train with Octavia, dressed in as casual a clothes as possible.
"The Fuck is a sinner doing with the child of Stolas?" asked Vox.
"That's what I thought too. The fact that he's the Champion, Bodyguard, and Boyfriend of the Owl Princess of the stars instantly makes him a Pesudo-Overlord," said Velvet.
"How do you know all of this?" asked Valentino.
"I follow her on Inferno," said Velvet showing the duo several pictures of Octavia and the man on screen.
Some of them hugged up together on the palace couch, others with Stolas, and a few with a pair of imps. One of whom looked familiar to Valentino.
Valentino felt a shiver run up his spine. Pesudo-Overlords were rare and very dangerous. The current Overlords had all declared themselves as such and made names for themselves and easily pushed any and all compaction out of the way. He had nearly been done in by a Pesudo-Overlord looking to make a name for herself. Now that little slut was his most loyal Lt and advisor. If Velvet managed to being someone that strong into the fold as her second, it could disrupt the power balance.
While Vox was often relaxed and even friendly with Velvet, Valentino kept his guard up around her. Not out of fear, but out of a respect for her. She was strong. Stronger than most Overlords.
"What are you subjecting we do about this unknown?" asked Valentino.
"Let me approach him," said Velvet.
"You? No offense doll, but this isn't some wannabe who we can tangle with and kill. If this kid is backed by the Ars Goetia, then the last thing we want to do is start a war with them. Especially when we're only three months from this year's Purge," said Vox.
"I don't intend to start a war. I want this man as a friend of ours," said Velvet smiling, showing all her teeth as she rose to her feet.
"Besides I think we have ourselves a way to have a conversation with him," finished the Queen of cosplay as she pulled up a picture of the Mystery man and his 'parents as well as a file on the woman who worked at one of the Strip clubs.
"Hello, Mildred and son. We're going to put you to good use," grinned Valentino as he looked at the picture of Millie with want in his eyes.

1: Octavia doesn't have a problem with Naruto having relationships with other women, but there's more to it than her just being chill with it. No that's a WHOLE other matter in and off itself.
2: Listen if this is similar to anything that has happened IRL, I didn't know. Literally, Velvet is confirmed to be the youngest Overlord, she has a lot of Social Media themes. She's wearing a Dress right out of an Anime/game.
3: For some reason, a lot of people consider Cherri an Overlord, but to me, she doesn't have the Influence to be one. Her or Sir Pentogis are strong, but I don't think they have the influence to be Overlords hense the New category of Warlord, while Underlords have the Influence but not the Power, so They are slightly higher on the Scale than Warlords.
